Ordered the BOGO offer of UberEats. Poutine and a single hamburger. Amazing poutine and the burgers were out of this world. Definitely getting Mr Jacks again! I recommend! These guys really know how to season things properly lol

I ordered their spaghetti and meatballs today and was delightfully surprised when I discovered my meal in an aluminum (as opposed to plastic or cardboard) container. It took me an hour to get home and my dinner was still warm! Their food is great, but thoughtfulness is even greater!

So far, My response has been good since the food service was were good. Timely service, no fuss place.

I ordered Mr. Jack’s on Uber Eats and it took almost an hour and a half. Finally after a while I received the food I was surprised to find both hamburgers super cold and messy. I simply ordered both burgers with lettuce, pickles, jalapeños and some coleslaw as they were amongst the best options. Unfortunately I received barely any lettuce and barely any coleslaw. I’m upset because it’s obvious that the food I ordered was just sitting there until someone picked it up and even after it was picked up super late they still chose to give me food that was not prepared and not fresh and still chose to not remake it fresh.

Mr. Jack's has consistently impressed me with its mouthwatering menu. Their burgers are a true standout, boasting juicy patties and a variety of toppings that cater to every palate. The poutine is a delightful indulgence, with fresh cut fries smothered in rich gravy and cheese curds. The quesadillas and wraps offer a refreshing alternative for those seeking a lighter option, and their assortment of sides provides the ideal accompaniment to any meal. Best burgers! We travel from far just to eat here. Price is right and quality of food is amazing. Not to mention the friendly staff! You gotta eat here!

Ordered the pasta on uber eats and it was incredible! Full of flavour and the garlic bread was so tasty. The portions were also huge for the price, I will have leftovers! Go check out the uber eats deals for buy one get one free!

I tried this place for the 1st time and the chicken quesadilla is delicious. I will definitely be ordering again. Reasonable prices too!

Amazing food and the quality is outta this world. This place has so many different food options and I cannot believe it's so fast for restaurant menu quality. Great value for your money. Pls try it out.

Great lil place although customer service is lacking. Soon as you walk in bell rings and voice says “customer” yet I still stand at the counter waiting and waiting while the staff kibitz in the back.
1st time I went it was really good. Got the bacon blue burger. 2nd time ordered the same and got a regular bacon cheeseburger. I guess they ran out of blue cheese. Be nice to tell me instead of sneaking me a regular bacon cheeseburger. Anyway burgers are good. If you’re going to order pasta make sure to have time because they told my buddy it would take a half hour.
Hopefully they can pull it together because it does have potential

Seems in the day when the owner is there this place is awesome!
Last time I saw elderly couple ordering the chicken Cesar wrap. Asked them if they were good and they praised them. Today I ordered chicken bacon ranch burger. A double bacon blue burger and a Cesar wrap! Absolutely delicious! My burger was cooked perfect with crispy edges, Cesar wrap was awesome!
They really do a good job and seems to have new people working. The young gentleman that took my order was friendly, patient and accommodating! So looks like the owner got rid of his problem employees and has new fresh good kids working now! Keep it up! We need a excellent burger joint in this area!

Landed in Toronto from BC, needed some food for the family and we decided on this amazing gem of a place. Wow, by FAR one of the best burgers I have ever had and my girls LOVED the chicken burgers. Well done Mr. Jacks! We will be back:)

I felt so disappointed. I just arrived from Columbus, Ohio and this was the first and the worst experience at the moment. The chicken quesadilla was soaked in oil when I arrived at the hotel. After finished half of it, I felt like throwing up. It’s a complete disaster. Why open restaurant if you can’t cook?

Great service and the food was amazing. I ordered the chipotle quesadilla and it was amazing. Great amounts of chicken and cheese everything was balanced would come back again for sure. Friends of mine got the burger and nothing but amazing feedback. 5 star rating best burger spot I know. I

The food was amazing! If you come here you need to try their quesadillas! The customer service was amazing, super polite and helpful. 10/10 would for sure come back here again.
