Visited around 9: 40am August 16th. Technician was friendly but not too friendly in an uncomfortable way. Service was very quick and efficient. The technicians worked right in front of me and showed me their findings as they went along. Usually my uncle takes care of everything for me so I knew my filters, tire pressure and oil would all be okay but I was in the area with some time to kill and had just passed my odometer timing for a change. I would be confident sending my mom who knows nothing about cars here as they seem to know what they’re doing and aren’t gunning to up charge you. Once again, I was very pleased with the speed and the customer service. They did a great job. Keep up the good work guys.

Had an oil change done at this place, and all I can say is how amazed I am with customer service and the timing was great. Piyush and Maulik, so positive and very friendly.

Extremely expensive shop for puncture repair. I went there as last resort to save my tire from delamination from nail puncture.and they cost me 62 cad for 1 puncture. I was really upset that I could have done the same for max 40cad at any other shop.

I went to Mr.lube to get my car’s tire fixed and Mr. Prateek helped me with it. Very good service and assistance. Will recommend.

I thought coming here would be cheaper than going to my dealership but I was wrong, came in just for an oil change an in the blink of an eye my total was hundreds worth. I had to tell him to put filters back where they were after he pulled them all out. Felt very bombarded. Very expensive.

Had a great experience getting my tire changed on my 2020 BMW X7 with 22 tire. Those were hard tire to change off rims, they had me out in 45 minutes as they said. Thanks guy.

Vir and Sagar were very helpful, they changed my transmission oil and notified me of other possible issues to handle in the future.

I'm having the worst experience. I came into the store 2 weeks ago to get a new tire bc mine had two nails and they wouldn't plug it. I found out that Canadian Tire would do the SAME job for 126 plus tax and MR. LUBE charged me 288 after tax. BIG DIFFERENCE! I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND STILL HAVENT GOTTEN IT! They wouldn't give a refund in store which is weird bc every retail place I've ever been to including CANADIAN TIRE would give a refund on the spot.its looking really sketchy and I don't think im getting my money back and I never got the service done all they did was put the spare tire on.

I went to this location for on oil change and the supervisor by the name of Maulik, and his other employees was so polite, and treated me with upmost respect.

These guys put wrong differential oil in ford mustang and after a day the vehical started making noises and ford charges me 500$ to repair this issue. Bad Service.

Yesterday i went to this location for an oil change.one of their manager named SUNNY gave his best.excellent service and friendly behavior towards customers.will recomend all my friends and relatives to visit this location once.

Because it was a fleet vehicle, I was charged $45 for 2 windshield wiper that I didn't ask for. I was handed 2 wipers at the end of the oil change, thinking that they were part of the promo they were having at the time. I didn't look at the bill until I got home later that day. I was too trusting of Mr Lube whom swindled my company out of $57.98 plus tax in wipers I did not need and didn't even install.

Best working crew, fast and friendly. Oil changed with other few maintenance work under 20 minutes.

These guys are awesome. Definitely cost a bit more than other mechanics but they do a thorough job with your vehicle.

The guys that work here are really friendly and professional- they get a 5 star from me! However it's Mr.lube. It's so expensive I have to remind myself I'm paying for the convenience of not having to get down on the ground in the cold and doing it myself. It cost me $190 for a full synthetic oil change, OEM filter & an engine filter after tax. Help.

Very informative, comuincative & extremely experienced not to mention very friendly. Maulik & his team, we’re and i expect will always be of great assistance to each and every customer that drives through they’re garage doors. Was an absolute pleasure dealing with these young gentleman.

Me and my husband went for an oil change, the guy lovely was good and the service was great. We had to change the cabin filter too and the guy there changed it. The service was quick and everyone was soft spoken.

If i could give a negative star really, i would. Everybody complains that they use unprofessionals people who are literally trained on the spot. I was charged $140 for an oil change only for them to supposedly change the oil and nit put the cap on so the said oil spilled or rather scattered all over my engine and leaked everywhere. To top it off due to this incident severe smoke started emitting from my car in the middle of the highway.its because of minor oversights like these that gets cars tend to explode out of nowhere taking innocent lives.what a shame.most of their high star ratings are due to the fact that they ask the customers to give them a 5 star rating while they wait for them to set a death trap.

Sunny was informative, attentive and prompt with his service. He explained and reassured me of the future services needed and the ones being performed.

I felt they actually cared about my car and its health and longevity. Called to ask what is the price of oil Change for my little Prius. Full synthetic 3.9quarts. The guy told me $120. SCAMERS. Shouldnt be more than $70.

I went today at mr. Lube fot my car service and that's my first car service so i does not have proper information like which pakage is good or oil for car service so the worker of mr. Lube (Harsh, jag and guri) gave me proper guidance and they are very cooperative so i wanna recomend to other people to for best service.

Had a scare that I had a flat tire but the owner checked my tire pressure and the rest of my car free of charge. He took the time to explain what services needed to be done and what could wait. Highly recommend.

I went there for oil change. It was my very first experience at Mr Lube and I really loved it. Sunny and Kunal were really nice to me and provided me with every possible help. They offered me complimentary vacuum and even cleaned the mats. I would recommend everyone to get their car service from this particular location of Mr Lube since the quality of service is really good and they have really helpful and specialized staff.

Overall perfect service by Kunal as per very knowledgeable and efficient. Moreover, they vacuumed the car as well.

Harsh provided fabulous service. He was very professional, courteous and thorough. He didn't try to upsell me and only gave me what I needed. He even offered to vacuum my cars interior. What an experience. I absolutely love coming to this Mr Lube specifically for all and any of my Car needs. Today i went into this location i was treated with respect and was given all attention. They changed my oil right away, was giving advice by the gentleman who was helping me (Kunal). I had mot changed my transmission oil in like forever Kumal specially explained what transmission oil change does and how it os helpful for the car. It is not just a place where i change my oil, it kinda feel like a learning Centre. I very much appreciate Kunal and his colleague who also helped me with my battery and the belt in the Car. Thank you guys for a great experience and i look forward to coming back for my next oil change. I recommend all and everyone to come to this Mr Lube.

Worst experience. I never recommend to anyone to go there. Very costly, They charge too much just for oil change. They told me we do this and that but those things we can do at our home. They changed cabin air filter and air filter which is not necessary to change in my car but they changed as I am student I am not afford too much right so they should understand about that. I never ever go there in my life.

These people have no idea what they're doing. I had to go in TWICE to get my tires changed. The first time they said the bolts for the winter tires arent the same as the ones for the all seasons. I brought the bolts in and they said that they were the right ones. I came back the next day (because I was running out of time) and brought my bolts. Then they said that the bolts are all different sizes and that the rims on my all seasons were not the originals and second hand. (They were the original rims and my old mechanic ALWAYS used those bolts to change my tires without problems) I asked what size they're supposed to be and they didnt even know how to answer me. I went with my bolts to Kal Tire made an appointment online, and they messaged me when they were done. And played WAY LESS. Like a 3rd of the price (rims on) wasted my weekend going back and forth with those people instead of having my tires done in an hour elsewhere. Never again!

The first time I ever came to Mr. Lube was on a whim due to Maranello BMW failing to provide all services I requested for my 2011 328i xdrive. The car had just been recently purchased and had required some maintenance. I wasn't sure as to what all the problems this car had so I had requested a diagnostic of the engine, and transmission as I had noticed a burnt scent coming from the hood. The car was also do for an oil change so this was the first request I made prior to getting a diagnostic done. Turns out the car needed a new valve gasket. Not a problem, I let them take the car to fix it, a few days pass by before my car is finally available, got a new gasket however upon picking up my car I get the indicator for an oil change again. That's how I ended up at Mr. Lube for the first time. The atmosphere was friendly, the service was quite quick, and the staff were very hospitable. The first time I was serviced by Kunal, and another of his associates whose name I now forgot unfortunately. They had gone above and beyond what I had expected to be just an oil change, they inspected the inside of the hood to find any possible maintenance I needed at no expense to me. They advised me of issues they had found, warned me of any possible problems that may occur. Some time has passed, I've still continued taking my car to Maranello BMW for repairs and maintenance. However they failed me yet again, this time they ended up destroying my carbon fiber lip during a servicing of my valve covers as well as another oil change. Thankfully this time they didn't forget about the oil change. So this is how I ended up at Mr. Lube again for a regular servicing. This would be the second time I've come to this location and I am once again serviced by Kunal and Jashan. The service is once again impeccable and done in a timely manner. However as great of a service as it is, I still take my car to the dealership for maintenance but I would definitely not hesitate to come to Mr. Lube as I do with Maranello BMW. It's been 2 months and I have yet to see reimbursement for the carbon fiber lip Maranello BMW destroyed. They didn't even bring the person who wrecked it to apologize.

Always look forward to coming here. This location is the best. Staff is very polite and they remember to reset my kilometers every time I've gone for an oil change.
