I went there for oil change.this time I went to other place and I came to know that the mechanic who changed the oil didn’t fit the screws properly. This is high level of unprofessionalism. I may leaked some oil during this couple of months.

They left a mess in my engine bay last time I came for an oil change. I came back to give them a last chance. This time they broke my dipstick and tried to say it was already broken. They asked if I wanted to see the camera footage I said yes. They didn’t even show me the footage because they knew they broke it. They said come back tomorrow and we will give you a new dipstick. I Still paid for my oil change and I had the opportunity to waist time and gas to come back today to get the dipstick. When I asked the manager for the dipstick he completely ignored me until I asked for a manager then he was kind of coherent.

I don’t recommend bringing your vehicle here. No integrity and I believe only the owner has customer service skills.

The worst experience I’ve ever had getting a simple oil change. Last time I was at this place they didn’t tighten the cap and my oil leaked out everywhere in my garage. Thought obviously it was just a mistake. Came back for a second oil change and as I’m pulling out to leave the building a nail was on the ground and pops my tire.they claim it wasn't there fault and there’s nothing they could do and wanted to charge me $50 to fix it. My car wasn’t even out of the building when this happened. When we took a lot around there property they had nails everywhere. DO NOT COME HERE. Worst customer service I have ever received.

The service was very good and it didn’t take very long. Prices are also very reasonable. Ajay pal handle all the service professionally and explained about every thing in detail. I highly recommend this place

Ive been coming to this location for years. I have a full service history to show.
BUT: they said they do full inspection but totally forgot to top up coolant.
The car wouldn't heat up in -20 Celsius. I went in and the guy said "maybe they forgot to add the fluid". Now due to lack of coolant in the car, the whole head gasket is blown and costing me $3000 to fix.
Thanks to these workers who look for short cuts. I intend to go in and have a word with them soon.

The service may seem very comfortable (cuz you sit in your car) But be aware that they are doing what they said they will do.
Very expensive lesson learnt.

Polite service. But employees seem unhappy. Probably bad management/ownership. And they forgot to put back the caps on my tire valve stems.

Excellent service by Mr. Sharma and team at Mr. Lube in Brampton. My mother went there thinking she would have to spend a lot of money as advised by another mechanic, but Mr. Sharma was genuine and explained to her that she did not have to spend as much money as initially thought. I highly recommend this location for honest and genuine service.

Today I went to another location (100 city centre drive) they charged me $163 and I didn’t even buy my own oil. I’d love to hear how this adds up mr lube I could use a good laugh.

Mr lube saved me during a winter storm at no charge. My wiper needed tightening and I had zero visibility. They gladly helped me and filled my washer fluid as well. They are the best. I highly recommend them.

I went there cause I was desperate. Still was no help, needed my left signal light change. Mr Lube looked at it for like 30 seconds and said it too difficult.

Went in for a quick oil change, wanted the basic oil change package, was told they recommend the high mileage which costs significantly higher, being a restaurant worker and due to the restrictions finances are limited; mechanic just stood there laughing as I explained my situation, and refused to do the oil change. Was a very unpleasant first time experience… wouldn’t recommend. Should have stuck with my regular mechanic at TSK Auto Repair…

I went into Mr. Lube for an oil change and I honestly regret it. They say you need more work than you actually need, just to charge you more. My cousins are mechanics and they said I don’t need any of those things. Thankfully I didn’t let them do any of those other maintenance work.

Mr. Lube used a few scare tactics to get you to pay for extra work to be done when such work doesn’t need to be done. They told me if this or that isn’t done, your transmission will be damaged or whatever. I’ve been driving my car for more than a month at least, with just an oil change done, and my car has been running better than ever. I wouldn’t recommend Mr. Lube. Just go to a trusted mechanic or your dealer to get the job done.

I was happy to say that Mr Lube contacted me and then they actually sent someone to my place with the tire pressure caps. Nicely resolved thanks!

I purchased winter tires here but they had to order them in. The rep advised me to arrive early on the weekend so I did show up 45 mins before they opened, first in line.
Lights came on at 08: 30am and they greeted me promptly at 9am.
The guys did a thorough job. Happy with the service. I will be back.

I went there few weeks ago. It seems when they were checking the tire pressure one of the young guy (busy on his cell phone) never put back my valves on two tires. I called them and explained the issue and no one called me back.

Great quick service! All the the men were professional and informative. Didn’t do the typical male mechanic thing making me feel lesser than as woman or trying to push unnecessary services.

Went to get my winter tires installed 11/20/21 1020am arrived and I was told I am 2nd in line. When it was my turn to go they waved another car in instead of me. I asked for an explanation and they said that person was in for brakes and tire swap. 2 and a half hours of my time wasted. How long does it take to change 4 tires on a car? Total amateurs! Went instead to Speedy drove up and they took me right away. I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. Go to Speedy don’t use Mr Lube for your tire change or you will be waiting forever!

I'm absolutely disgusted with the poor customer service I received at this location. I will not come back here again and suggest that nobody should waste their money here either.

I went to my lube and mr. Harpreet gave me very good service and he was such friendly person and plus he check everything in my car like his own. Must visit him.

I was in the bay for almost an hour just for a simple oil change. The guy tells me " your car must've been sitting for a very long time because there's a huge build up of sludge and it needs an engine flush badly" well I drive over 60k a year so I think it's safe to say it doesn't sit at all. I personally change my filters and was told they all need to be redone (I just did them) so its obvious they just try and sell you stuff you don't need.

I’ve been to different Mr. Lube locations but my experience wasn’t really good until I tried visiting this one. Staff is very great, especially the guy named Prashant is very polite and helping all the time. Respect to him for the job he’s doing

Ridiculously over priced, prices change everytime for an oil change, I guess since your a girl they try and rip you off! And pressure you into getting other things done on your vehicle. I won't be returning better off going to a local garage instead of this place

This location was a horrible experience. Employees did not follow my concerns and went ahead with performing other jobs on the car without notifying me. My car was given back to me with the intended repairs not done, but avoided with other jobs. Avoid this location and have some quality technicians work on your vehicle.less than one star if i could.

Your regular everyday crooks, trying to sell you things you don't need. They even tried to tell me i wouldn't be able to change my engine filter myself because it was hard to remove the engine cover.all you have to do is pull up the four corners

Mr. Pranav helped and guided us very professionally about the best available options regarding oil change and other maintenance for our car.

These people are their. They tell you buy this and that and when you ask is it necessary than they say yes. I have been there for oil change and they asked me that we have to fuse cleaner. When I asked is it necessary for which they said yes. They charged me $120 for this which was not at all needed. Later they gave me bill which have brief report about my service. More than half of the things were not checked and were marked okay/done in report. They use some fancy words so you buy stuff as normal people don’t have knowledge about cars and engine and than they rob us by selling expensive stuff.

They f×! &×! Up the lock and key on my rim and blamed it on over torquing. Had to take it to toyota. Luckly the guys at toyota where able remove and replace it.

Been here a couple times, they are always so friendly and helpful answering all my questions and never trying to upsell.

Been going here for years and never really had an issue until now. I often trust the 10916 mr lube location but they have immediately lost it. First off employees are great 5star. Manager Manish not so much 0star. Last visit they made a mistake of not taking my tires of summer rims and tossing. They were nice they added a note to make sure I wouldn't be charged for removing these. Came in this week and found out they (Manish) wouldnt honor it after a 2 hr wait. This is poor business practice and a breach of trust. The reason: they fired the guy who did note. So they can't honor it. Furthermore the manager acknowledged removing the note in front of his employee so I wouldnt have proof. Be wary of this something goes wrong have it fixed right away. Dont have notes added. Service is good 3star. Can't justify more than 1 star for being done wrong. UPDATE customer service replied today. Couldn't do a darn thing thing. Mentioned confidential info that previous person canned was adding free services to his profile. Why do I care. Look like parent company Everest is just as @$%#. All in all maybe just dont use Mr Lube in general. New slogan. We will F$%& you over. Yup I'm upset.

Called them to see if they could quickly change my tires as it was around 8pm. The guy on the phone said yes come by. Once I got there parked my car infront went inside to talk to someone and drop them my keys, was greeted by a "Kid" who did not seem interested in doing any work. He asked if they told me the cost because since it's a bmw and the tires are staggered it will cost more. Wanted to charge me 100$ to change 4 tires which were already mounted on rims. I stayed arguing with him for about 5 min letting him know that I am not an idiot and that the staggered setup is not any different to change. Once he realized that he told me that it is because the car uses a special "lock nut". I laughed and left. I drove down to Canadian tire with 20 min before closing. Spoke to a guy as he was about to clock out, he stayed and changed my tires for 50$ no questions asked. I do not recommend this shop, save your money and go elsewhere to do any service on your vehicle.

I got the worst experience there for changing my winter tires.

I took my car to them in early May to take off my winter tires. Their price was expensive -about 70 dollars but that's fine since they don't need appointment. However, they claimed that they did the so-called tire balancing without prior consent - when I was away to a nearby Food Basic, saying that my all-season tires were not properly balanced - total charge I needed to pay was $120.

But, what they did not know was, the 4 all-season tires were brand new tires on rims without being used, which were taken off from my brand new car at the dealer when I bought the car 5 month ago (which was in winter), because I asked the dealer to install my winter tires directly.

I am very upset, because it sounds to me there are only 3 possibilities:
1. The car manufacture did not do their job to balance my tires when they assembled my car;
2. The dealer did a bad job, and did not check the car when they sold their brand new car to me. ;
3. This Mr. Lube did some shady job, sold some service that was not necessary - if this service even had ever happened.

Which possibility has a better chance to be true?

Anyway, I won't go to Mr. Lube again.

Pranav was an outstanding help in regards to the concerns i had with my vehicle. He is a very well spoken gentleman with good work ethic. Customer service was great, also he made the visit very comfortable and finished in a reasonable time. Looking forward to coming back here if i have to get an oil change.

Had my oil change here Wednesday March 20th at around 6pm, service was (apparently) fine, they did try to sell me on a bunch of things I didn’t need but that was to be expected, VERY expensive compared to my regular mechanic ($40 more, only cans because i needed it before a long trip and had to work). Then my check oil light came on Thursday morning, and a smell of burning oil started on my way to the mechanic (had to take a day off anyways to go in to the mechanic after that). Mechanic opened the hood and saw oil splashed everywhere, check oil light was for a lean fuel code, they had left my oil cap off, overfilled my oil, and it had been splashing out all over my engine, thankfully no smoking on the way there. Hopefully that was the only reason for the spilled oil and no cracks in any part of the engine because of overfilling. Don’t ever go to Mr. Lube, isn’t worth it even once, you can have better service and a cheaper oil change elsewhere. Suspicious of whether or not this was done on purpose after I (a young woman who looks like I know nothing about cars) refused to be up-sold on a transmission flush or filter change.

Very quick to say yes they can change the oil on an Audi diesel. But looking closer into the oil it was the wrong one and not the Audi/ VW certified oil which can cause the engines turbo to fail- 3000, - dollar repair. Had bigger problems with this location 10 years ago with 2 cars, hasn’t changed much since.

Changed cabin filter without saying price was additional. 69.99 extra.more than oil change. Bad form. Otherwise fast and reasonable.
