I was told after they drained the oil that to wait extra 20 minutes (it supposed to be fast service) since they don't have my dodge caravan oil filter in stock. So they have to go pick it up from auto parts store. What a waste of time. Not coming back

I got an oil change here. They didn't fill my oil to the top and then they failed to clean the oil tray so oil ended up dripping on my driveway. They also left my fluids low even though they are supposed to fill. Took my car back and they admitted to the mistake. My husband got an oil change here the next day with his truck and they did not fill his oil either.
This place tries to scam people. I do not recommend.

I was received really well at this location at Vish and mike who helped me find out the issue with my car right away. I recommend this for oil change or tire change to everyone.

They asked me to park for now and let a bunch if cars that got here after me go in before me. Would not suggest this place to anyone. Big waste of my time. Especially since I was only here for a tire swap on rims. Should have just done it myself would have been faster.

Asked if they could be done within an hour and they did it within 50 minutes. AJ and Sean were great, helpful and professional, I recommend this location, a very good experience overall.

Good service, but they charge you more than others. I asked quote for winter tire change and they told me 93$ plus tax. So i went to a different place and got my tires changed for 50 bucks.

After trying to get a simple oil change 3 days in a row. I was told every time it would be over an hour wait. We have moved our business elsewhere and won’t be back to Mr Lube. Extremely rude as well. 3 vehicles we own won’t return here. Quicker and friendlier service elsewhere. Also found a much less expensive place near by for same oil and same service.

The oil change itself was fine, but they insisted on replacing my front breaks for $800. At a different service station, I was told that the breaks replacement would cost only $400, but mine were in perfect condition, so I didn't pay even that.
Never trust anything they say about your car condition.

2 young guys doesn't know what to do today. And also he put pressure 42! For all tires, For my tires on the vehicle it's max pressure 35. This is not joke

Went there because my passenger side front tire was flat. Mechanic inspected the tire and told me that the tire is worn out and shredded, I should just replace the tire with a new one and never explained me that there was a nail in tire, though they just wrote it in the bill description. They even pushed me to buy the new pair of tire, instead of just one. I actually bought these tire fews months ago and they were just saying they have been shredded already.
I just asked them to switch spare tire and took the flattened tire to my mechanic and he found a drywall nail in the tire. The tires even passed the safety inspection and I have no clue why they were forcing me to buy new tires when the tires were in the good condition and just needed a patch because of nail.
I ended up paying them $55, just for wrong diagnosis.

Ajay helped with the nail found in my tire. Let me know exactly what was going on and what needs to be done. Professional service and great advice every time I have come here.

I've used this location multiple times for my work truck as well as my personal vehicule. Always had great service. Found 3 nails un my tire yesterday and needed a fix asap. They got me back on the road safely and suggested the best options to keep my truck road worthy. Thanks to the staff and i will keep being a repeat customer.

Arrived early today to replace a leaky valve stem for my 1 tire, Ajay greeted me promptly and upon inspection started working on replacing the faulty tire valve. It was replaced in 10 min. Ajay was kind enough to provide the service free of charge, which was unexpected but very generous. I highly recommend the Mr. Lube on Fairview st in Burlington. Great guys and fantastic service! Awesome place to get car fixed, It was my first time visit today at this location as my car tire valve has a leak. They were about to close, I spoke to service manager Manny he took care of my car and it took so quick to get my car fixed. Excellent service and awesome team. Brought my vehicle in for a synthetic oil change, called ahead to make sure they were not busy. Pulled into Bay 3 as there were vehicles in Bay 1,2 and 4. Watched all those vehicles leave, and then the next 2 pulled into 2 and 4 and they left before me as well! 1 hour for a 15min oil change - could've done the oil change faster myself on the ground! Any other place would do the oil changes in order that the customers arrive - Highly recommend going somewhere else for your oil changes.

Needed urgent tire repair and tire changeover. Excellent experience - super fast (no appointment) and friendly service. Thanks!

I was about to lose my truck engine

They put the wrong engine oil

I lost a lot of money to fix this, and they refused to return my money even though I had a report of spoiling their oil in less than a day.

And the manager there does not know the literature of dialogue

Ekem today did a good job. He placed on my windshield wipers perfectly and had my oil changed quickly. Mr Lube at this location is always quick!

Do not take your car here!

I went in for a simple oil change on my girlfriends car, the whole time they were trying to upsell me on filters/fluids etc (all things I had done myself a few weeks ago). I made sure to take a picture of the oil filter before going in as well, and sure enough after the oil change the same filter was there!

These guys are too cheap/lazy to change a $5 oil filter (even cheaper cost for them).

Even worse they charged $79 for a tiny 4 cylinder non synthetic oil change, even more expensive than the dealer.

Tarjit was super helpful! I really recommend this shop and all his employees! If I could, I’d give them more stars!

Not the best at all they don't give you any information your looking for and take soo long for anything. Couldn't even tell me if my tires were balanced or if they needed weight bc if it doesn't need weight I shouldn't be charged for a balance. I use to manage a Mr lube

I've been here several times and have always been pleased with the professionalism and service received. Recently brought my vehicle in to have the bulb for the headlight replaced. I was able to do one on my own but couldn't reach the other side due to AC equip in the way. The boys took care of it and I was out of there in no times.

All and all it was a decent experience
The only reason for the 3 stars is because on my way out I suggested they put some salt on the sheet of ice in the parking lot and was pretty much told to mind my own business

My mother in law used this location Nov/20/21 for what I told her was an oil change. Her vehicle uses 0W-20 oil which was changed and the crank case is over filled (wasted their money by not putting in the correct 4.3 litres required). She was told her cabin air filter was plugged which it was not because I checked it the week prior. The filter cost $60 and this is the same low grade cabin air filter that can be bought retail for $12. They replaced an air filter that had less than 15,000 km of clean city driving for $55 when these cost is $18 retail. In conclusion they took advantage of a 76 year old women and it ultimately cost $245.00 for an
oil change. In addition, they neglected to reset the oil monitor.

She told them she didn’t want these filters and they talked over her and replaced them any ways. I called to talk to the manager and the guy that answered tried talking over me several times. I have worked in this industry for 5 years and would never take advantage of any one.

Would like to give a shout out to Manni for helping me out with a tire. Thought it was leaking but after pulling off the wheel and checking it for me.it was fine and there was no charge! Thank you very much Manni!

Always upselling, manager misheard when I said no to something then tried to charge me for it and tell me that I actually said yes

Excellent friendly service and convienence you can't beat. Prices are a bit steeper for tire/mouting services but I'll pay that to get instant service at 7pm with zero notice.

Way too slow took them 50 mi a to do my oil change. If u wanna spend ur day there then that's the place to change ur oil.

Tire over inflated by a lot. Full synthetic oil change. They recommend to come back after 3000kms. In cabin air filter. Service guy bacially ruins the one I have so I have to buy one from them at a premium of $60. Since this place got bought it is a JOKE! Rip off artist's.

My daughter took her car here for a tire change like we do every year, you pull in and you don’t get out, but all of a sudden her wheel bolts don’t fit her tires anymore the same tires that they have been changing for 3 years and they say it’s our fault that we lost them and they won’t replace them. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with! So we go down the road to Canadian tire and the same bolts all of a sudden fit! And it was cheaper only 55$ For the tire change.

These guys are great. They showed me the results of their tests instead of just saying you are good or not so I know what I’m getting into.
Had to change a few things that I wasn’t expecting to but they were excellent at explaining why and asking if I wanted to do it.

Mani hooked me up with 2 tires on a Sunday morning after I got a stupid nail stuck in one. The guys swapped out the tires in under 10mins and had me back on the road. Gave me a good deal too.

AVOID at all costs! I myself previously received the worst customer service and ridiculous pricing and upselling from this location. I am a huge fan of the convenience of Mr. Lube but vowed never to return to this location. My Husband took my car in to this location yesterday. His lack of knowledge made him a prime candidate to get taken advantage of $240 for an oil change and to change the filters. The vehicle is 2 months old and in now way shape or form needed filters. Come to find out it was Manager Peter was who was taking care of my husband and didn’t even reset the sensor on the car so it’s still showing I need an oil change. I know it’s a quick fix on my end but overall terrible customer service. I don’t like people who pray on individuals who don’t have car knowledge. Crooks avoid at all costs!

I visited this location today to swap 1 tire and the customer service was exceptional. The staff I encountered were very friendly and professional. To top it up, when they swapped out the tire, they didn't charge me a dime even after I insisted. Very impressed! Great job guys and thank you very much.

Very un professional rude ignorant people. The service is horrible they are professional crooks I wouldn't recommend going here unless you plan to over spend on unnecessary things. I had my tire rotation done at Canadian Tire for $ 40.00 cheaper then what I was quoted here.

I had a oil change here and tire rotation. They gave fast oil change service and staff was good and friendly.

SCAMMERS. Clearly a new owner too. We have groups going if you'd like details on the fraudulent behavior by this location (franchise as a whole but can speak for this one). Use another oil change place in Burlington. They LIE and show you fake results to scare you into spending.
Don't bother "reaching out" to them like they write to every bad review. They do nothing to retain customers. Rule is they offer 50% of next oil change lol as if any of us are going back.
*and clearly you have many fake (positive) reviews as others have called out. It's very obvious.

I don't like the way they pressurize you to buy their different services or stuff.sometime it's annoying and thats is why I'm giving it a 2 stars otherwise their oil change service is not bad.

I've been going to the same Mr. Lube for about 2 years now however I believe this place has recently changed owners and there is a marked change in the customer Service. I find it really good. The boys out there are very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend their services.

I did an oil change, transmission fluid change and a Battery swap. All done quickly and professionally.

I remember this Gentleman who works there Mr. Mani he is a good tech and very helpful.

Mr. Vaibhav attended to the passenger who came after me probably because he thought he would be able to upsell that customer more, didn't really check my vehicle properly only tried to upsell unnecessary items, had to tell him to check for water level in battery cabin filter etc which they are normally should do, very disappointed

It seems like the majority of positive reviews here are fake.pretty shady. If you click on the reviewers tons of them review both the mr lube in Newmarket and Burlington on the same day or same week.of course they didn’t get their oil changed that often. Or some reviewers have reviewed places in India a few days before and after reviewing here, as if they flew to Canada with their car just for an oil change! If you can’t present honest reviews, that doesn’t make me think you’ll provide an honest service. Shame on you. Do good work and you’ll get good reviews, don’t fake it to hide bad reviews.
