Overall, it’s a good place to get your car serviced when it comes to oil change and tire changing too. However, they do not offer brake inspection or brake changing whatsoever to your vehicle. So please be wary of that and don’t waste your time when it comes to that type of service to your car

Firstly I am not going say anything about single person because everyone is working as unit/team. So it is impossible to standout one person. The work they are performing on your car is full of dedication and excellent environment. When you drive up they offer you newspaper, coffee, water and also there is free wifi too which is unbelievable service. People are coming from different cultures but they are treating everyone as family. I am recommending this location to my friends and family as well due to the satisfaction that i got over there. Everything was done according to the time and mileage and was properly explained which service is due and or not. I am really happy and definitely going back.

This is my go-to place when oil is low or any standard service needs to be done. The staff is great and you can tell they take their work seriously, especially safety. Gagan and Vraj and even the guys who weren't working on my car were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Service here is always very quick and thorough. I will be definitely returning next time my engine light turns on.

I cant say enough good things about this Mr. Lube. This was my first visit and it wont be my last. I came in due to a nail being punctured in my tire. Within literal seconds of arriving I was greeted my an employee, and he immediately checked out my tire, and he explained the type of puncture I had and what my options were. Given my lack of knowledge, I asked a lot of questions. The employee was super helpful and patient throughout the entire exchange. Im very happy with the solutions that were offered to me and even happier with the price!

This place is the perfect example why you should go to mr lube store. I went in for oil change and i was over due for my differential oil for Ram 1500. They explained me why this oil is important and also took me in the basement so i can check myself that the level and condition is not good. I decided to change that oil in this store and the best thing was that they gave me free wipers. No one offers these kind of amazing discounts weather it and other lube store or dealerships. Will be going back whenever need an oil change or tire related service. Thanks to balli and gagan.

Just went in for oil change to this store and guess what had best experience ever. The store was very neat and clean. All employees were working very hard. I usually go to my dealership and as usual you don’t get to see what they are doing to your vehicle but here you will see everything happening in front of your eyes for example what oil grade, topping up of fluids. You get to know your vehicle needs as they explain everything from owners manual and after explaining they double check if that thing is really due. I did my transmission oil change and rust protection as these things were over due and my dealership never told me. Also they gave me free wiper blades. Thanks to the grand team especially balli, kamal, gagan.
Will visit again.

I came here just for an off rim tire change, and spent 3 and half hours to get it done. First of all, the staff are so slow and sluggish. And then because I brought my tires they intentionally over pumped one of the tires. I was smart to detect it from my dashboard before I even left there, but the tech kept arguing that when I drive the psi will reduce. In what world do you put 62 psi in for a 35psi tire. I made sure the right pressure was put in. They were just non chalant about the pressure so I can bust my tires and come buy from them. Pathetic!

I was very proud of this location about a year ago until my last experience so many staff there nobody knows what’s going on with each individual car they have to pay attention, I was very upset, but they made things right in the long run. That’s why I gave them a three.
What the story is I ordered four new winter tires they kept my old tires on the day of my first visit which were on rims, but when my wife returned the next day with the car and went to pick it up. There were no rims they were still sitting outside in the snow, I had to return and wait an hour for them to reinstall my tires back on the rims.

I have had the best experience at this location. Special special thank you to Balli for going above and beyond always for me with the most incredible service. I will only come back to this location ️

This location has the best staff by far. I needed to change the oil and Sunny is his name who look after me. He is caring mechanic to his clients, very pleasant and attentive. Another staff member helped me out as well, Bali, who explained to me all the steps they were doing. Definitely Recommend this location. Wait time was 11 minutes on Thursday evening. My tire valve had a problem and the air was coming out of it, so I brought it here and Mr. Arsh changed it for me with patience.
Even though they didn't charge me for the valve replacement, I was really satisfied with their work and the behavior of all their staff

Came in for an oil change. I was sure to say I don’t want to change any air filters or none of that extra stuff. The oil change took longer than usual, I witnessed the person doing the oil change remove some piece of the car and struggle to put it back, they still showed me the air filters and shortly after my heater started making noise, it stopped working and the coolant level was constantly saying low and car was overheating. Do not recommend

I've been to the location at 6000 dufferin several times and the service is always great. I really appreciate the staff especially Aamir and Bui they are always so helpful polite and take their time to explain everything to me that needs to be done and why it needs to be done. I highly recommend this location!

They are not following the one who is the first one in line. Im waiting and they tell me to move because the other car came first before me then when my turn they let the car behind me to go in instead of me. Poor customer service.

Mr. Sunny is the best Manager, very respective manners dealing in and recommend to all approach this branch, where you'll be returned back satisfactorily.

My friend was just ripped off by you because you made it feel an absolute necessity that she replaces her Spark plugs. During these stressful times you took advantage of someone who doesn't understand the mechanics of a car, and made her feel helpless. Offering her "Free" wiper blades is disgusting knowing full well you get those for free too. I tried calling your location to discuss this, but after 30 minutes of ringing, and no machine picking up I decided to post this here. Feel free to contact me and try to rectify this situation for work on a car that did not need doing.

Went to Mr Lube Dufferein/ Steeles today as I had two front lights out/ was greeted very professionally and friendly / The gentle man said to just drive around to the front and they will look at it ther / was greeted by the Manager Sunny I must say this he went beyond to fix the lights as one of the bulbs to get out was a job for sure I thought mechanic would have to do but no he fixed both plus I wasn't ther that long Thanks again. Service was fast and efficient. Tried to upsell me for rust spray control (which I declined) and then forgot to give me my free wiper blades (as per the promotion). They did install the baldes after I reminded them, but then one of the blades actually came loose when I attempted to use it the first time. Went in for an oil change and came out with a $200+ bill! Yikes!

I always go here for oil change and guys are very professional and polite.they they always describe me about everything of the vehicle with the owner manuel and do a good service.always recommend this.
