Mr. Lube

Very bad service. They charge almost double compared to other Mr Lube outlets. Glad I found out the hard way atleast.and also they damage your car and dont take responsibility. Utterly disappointed which is now costing me an extra $250. I came for tire change and they damaged my tire rod and said it was bound to get damaged. These guys are good for oil change only.
Never coming back again.

These people are cooks. Can't trust them ever.
I went in just for an oil change, their "cunning" lied to upsell.
The Hyundai recommended engine air filter change is once every 48000 KMS but they lied that it should be done every 24000 KMS and I ended up falling to their lies. Also, they tried to sell me a cabin air filter. When I declined, the sales guy was visibly dissapointed. He later ended up selling me some useless flush out thing for the oil change. He said he will topup all other fluids like washer fluid, coolant, power steering oil, brake fluid but didn't do anything as promised.
On my invoice, I saw that he also lubricated the door hinges, however, he didnt even touch the doors and I know that because I was there all the time. Later in the evening when i complained and requested the manager to call me back, I received a call where the service manager admitted that he looked into the cameras and found that the door hinges were not even touched. After this experience, I now doubt if they even did the other service that I have been invoiced for.

Please don't go to this place. They are liars. They should not be trusted. Not worth a penny of your business.

Received a comment with the owner’s response on my review but it has been over a month and they haven’t responded yet to my email. UNTRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE.

Whenever i feel trouble with my vehicle these guys always fix my vehicle problem very professional guys

I come here for oil changes, expect to pay $119 a little steep but, you pay for convenience since you can come without an appointment and they do it on the spot.

The problem I have is I had asked for any winter tires they have available for sale. They gave me 4 options, 2 cheap (around 500-700$ set of 4) and 2 more expensive (1200-1400 for a set of 4). I then ask for the 2nd most inexpensive option, the employee then walks away to check. After a few minutes employee comes back and tells me the prices he gave me were actually for summer tires, and gives me prices for higher end tire options only. 1700-1800 for the set including tax. I have 18" rims understandable that tires options for this size can be pricey. I reply saying it's a bit out of my budget and state that costco offers the same tires for 1400-1500 complete with installation (I showed image as proof). The employee then says I'll match those prices, RED FLAG 1 (they clearly price gouge). I kindly refuse their offer and shopped for tires on my own that are more within budget. Thinking if they are more honest with their prices I would actually take their business but, as a customer I feel like I'm being played with and lied to.

I come back a week later with new (cheaper) winter tires (off rims) to be installed. The same employee who was helping me look for tires for the same rims the week prior, turns me away. The reason being is that they can't change my new tires since my tires are too low profile. Now what confuses me is that they were insistent on selling me more expensive tires with THE SAME PROFILE the week PRIOR! RED FLAG 2! Very sketchy experiences with this mr lube location take your business elsewhere unless you really have to. I instead went to another auto service center to get them swapped down the street.

The first red flag was they used 3 different (already opened) oil containers with no measuring. The dipstick came back to me and he claimed the dipstick "doesn't go in all the way, so the oil level looks low". This claim is absurd. On the receipt, the tech had documented the washer fluid was topped up, the windows were washed and the tire pressures were OK. The washer fluid compartment was never touched, the windows were NOT cleaned and the tire pressures were NEVER checked. I paid $120 for premium synthetic change and have no idea what and how much of it went into my Lexus. I'll never again have my vehicle in this shady shop. Horrible service for a premium price.

I get my car oil change here I like the way they did my car service with all curiosy check, their way of communication was good. I really appreciate Mr. Lube. Thank you so much!

This is an ok location, but everytime I come, I feel like I'm viewed as a bank. I come in for an oil change because that's all my budget will allow. However, they manage to suggest I add services totalling over $1k. I appreciate the suggestions, but sometimes people just want an oil change. And last time I checked it didn't cost $500 to top up fluids, which is what I encountered during my last visit. I'll go to another location where they actually have my best interest in mind.

Great experience. Went for the first time for my winter tires. The team was helpful in selection and also did the work in a quick time.

Added: The reply from the management is just to show public, as I have followed up twice but no one has got back to me.

Overpriced tires change, tires on rim $113+tax

Definitely wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t go back again when elsewhere can be done with less than $80 included tax

Edit: apparently there is another reviewer 5 months ago said Mr.lube on Tomken is $55+ tax

Changing my previous 3 stars to 1. Here is why. After the last oil change the leak from the filter started. Someone just didn't screw it in well enough or did not check the seal. So, obviously, it will be the last place I will consider going to now.

Really Professional People working who actually know what they are doing. My car was giving my problem from last few months but as it was my first car so i wanted to be in the safe hands. SOURAB took really good care of my vehicle and told me my oil change was due with my brakes, some suspension work and some few more things he made sure all things to tell me everything he was very professional, happy and polite nature. He knows what he is doing. Highly recommend this location for any of your Car maintenance done.

Just had an absolutely marvellous experience at Mr. Lube. The Manager Karan was polite, knowledgeable and provided a quick turnaround. They also stuck very strictly to current covid protocols which was very much appreciated. EXCELLENT.

Beware of getting your tires done at this place. All 4 valves on my wheels are loose and they damaged/cut one of my tire’s bead which is leaking air. They do not know what they are doing. I had to pay another professional mechanic to tighten all the valves, and put a bead sealant on the tire bead.

My mother and I have been coming here for years. I tried another Mr. Lube by my work in Toronto and it was terrible. They all do a great job at this one and never try to rip you off. The assistant manager Krishna is particularly good, honest and is very thorough. I only trust him to do any work on my new Suburu. High recommend this location.

150$ for tire change with rim and balancing is quite expensive. They tried to trick me into signing up for promotional messages and stole my metal caps replacing them with plastic caps.

I dont like to go to car garages and mechanics and I came here reluctantly since my brother was unavailable. I was really glad to have Jagandeep help check my tires and I asked to check my oil as well. I was sure I would be tricked into getting my oil changed but he and the team were honest and told me how many km I still have left. I feel confident knowing they are honest and I would go back to this Mr. Lube if I had any concerns. Thanks!

This place provides excellent service for car services. I have been here several times all the upper techs Sahil, guri, karan, shubham, krishna, sukhbir gives proper advice and explanation on what service needs to be done on the vehicle.
Strongly recommended place to visit.

GURI helped us alot with our car. We came for an oil change and engine flush. I had an 8 inch nail in my tire and i came to this guys and they took care of it for me and didnt take them long to fix. Jay was the man who helped me.i recommend this place.
