Absolutely wonderful service. This is the first time I've visited a Mr. Lube (not this location, but different locations) and was informed by knowledgable mechanics that truly care. I was given various options and pricing for each. They really work with the customer to make sure each person is happy and are super flexible. I've never encountered service this amazing before. I will be a loyal customer and only go back to this location. Thank goodness the Midas down the street had an employee who was late to arrive and open the store because I would never have known about this Mr Lube location just minutes away.

Poor service. Was told one car ahead of me, then proceeded to wait over an hour and a half for a winter tire change and still waiting. Was told to park outside and not told what to do or where to wait, stood out in the cold until was showed the waiting area. They also left the lug nuts and all tools in the parking lot on the ground while they’re working inside out of view. Very poor service, will not return.

They charged me $251 per tore that are $100 at Canadian tire +45 tire dollars per tire to install. I called another mister lube and they were charging $200 but this mr lube would not match the price of someone within their company. I feel completely ripped off and violated another example of crooked mechanics. Do not go here.

Charged $89 for a basic winter tire swaps that were already on rim. Definitely a rip off. Never going back again.

Highly priced, i went to this place for winter tire swap, i need to mount winter tire on new rim and swap with regular tire.
Service agent asked to mount the tire on new rim 150 CAD and seasonal tire swap 60 cad total of 210 cad, whereas i did the same work outside with nominal charges 80CAD. The agents are not sure about pricing.ask the pricing before starts works

After the sudden snow fall that happened on November 16th, I knew that I needed to change my tires into winter ones since I had all seasons. Was hoping to get it changed from someplace else, but they said that I had two weeks. Luckily, that I wasn't too far from the Mr Lube's over at Tomken. I thought all hope was lost when they didn't have the right tires in hand to change for my car, but the manager Denesh was very kind and very quick into ordering the right ones ASAP, changing the tires and keep them in storage until I need to change them. I highly recommend going to this location of Mr Lube if you need your tires changed ASAP. Thank you so much for your service!

Pardon the pun but the manager Denesh has this place working like a well oiled machine. There was a huge line up of people wanting to get their winter tires put on and they were so organized in making sure that everyone was taken care of.

Decent service. I was there Saturday for an oil change. I asked for an oem oil filter, they didn't have it. I was ok with after market and that's what they installed. Still charged for the oem filter though. Buddy didn't bother to remove it from my bill, but my fault realized later after I had already left.

This location is full of enthusiastic and hard-working employees, I was having a very bad day, and they made things feel a lot better, I felt like I was in good hands. The store manager Denesh was wonderful, everything is so organized and works perfectly there, I definitely recommend.

Very very very quick service. Didn't force me to get anything unnecessary done and just gave me suggestions of what I can do later on without pushing me. Very friendly.

Extremely disappointing experience. My wife has had her honda's oil changed here in the past with satisfactory results - calling me to decline all attempts to upsell services etc.

On this occassion I was overdue for an oil change and to have my winter tries swapped for summers. I couldnt wait for an appointment at my usual mechanic so I took a chance on Mr Lube at Tomken/Eglinton. As I discussed the oil change specifics with the attendant, they began to swap my tires. I observed the tech tightening the bolts in clockwise direction versus star pattern and quickly voiced my concern as well as them not rotating them as they had been previously marked. As this was occurring, the oil change techs (3 of them) were under my hood looking for the oil filter (I assume) but I could not see from inside the car with the hood up. I let them know it is on the under side and they proceeded. While filling the oil, I noticed the techs wiping up spilled oil from my engine cover with multiple rags and peeling at me to see if Ihad noticed - I did and they then assured me it was small and all cleaned up. The tech checked the oil level and tightened the cap then walked away. Another tech then checked the oil level and proceeded to add more oil, then wiped more of the oil spil and closed the hood. I declined all other service offers, paid and left. Once out of the bay, I checked the work performed. What I found was that they cracked the engine cover likely trying to remove it when there was absolutely no need to! The cover is fastened with 3 screws which they were clearly unaware of and instead tried to force it off cracking it in the process. The oil spill was NOT small and needed further cleanup having dripped down on the other engine components causing a burning odor as the engine was running. Next I checked the oil level which was clearly over filled and not by only a little. Over filling oil by that amout can cause damage to the motor. I went in and explained that the oil was overfilled. The tech fiercely challenged me despite me explaining how to read the dip stick. He got his got his manager (another teenager coincidentally) who also insisted the level shouldn't be a problem. They would not remove any oil explaining that they would have to re do the oil change and they would not. I decided that instead of argue with teenagers, none of whom know or have any mechanics training clearly, I would take my car to a mechanic to correct the mistake.

Horrible experience. I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone. Beware

I am grateful, and have much gratitude towards this Mr. Lube’s location team members with the service and experience I received. I was in a stressful emergency car situation, having just received an oil change from a local competitors, in which they had left my original oil, and then added new oil.

I was on the highway when my vehicle would not accelerate past 60 km. Noting that I was in serious trouble, I pulled off to this location.

The members quickly realized the issue, went above and beyond, were very professional, resolved the issue and made sure my vehicle was road safety before I continued on.

Five stars is not enough for my experience, I give them TWENTY stars, and am very grateful for that they did for me. Truly my heroes if the day, thank you guy’s!

I left very happy because of the quick oil change. Then on the highway my heat shield to get to my oil filter fell and was forced to pull over, fearing I had a transmission issue due to the grinding noise.very disappointed that the head guy reminded the guys underneath to "make sure that heat shield is tight". Will be following up for repair costs.

My car tire got big crack yesterday night and stuck on gas station. I came in Mr. Lub this morning. Mr. Claudio very friendly help to set-up everything.go over street to check my tire condition, pick up tire from storage.go gas station to take out tire and brought it to garage, get new tire on rim, go back gas station again to install it. Very perfessional. Also I saw this Mr Lub team is great. They help each other.really great team. Garage clean and organized.

The first time I visited this location, the manager professionally greeted and appreciated my visit for full tire rotation service, repair & balancing. He offered a deal without even asking for it.
Second time visit I just saw small metal piece so I head back again to this location and Deneish inspected the tire but found no issue I'm pretty sure that if I went to any other place they would charge me for something that I don't need for sure I would come back and recommend my frineds to go thier.
Very honest very professional HIGHLY RECOMMENDED go there and get your service done at a peace of mind.

Went to get my car checked out due to some issues I was noticing. I didn’t have to wait to be served and Ive never had to wait more than 15 mins In the past unlike some other locations. I was greeted so kindly by the staff. The staff always go above and beyond to make conversation and to really personalize your experience. I’m always given extremely honest and thorough information regarding my vehicles needs and suggested services. I’m always pleased with the work done on my car and I continuously recommend this location to friends and family. Best Mr. Lube in the GTA hands down!

They do a very good job and make sure your vehicle is is good working condition before you leave or at least let you know what must be done to make it that way. They did take advantage of me cause I'm a female though. (not cool), but next time I will be sure to know exactly what it is I need done so that will be completely out of the question and won't have to pay 40% more for a service that could ha e been done basic and still get the job done.

Great service today, professional crew.
I am hard of hearing and mostly read lips, so the masks have been a challenge for me with communication. The team members took the time to make sure I understood everything they were suggesting, without me even having to tell them about my disability.

So I showed up to get a tyre repaired caused by a nail @3pm, as usual I'm greeted and explained my problem, I'm told to wait and enter the bay when ready. I get in and told go out and wait. That's about 15 mins wasted. So I'm now waiting outside as they get the Tyre off and Checked. After they checked and repaired, reinstalled, then they come and ask for information, now this is 1 hour to repaired 1 tyre, now 30 minutes more because they need to put me in their system, an oil change doesn't take this long

Mr. Lube is run be crooks who fraudulently overcharge their customers.

They don't even have customer service number to reach because the head office encourages Mr. Lube employees to rob customers anyway they can.

They charged me $180 to replace my winter tires but only charged $120 to others with the same car model.

They overcharged me $60 and they often do a sloppy amateur job. The staff are a bunch of kids who don't know what they're doing.

I know the owner who is a thief/fraud from Trinidad.

Don't come to this location!

They'll try to upsell you on services you don't need and create non-existent issues for your car!

Don't go to any Mr. Lube, especially this location. You're better off going to a regular mechanic, Canadian Tire or Midas.

From the first phone call, the customer service was incredible, they are so friendly and accommodating. I had a severely flat tire and the lug nut was stripped so I couldn’t put on a spare, had it towed over and they took it right away, pumped the air just before bringing in to make sure the rim didn’t get damaged. They explained all the options available and were transparent with their work. As a women, I don’t always feel comfortable or trust most mechanics and feel like sometimes they try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge but here, everything is explained and showed and the pricing is consistent and fair market value. The whole team is very professional, Dinesh, the manager is so great! He and John did a thorough job! Thank you and I will absolutely be coming back!

Mr. Lube is probably the worst company. I asked for an oil change and didn't receive it. Just a quick package and a filter change. There goes 150 dollars. My oil life %15 is still on, have to spend more money on my actual mechanic. Unprofessional, rude, quick paced. Hated it.

Denesh and staff were great today. I was so impressed with the service, I called my boyfriend to come and get his truck service done. They are honest and professional. I don’t live in the area but made the visit based on reviews and it was accurate.

Poor attitude on the girl that came out to check the wipers we bought from them. She was rude and argumentative. They should stand for their product and not argue with their customer.

I went in stressed out about my car and the team there was so amazing and helpful especially Amanda she did a great job with explaining everything to me and took her time and really made sure all my questions were answered and gave me great advice as well. I would have to disagree with some of the comments here. These people are very aggressive and pushy. I usually take my car to the dealer but due to a road trip planned I needed a quick oil change. They insisting I needed a transmission flush and I told them wasn’t long ago I did it at the dealer but they kept pushing me for it. I went home… whatever they did caused my car to leak all over my beautiful drive way … and I needed to go back to get it fixed.no apologies nothing … they basically took out my dealership good flush to replace with BS lube product. Really upset. Would not recommend to anyone. There’s a reason we go to dealerships.

My mom took my car in for me as a favour. Just wanted an oil change. They were aggressively upselling her. Convinced her I needed a new alternator belt and transmission flush. When I found out I was upset because I had just gotten my transmission flushed at a Toyota dealer 2 years ago and with covid I haven’t driven my car much. They lied and said I needed one when I didn’t but my mom didn’t know that. The next day transmission fluid leaked all over my garage. They didn’t even apologize for their mistake or for scamming an older lady. Never going to Mr. Lube again for any type of service.

Drove from Kitchener to Mississauga to have Allen change the spark plugs on my Navigator, as the local Mr Lubes around here didnt want to do it because it was "too difficult", Allen got it done, went above and beyond and took care of my car like its his own car, will be doing the drive to get my cars serviced as long as Allen is there, definitely worth the drive!

Went in for an oil change, needed to get brakes done as well and what do you know they offer that service too! Quick turnaround and fair pricing. Everything was explained to me perfectly and was even shown the old parts that had been taken out. Trustworthy service at a very reasonable price. And the quick turnaround is always a bonus.

Went in for an oil change, they up sold me a cabin air filter, and jammed it in so hard they destroyed it in the process. I was blissfully unaware until the next time I went to change it and discovered it's condition. They also way over charged for the filter.

Heather and several other techs helped with my vehicle service today but no problem with the oil change, brake fluid flush, rear diff service, engine and cabin filter, wipers. I always go to this location because the staff is respectful, knowledgeable and they always explain everything. For someone like myself who doesn't know anything about cars it means a lot when someone takes the time to show me and educate me on what they're doing and why they're doing it or what needs to be done and why. I never feel like they're just trying to sell me services. If I need something done they tell me but they also tell me if I can wait with certain things. Thanks guys!

I usually take my car here, I just like that it is fast, you do pay a bit more, but the fast service is the benefit. I was over charged last time, they did refund me for the service, but I do not think I will be coming back here. I just feel like they upsell you in every aspect and I get why, I have just had enough of it.

Scammers they said the drain plug for the oil pan is no good on 2019 car they charged me $15 to change yet they put back same one just don't trust them

I've come here a couple of times. Recently I bought my own car and brought it in to get an oil change and they did a great job at that. However they have a list of things they mention that they check which they actually don't for example the air filter and the battery and instead offer services (which is understandable because it's a business). However one of the things they did check was my tire pressure. But forgot to put my valve caps back on and I have custom chrome caps on my wheels and they weren't put back on the passenger side on both the front and left wheels. Also rubbing the dirty rag to "clean" the spots on the car that you've touched isn't greatly appreciated. You should also ask if I want my windshield cleaned before you go ahead and you should ask to open my door before you go on ahead and open my door. Seems simple to me. I want my caps back lol

Car really needed it or I would have drove off. Midas has the touch. Don't bring you car to a Mr Lube you will pay double the price for an oil change and you can buy your own wiper blades and still not pay 200 dollars it's a scam please no one else pay 100 for 2 car filter's save yourself a heartache. So they called me to talk down to me and offer me a 10 dollar off my next visit. So you know a labor charge is thrown in as well so the filters that cost no more then 25 dollars has a 75 dollar labor charge. Again there is a midas in the same area go there at least they will value you in these hard times

Come in for my oil change my technician Robert was kind and told me that the tire wasn’t repairable explained why then ask if I wanted a price on tires. He also pointed out the low tread on my other tire thanks to him I didn’t have to waste time later on change that tire he even went and got the tire himself in 30 minutes I was there for 45 minutes. Covid friendly sanitized my lock key before giving it back as well as sanitizing the debit machine. My favourite mrlube strictly due to the kind staff/environment.
