Mr. Lube in Walmart

Here's why 5 stars:
A while ago we went to Mr. Lube for an oil change and we got some wipers as a promo.

I haven't used them for long time. When it was time to change I couldn't fit them on my other car I tought they would fit.

Jude was extremely helpful to help an old customer. All I needed some adapters for wipers otherwise they would be just a waste, despite they are brand new.
Despite he was busy he helped me with this unorthodox request, and got my ultimate respect.he could have said just no but ue did not.
Such a small thing, but at that time it was important for my convenience and for the environment.
Plug in hybrids doesn't go as often as other cars but it's going to be this location, when I do.

My first experience here.

I kept calling for 5 to 7 times. No one picked the phone. Finally I end up going there personally and the advisor there was busy in his own stuff. Made me wait atkeast 15 to 20 min. I asked about eh engine oil change and he said we are quite busy just go to other location.

I was so surprised and even more shocked at his response. Third class services.

I give this review with mixed emotions and feelings. Martin is an excellent fellow and he will not steer you wrong. However the evening manager is very pushy and trys to upsell things your car does not need. I had a good experience with my oil change and tire rotation. However i will not take my car back for service to them after the coolant flush. They changed my coolant and did not tell me I had a leaking coolant reservoir. Very unhappy as this could caused engine damage!

Martin helped me out, booked me in and checked me out was polite and curious very informative to my oil change service. Wound definitely take my car there again.

It was such a stupid decision to go there for flat tire.
They charged me $89 just to fix the 1 puncher.
Would never recommend to anybody.

One of the worst experience this time waiting from 3.5 hours for winter tyre (rims attached) change.should have been properly managed.poor service

Excellent and friendly service. Had some trouble with my tires on the highway, Thomas fit me in on my lunch break and sorted everything out. Awesome experience, highly recommended.

Had tires changed there, the Manager Martin was amazing, found me the best deal, was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

I had to get an oil change a few months ago and I was introduced to Martin. Then, this past weekend I was noticing some issues with the sounds my car was making and spoke with Tom. Women know that when you enter mechanics or maintenance spaces you are often ignored or talked down to. Martin and Tom were so kind and sincere. I really appreciate the way I have been treated when I've taken my car in. They looked things over and went the extra mile in my opinion. The staff was very welcoming and I will absolutely return again and again. Thank you:)

I just did an oil change with Mr. Lube on Oct 8, drove my car to and from work Downtown Monday-Thursday. Then my oil pressure warning light went on Friday morning as I was on the highway to work. I was going to bring it over to them right after I got off work but my car didn't even make it. Right when I was about to get on the ramp onto the Gardiner Express way at Lakeshore Blvd E and Lower Jarvis St RIGHT DURING RUSH HOURS, to my horror my car stalled and the battery light went on. Thank god I wasn't on the highway or else who knows what could have happened to me. As a fairly new driver and car owner, I'm so traumatized by this experience and I had to get CAA to tow my car on a Friday evening to a different mechanic only to have them tell me that the careless workers at Mr. Lube used the wrong amount of oil for my V6 Toyota Camry. Thank goodness it didn't lead me to get into a severe accident. It was definitely the last thing I expected to happen when bringing my car in for maintenance. I'm not even sure what effects the wrong amount of oil had or will have on my engine, especially because I still drove it around for 4 days being none the wiser. I'm never coming back again! I never want to go through that traumatizing experience ever again.

Went to get winter tire swap, had two get tires new, Trusted them, got new tires for $190 each. When came home and checked the price online, they were available for $145 for the same brand, really pinched me hard as I paid extra $45 on each tire, guys please check the market before you buy from these guys.

If you value your vehicle.
Take it to the dealer or a reputable mechanic. Bunch of scamming going on at this location, I got burnt twice not going to be a third.

Thank you to Martin and the team for their help. I used to go to the Mr. Lube on Argentina and didn’t receive the greatest service but this location was amazing. Martin was so kind and helpful. Will definitely be coming here from now on.

You go there and just have to trust that they didn't rip you off. You don't know if they in fact changed your oil or just took your money. I won't be back. I would say this place breeds corruption. Apparently had to change my oil filter which i didn't think I had to.

I called to ask if they have availability today and whomever I spoke to said, “No we’re fully booked today, you’ll have to come back tomorrow, ” and I started to ask what time they have available tomorrow and she hung up on me. Mid sentence. I get it, you’re busy, but at least say goodbye?

The worst experience had ever.the employe don't want to work just sitting there.when complaining they start shouting.never ever go there.so disrespectful staff

I was close by and went there for fix my flat tire and after that I told him my tire pressure is still less.they said it will come up after driving 10 km.and when I reached home it flat again I came back and tell the problem they said it another nail inside I pay them again and after 1 km it's flat again and now they said it's another nail. OMG now i got how they make money and when I complain their stuff trying to hit me they start fighting. They are so bad.don't go there they are so.

One morning I noticed an oil leak under my Ford Explorer SUV wasn't sure if it was my vehicle leaking oil or not. Eventually I found out it was my SUV that was leaking.

I drove to Heartland Mr. Lube for an oil Change and assessment of the leak. Where I met Tom the General Manager of Mr. Lube there. I explained my concerns he went in diagnosed found the problem was a defective oil filter. WHAT A RELIEF that was! He not only performed the entire service with utmost professionalism but cleaned what oil residue was on my engine from the leak and notified me that my exhaust welds were beginning to fail that soon I would have to take a trip to a muffler shop. I highly recommend the services here it was an excellent customer experience.

This place is awesome, serious bang for your buck! Not to mention Joseph and Kevin are an absolute treat to chat with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all my questions with a smile! Unlike jiffy lube/ express care who tried to convince me to get more work than I needed at the time for an outrageous price.

Kevin was very knowledgeable and advised the cashier of what was needed to ensure my car was up to date with warranty standards. Would definitely use there service again.

Worst service ever. They broke my tyre valve (they didn't fix and asked another $75) and charged me $200+, for oil change and filter change. When went for next oil change, I got to know, they did not fit filter and drain closer properly. So, oil spilled all over they place and need to change washer for oil pan as I still see oil leaks. I suggest to avoid this place

I brought my vehicle in on February 5th because I had a horrible scraping noise coming from the rear drivers side of my car. Tom did a fantastic job fixing the car and his customer service skills were fantastic. He went above and beyond to make my vehicle safe and made me feel comfortable with his knowledge. As a single mom, taking my vehicle in for repair is a dire situation at best for fear of being ripped off. I did not feel I was being taken advantage of in the least! I will continue to bring my vehicle in to Mr. Lube and specifically Tom!

This location never fails to do a fantastic job. I always have the pleasure of dealing with Martin. I will only go when he is working because I trust his expertise. I went in for an oil change and as usual, a job well done and great customer service. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Tom. Great job guys! Keep it up.

Its my request to all don't go to these untrained guys and don't put there lives in danger. They left two wheels of my car losse. This is insane. I got tires change of my Mazda 5 from them on December 11th, 2021. They harassed me so much and wasted my full day. After few days the left front wheel start making loud noise and shake too much. So I went to other mechanic. When he checked the two of wheels are loose and even the left front wheels had only 1 tight bolt and all other were loose. Thank God I am safe.

I am going to take some action against them. They put my family's life on risk. Unbelievable, how some one can so careless.

I went To Mr. Lube Walmart Heartland at 1: 30pm Sunday the 5th of December. They told me my car would be ready in less than 2 hours. After going back 3 times my car was not ready. Finally they told me it wouldn't be done today. They put priority on other customers. Everyone in Mississauga should go to Tripple Service Auto in Mississauga on Mavis for their winter tire change, and oil change. I Guess that's what happens when Mr. Lube let's Children operate their business.

I used to be there regular customer but there poor customer service i gave up going there. My friend purchased brand new car and went for oil and filter change that’s it and these guys to make out of it they told him that his car need coolant flush and and engine air filter changes and made a bill of 327$. Can you guys explain me why a brand new car which has just 700 km on its mileage needs a engine air filter change and coolant flush. Secondly recently went there as all other repair shop was closed to as i had no other option to check whether my coolant is low or not and i even told them i will pay for coolant just tell me if its low i will pay you guys but one of their employee came and told me no the coolant level is full and you don’t need to fill more. I was not satisfied with his answer as i knew the coolant was quite low. So I Disregard his statement and next day i went back to my own mechanic shop and i asked him if my coolant level is low or not he showed me there wasn’t any coolant left. I was lucky that I didn’t trust these frauds otherwise if I would have trust them and went for drive my engine could have seize up. Very very unprofessional customer service and never came back again to your store. Now you lost two customers and even i told my 3 friends that were coming to your store regularly for service to stop coming and they agreed and now you lost 5 of your customers. WELL DONE GREAT JOB!

Worst experience ever. Went in to get an oil change and reminded the gentleman that my car is dropped, to make sure he drives it carefully and not scrape it. Got a phone call after I left saying to come back because my car is too “low” to proceed with an oil change. Came back and they scraped my whole front lip. Do they not know how to drive a car? He gave me his supervisors number to issue funds for the damage. Supervisor said to call back when manager is in. Back and forth between multiple phone calls. Talked to a another gentleman and he said that I’m calling on a “Friday at 5pm” and he can’t help me. Zero customer service skills demonstrated between the entirety of the staff. Went to Jiffy Lube after I picked up my car and they instantly changed my oil without any discrepancies. Never go to Mr. Lube. No point in opening an investigation at this point because you clearly will not pay for the damage. Save yourself the money and trip and go to another oil change provider.

Negative stars. Took my sister's car there for a oil change. They call to tell her there was something urgent.ony to try to show us that they wanted to upsell for a new air filter that wasn't needed. (Show my sister a air filter with a leaf) Next thing you know the car is making all kinds of sounds it wasn't making prior to the oil change. They did something to the car for sure. Stay away

Worst person that taller guy has no respect to people. He told us to wait on the counter and he never came. He had a lot of tantrum and no manners to talk. Dont go there instead go to erin mill and britania best service they will give you.

Great location to get your oil changed or do your tires while you shop. Tire change took a long time but that’s expected in a busy location.
Martin goes that extra mile with customers and is always very helpful and informative.
Only bad experience I had was they moved my seat.

So exactly 1 year passed. Came in to swap my tires and man what a disappointment. After being such a loyal customer they wouldn’t sell me 2 new sets of tires cause of the Covid excuse. I was also told it was going to be 1.5 hrs to do my car. Funny enough the parking lot and all they bays were empty.
What a difference when you find a different supervisor onsite.
I will be taking business elsewhere.

Update:
Received a phone call from martin expressing his apologies. This is the way a customer should be treaded.
Martin went out of his way to locate tires for me and I will be purchasing from him.

I have used this place before but this time the staff were pushing me to have my break pads replaced and have the break fluids replaced, telling me “they were dangerously low”. My cars computer showed me I have 15000 km left on my break pads and break fluid is good till next year! Typical, they saw a woman in a nice car and saw $$$, shame on you George and his mechanics at Heartland Mr Lube. I went for winter tire swaps and they wanted to fleece me for $1400. ***** Ladies be aware *******

I was told it would cost $200 + taxes to swap my winter tires with off rim all season tires. I felt it was way costly and enquired with another Mr. Lube on Tomken road. They said I had to spend $140. What a contrast in pricing was it? Finally I did it for $100 at a local mechanic shop. Hope my review helps someone think just before spending.

Bought and installed new wiper blades in the Spring, they snapped in half and scratched my windshield and Mr Lube won’t help in any way

Pleaae do like this comment if you agree. The store manager is very rude, over smart and thinks that the customer driving car have no idea about the vehicle. I wanted to avail deal for getting free wiper blades with oil change so I asked the guy please keep wiper blades on the passenger seat as I do not want to change them yet since I got it changed few months back. Despite my instructions he changed the blades and he said that one should change wiper blades every 3 months. Unbelievable. Who changes wipers every 3 months.

It cost me 49 dollars to have the valve changed on a tire. I couldn't find a just lube that was open they charge 30 dollars

Awful service and they play music from your car radio nice and loud while changing your oil. Not professional at all!

Terrible place, rude employees and sky high prices. They try to convince you your car is broken to sell more stuff to you.

I would have given negative star for service. I dropped my car for 5 hours to chnage winter tire and when i came back they charged me and told it was done.

NOTHING WAS DONE. I had to wait 1hr and wasted my whole day. Shi! Y service one could ever get.

Change to winter tires.

Convenient - Close to work so my car can be worked on instead of sitting in the parking lot all day. Not too busy.

Staff do not wear masks.

After visiting the location on Britannia for an oil change my car needed a lot more services so I was recommended to visit this location.
Kamal was so patient with me although I didn't quite follow the protocol of registering with the front desk.
Was recommended to come the next morning.
Mo registered me and the part had come in for my car. Mo for such a young mechanic and person was extremely knowledgeable as a seasoned veteran would be. He had patience and was kind and polite to everyone he communicated with.
Kamal took care of my car from start to finish with so much attention and so efficiently was ready way before I anticipated with the amount of services my car needed.
This team lead by Obrien who is great at managing and multi level tasking of his team keeping everyone motivated was a great example how and why this location is successful.

I've been going here for a couple of years to change oil on both of my vehicles. Very disappointed with my most recent service. The individual doing the service took well over an hour for just an oil change. Only one other car was being serviced at the time by someone else. After being told by the front desk person that the oil change was done and the car was being pulled out, I waited for another 15 mins for my keys. When my keys didn't come back, I walked out to see what the delay was and found the service tech smoking and have long chat with someone else outside while holding onto my keys! They've lost my business going forward, as I will not be going back there.

$85 for a semi-synthetic oil change? Plus they wanted $70 for an air filter? Lol ill put my own in for $25. Advisor was snobby too, no cs skills

I came into a Mr. Lube on October 2nd to have a tired installed as I got a flat and was using a spare tire. After a long wait and mediocre customer service my car was brought into the Mr. Lube garage. Soon after I was notified that my brand new rim, which I had purchased on October 1st from the dealership was damaged.

The attendant at Mr. Lube claimed the rim was defective as it was bent during installation. I was given a receipt stating the rim was broken during installation. I took it back to Nissan and showed them the rim and receipt. They said it was the installers fault. I further contacted 3 other tire shops and spoke to three certified tire installers. They suggested that it was most likely improper use of the tire change tool/machine which was used.

I went back to Mr. Lube to explain the situation and to see if I could get a refund. I was met with nothing but a poor attitude, a rushed experience where it seemed the so called manager could not spare 10 seconds for a client who has been going there for several years.

Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this location.

Obi provided me with exceptional customer service and know his stuff. I came in with no knowledge of tire changing and what the right tires for my car is and obi handled it all so well

Worst place to get your tires swap and oil changed. Had to come back 3 times to get the balancing of my tires right. Also my filter wasn't properly on causing and oil leak everywhere I parked.

I went in with a severely damaged tires, Avi the advisor help me fix the problem in no time. He was super busy however he took the time to address my problem and took care of my needs as promised.
Will recommend this place to my friends and family.

Went in for a simple issue with my wiper blades and an oil change. They continually tried to upsell new filters and a new sanitization process despite me saying no at least three times. I had just recently changed the filters in the last few months so I knew they did not need to be replaced. They completely forgot to look at my wipers which was the main reason I came in. Somehow their check system says everything is fine and that I was good to go. When I tested the wipers they were not working correctly and had to go back for them to tighten the bolts. Overall poor service focused on upselling unnecessary services to add to your bill without actually addressing your main issue. Be very cautious about the all ok on their checks as it's clear they are not actually checking. Would not recommend this location.

I have been asked to wait for 2 hours and in the end, they didn’t bother to apologize when they asked me to come another day.
Kamal was trying to deliver a good service. Yet the boss was very rude and full of rage against Mississauga people. He said it’s not easy to work a full day without fighting with one of the customers.
