Mr. Lube + Tires

I visited this location earlier in the week for an oil change and because my back tire was leaking air, and I must say that the level of customer service I experienced was truly exceptional. What stood out to me the most was the honesty and transparency Thomas showed when he advised that I could drive it for an additional amount of time before needing an oil change which saved me some money. He also took care of the valve issue that was causing the air leak from my tire.

Always fast and efficient for oil changes. Air filters are too pricey but live the oil changes.

We waited over 2 hours. 37 mins before anyone even came out to talk to us. Very disappointing. We had to ask them to lube the door hinges which is part of the service. Why is there not a bay for just oil changes and 2 bays for tires? Our 2nd car needs an oil change, I can tell you right now it won’t be going there!

Absolutely worst service I have ever had. Thomas and Brandon (store managers) were very rude and dismissive. Do not recommend.

Terrible service. I went for an oil change and they broke the underneath plate on my car. They said that would replace it, I went back more than 10 times asking about it without success. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I have been going to get oil changed quite frequently to Mr Lube. And I was a happy customer even though the prices were not the best and they try to outsell you alote of repairs can't complain much about that. But recently, I came to get my brakes replaced, bringing my own parts as I had them, I was checked out without doing proper checks, and my emergency breaks were not working. I called them after I realized it, and I was told by an employee that they would fix these issues caused by them free of charge. The mechanic is only available on a Sunday and I agreed to come on a Sunday to get it fixed just before I started to head out gave them a call and I was told they would'nt be able to fix it without charging me for the labour even though they missed the check. I am highly disappointed in this company even though I visited their corporate store. Huge disappointment

Working here is super fun and the staff are generally friendly towards customers so you could have a good time too if you aren't rude lol gotteeeeee

Ordered a set of run flat. When I went there the second day, they told me tires not there, were sent to the wrong location. Went back the next day, tire still not there. Went back again this morning, still no tires. Will not go back this place again.

Good and friendly service. The prices are a bit hight compared to small businesses, but I think worth it.

Scammers, they tried charging me extra for the oil change, if my TD app hadn't given me a notification I wouldn't have noticed and they would have gotten away with it. You would think since they have the Mr. Lube brand name they wouldn't try to pull this kind off garbage but you'd be wrong. Most of these 5-star reviews must be bots.

The staff here were friendly and able to answer all the questions I had. Plus the service didn’t take long at all would definitely recommend.

Its my first time at the Hyde Park/Fanshawe location and unfortunately it was a very bad experience. It was a one hour wait with nothing being done. Turns out a filter was out of stock this whole time. I was not given any updates or given the option to leave and come back at a later time (given the part was not even at the location)! At the end of my visit i was just presented with the machine to pay with no single comment or update.

Ive been a customer at Mr.lube (since day 1 in Canada (back in 2019) which is why I rated 3 and not zero. Would not recommend this specific location.

Revising my review after my daughter took her car in for service. If the staff is uncomfortable or unable to service something other than the-run-of-the-mill Chevy or Ford, please just say so and we will go somewhere else. Always had great service with my Toyota, but they took almost 2-and-a-half hours for an oil change on her VW.

I went to get my tires changed for the winter super last minute. And the workers were super professional and helpful! The supervisor with blonde hair came out to ask what service we were looking for and helped give us a wait time so we know if we would be able to get in or not. The shop closes at 8– but they still took me! Removed the rims off my summer tires and put it on my winter tires.offered me water or coffee while I wait even though they were working late. I really appreciate this team and felt impelled to take the time to make a review. Hope this benefits them in some way. Thank you guys!

The team at this location are amazing. They are very kind, knowledgeable and will take the time to explain things to the customer and answer any questions the customer has about their vehicle. I feel safer for relying on their services to keep my car safe and tuned up.

I feel like I was robbed. They charged me almost $70 for an air filter which I discovered later I can buy at Canadian Tire for $10. Outrageous!

Was told to come in with no appointment for an engine diagnostic. I when arrived, I was told they'd be right with me, however ignored by four staff members for 30 minutes straight. I would recommend others visit a different place entirely

89.99 for an air filter? What a 70 dollar labour cost for something that takes 30 seconds to put in? Lmao

First time to Mr. Lube. Mike takes me in. He is so kind and patient with any of my questions. Behalf of his expertise knowledge, he suggested me service which I need or can be hold for the next visit. Mike really surprise me with Mr.lube’s service.

I have been here a few times. I never had to wait. There’s no pressure to do the extra recommended services. Love coming here.

Went into the new location for a oil change and transmission flush. What a great experience. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Service was done very fast. I highly recommend this shop for service.

Came to this location to investigate a leak in my tire. After discovering my valve stem had been compromised, Mike and Singh were able to fix it up for me in a very timely manner. Great service, will be back for sure

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change, the service I received was exceptional and staff were very welcoming

First they did not have my oil filter in stock (for a 2018 year common vehicle) and I had to come back the next day. Then when I came back, they left me sitting in the bay while they pulled the guy working on my vehicle off to take care of another vehicle. All in my 'while you wait' oil change took about an hour longer than any other I have ever had at other Mr. Lube locations and I have been a customer for over 20 years. I will definitely be driving passed this convenient location to go back to the Mr. Lube where I have traditionally gone.

Absolutely insane how Saturday staff couldn’t figure out how to process a gift card. Waited for 30 minutes while they called around and they still couldn’t figure it out.

This place isn't authorized to drive your car into the bays so you can't just leave your car with them and come back for it. Bit of an inconvenience.

Terrible experience here as no focus on customer satisfaction. Their focus was strictly on trying to up-sell, while not providing accurate information on what was truly needed on my first and will be only visit there.

New location. Was a little bit of a wait, but we had some time. The staff was very good and helped us make the right decisions for our vehicle.
