It was reassuring speaking to Brian (Store Manager) & Dylan (Automotive Lube Technician) and they both were extremely courteous during my visit & I was very happy with the service that they had provided at Mr. Lube.

Fast and friendly. Today I did my winter change over. Late as usual. But the staff was friendly and very informative. Had an oil and filter change. Sell you add on service. But not pressuring you. Got my tyres and oil change. All done and feeling very good about the service. Manager and staff 100% professional. Felt like they respected all there customers.

I went to Mr. Lube to get an oil change this week and was helped by Dirushan and Aran. Both of them were very friendly and provided excellent service. Keep up the great work.

Wipers were serviced and improperly put on and flew off while I was driving on the highway

Muza was amazing and extremely personable. He went through the service with extreme detail explaining everything as he went. He also was extremely detailed in all of his checks on my car. He did all of the extras we know and love that sometimes get overlooked like tire pressure checks. I appreciated his thoroughness and renewed my faith in Mr Lube. He is clearly passionate about his job and work ethic.

Yesterday (30th Sep 2023) I had a disappointing experience at this Mr. Lube location. I'm a regular patron to this location and usually the service is quite excellent. Yesterday I went in for a regular oil change and to replace one of my reverse light indicators. However the service mechanic accidentally broke the connector for the rear brake light / right turn indicator and sadly I was advised cover for the $125 for the replacement connector which would supposedly be available only on Monday (2nd Oct). In the meantime I have to risk driving around without the rear right indicator and rear brake light. What disappoints me is that I had perfectly working brake lights and rear right turn indicators when I came in (which the mechanic checked before fixing) and now I have to pay to get it fixed. I understand everyone is going through tough times, but so am I. Hope something is considered when I go in to get the connector replaced on Monday

Went to the Ajax location and was serviced by Abdullah. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. In the process I ended up speaking with a couple of others who also worked there and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back here again.

Good friendly and flexible staff, some experienced and some trainees. As long as you know what’s best for your vehicle you can get it done here.

This review is specifically for Muza. Best technician I've encountered at an oil change. Very smart kid. Treated me like family. Super impressive. The other technicians were very professional, but Muza really went out of his way to give me the best customer satisfaction.

I was a regular Customer of Mr Lubes. When I had a breakdown and requested a service, they simply ignored me and asked me to come after 1 month. No customer retention and support. Focus only money not good relationship.

My husband made the mistake of coming here to maintain our cars, the owner Kareem is very rude and unprofessional. They rotated my tires and charged me for that. When it was all done I was told it was changed and balanced. For about a month I drove my car and noticed it’s off balance, I bring it back to ask them to fix it (proof that I brought my car there as well). Kareem wants $140 to fix a mistake that HE made. In all they allowed my car to go road which is quite unsafe and refused to fix their mistake. I will no longer be bringing my cars here for oil changes or any other maintenance.

Use this location for company trucks. Awesome awesome staff always friendly and knowledgeable! Dirushan helped us out today and was just exceptional! Very polite and kind! Very knowledgeable and explains in a way you can understand. And he looks out for your best interest and gives options. I would 100% recommend to anyone

Great customer service, no doubt about that.

However, they charged me $79.99 for air & cabin filter. I later checked online and it sells for about $15 and installation is simple as well. I feel fooled and probably won't return.

Quick & efficient oil change. Zabi is always very friendly and provides outstanding customer service. Zabi is an asset to your location with his friendly demeanor.

They are really fast and affordable.
Without appointment you dont have to wait too long.

When I came in Bryan and Moose helped service my car today and it was excellent. Very efficient and professional service every time I come in. Always recommend this place to my friends!

I take my work van here all the time, and they always have me back on the road in no time.

I'd gotten an oil change earlier in December at a different Mr. Lube. Something went wrong with the oil filter and I ended up running dry of oil. A friend helped me fill it and I made it all of two major intersections before I was dry again. I had to have my car towed and this Mr Lube was right down the street. They were fantastic and totally apologetic for a mistake that wasn't theirs. I would definitely recommend this Mr Lube

Had an extremely bad costumer service today. Spent about $1300 on fixing the spark plugs, ignition coil replacement, and multi port fuel injectors. When the car was ready no one gave me a call to pick it up, I had to call them myself, car could have stayed there overnight if I didn’t reach out. Then when I went to pick it up the manager of the afternoon (sep 19,2022 3pm in me lube ajax Rossland and Salem rd) treated me extremely bad i tried to ask what was the guarantee of the work they had done and what would happened if the car still had the fault and the manager with a very bad attitude did not have idea of what was going on and couldn’t give me an answer, another worker of the mechanic was giving me attitude when I asked him the same thing he answered that the car was good but trying brush me off, still wouldn’t tell me the guarantee of the job, manager said that he was too busy to answer me and that’s why he didn’t even leave his office. Been a costumer of mr line since 2016 first time I receive this type of treatment and I am estríñela dissapointed.

Great service as always. They may try upsell on some services/items but you can always delay them for a later visit.

I wish I had pictures of the young men working in their who have no clue what they are doing. How do you train these young guys? They walk around unhappy and miserable and stand around waiting for another young supervisor to help them, ridiculous service and would never go back to this location.

Literally THE WORST mechanics ever. I dropped by on my way back to my home which was 2 hours away because my car was vibrating. They said I needed to have my rear tires and shocks replaced. After waiting several hours, I picked up my car and the store manager Meraj said he would drive it around to double check. He came back within a few minutes and said everything was all good. I paid $700. I drove it and before I even left the parking lot I heard this rattling noise. I had thought it was something in my trunk because I trusted when the manager said everything was all good. I drove around an hour and stopped by a gas station to check my trunk. Nothing was there to cause a rattling noise. I then drove the whole 2 HOURS back home with this RATTLING noise. I visited a local mechanic and they said the bushing to the rear shocks were missing! I couldn’t believe it. I called this location back explaining what part was missing and they said to bring it back to fix it because they were unwilling to compensate me if I were to do it at any another mechanic. I drove 2 hours back to Ajax and they told me the other mechanic was wrong the bushing was there just installed upside down. They put it the “right way” up this time and I drove it again this time the rattling was still there just quieter. Three mechanics at this location had checked my car at this point and none of them were able to resolve the issue. So I drove another 2 hours back to my hometown with this rattling noise. I visited another mechanic locally and they said the bushing was installed upside down and the shocks were missing a metal collar and the threads were destroyed. The local mechanic said if I wanted it fully fixed I would need new shocks because the threads were destroyed and to get the exact metal collar he would need new shocks. He did a temporary repair for me for $100 using spare parts that he had. I explained this whole situation to the district manager Ajit. He offered me very little help and said I will have to visit a Mr. Lube shop in Markham with better expertise to fix the shocks. He is requesting me to drive 4 hours round trip again to fix the shocks. I am in so much disbelief. He hasn’t even paid me back for the extra $100 in repair costs yet but not only that these rattling shocks have costed me 4 hours of driving time and gas and they are still not installed properly. DO NOT get anything done here for your own peace of mind. I am still in process of getting my rear shocks replaced. I would avoid any Mr. Lube locations from here on out as they are a big corporate chain that don’t care as much as small locally run mechanic shops. Currently, I have filed a complaint to Consumer Protection Ontario and suggest any others to do the same if they have had similar negative experiences. Judging by the recent 1 star reviews at this location it seems to be a reoccurring trend that the young mechanics who don’t know what they’re doing and with managers Ajit and Meraj who can’t help the young mechanics and try to cover up their mistakes

This place scammed my 21 year old daughter into thinking she needed over $400 in work on car when she went in for an simple oil change. Talk about getting taking advantage of!
Charged her $75 for a filter we could have got ourselves for $15. She was told the filter had to be changed in order to complete the oil change, never heard of that before - Robbery! Then after draining the oil out of her car they advised her we can’t change the oil in this car because you went over recommend km’s, so now we have to preform an engine flush before we can put new oil in this car… $130! I’m at a loss for words that this company can get away with preying on customers that they know have zero knowledge on cars for their finical gain. Thanks Mr. Lube! Our entire family and all of our friends will never go to a Mr Lube again! We will be taking our business elsewhere!

I visited this location for an oil change. I arrived at 1pm. I told them that I will be leaving my car and picking it up later. I handed my keys to the attendant outside and I asked him to roll up my window until they are ready to take my car in. I returned to the location at 5pm. My vehicle was parked away from Mr. Lube when I arrived to pick it up. I noticed that the driver side window was wide open and all the doors were unlocked. My car would have been left outside like that for hours. I brought it the manager’s attention before I left. I won’t be returning to this location.

Just an update. I responded to Mr. Lube customer service below and was not contacted back. I can only assume its a way to show other people who are reading my the review that Mr. Lube is concerned about a poor customer experience. The fact I was not contacted back says otherwise.

This time i went there got a price for $109 i said ok then he said extra $40 for the filter, i wasn't happy but said thats fine, then he said we have to charge you extra $35 for extra litter of oil,
What a joke,
Would never recommend them to friends and family and definitely would not go there anymore.

I was at this location at the start of winter for an oil change, was recommended an air filter change so I agreed to it and the technicians did their job.

How ever today I was at my regular mechanic, he noticed the air filter was not the right size and I had to purchase a new one. I spent over 80$ for the filter change at this location to have it turn out to be improperly done.
Not happy with this service.

Andrew, Marion and the team were amazing! Got my oil changed of course, but also all my fluids, engine and cabin filters replaced, new battery because mine decided to die on me (they ordered the one I needed and it was there in less than TWO HOURS!), pumped my tires. They had to order my engine filter but when I came back to get it installed the next day, they also helped me replace my wiper blades! I asked to watch their process to learn in case I ever had to do it myself, and Andrew & co were all more than happy to teach me about what they were doing. Can't say enough nice things about these guys, 10/10 will come back here every time!

Did business there a few times but last year change tires for $29 this year want $42 per tire plus taxes crazy

I had great experience, the service was excellent. I went to put on my winter tires and an oil change. I was kept informed regarding the things which needed priority for this visit and what can wait till next visit. Bryan did his job very well and his customer service 5 star. I highly recommend the Mr. Lube experience, 5 star all around for the shop and the service men.

I had my tires serviced at Mr. Lube (Rossland location) yesterday and I was pleased with their kindness and professionalism. I would like to highlight Marian on this review for noticing that one of my wheels was cracked and quickly notified me about the dangers of driving a defective wheel. Luckily I had a spare wheel to solve this issue. Many thanks to Marian for your prompt, efficient service and your precedence to road safety.

125 cad for an oil change? Thats insane. Guyz go to take 5 oil change. Its way cheap, and same synthetic oil.

They actually told me I didn’t need an oil change right now based on oil level and my kilometers since my oil change. The only thing I’m annoyed about is that I don’t remember the name of the technician I talked to so I can send a proper compliment about him to Mr. Lube. You can definitely tell this is a well run shop.

Kyle is the best service technician, if possible request to speak with him, Kyle provides amazing information and with complete professionalism. I will definitely return to this Mr Lube location. The prices are also less than the dealership and warranty approved.

Quick service, although you have to wait in line often. One thing I'm not fond of is that they try to make you spend more money than you planned. Another thing I'm not fond of is the fact that I'm not sure if it's of real concern for the customers, or it's just their greed to make more money

These guys are awesome! I bring both of my SUV’s here and they always make sure I get prompt service and they don’t try to sell me services that I don’t really need. Hard to find honesty in this industry but these guys are.

Good management and staff. Different from most other Mr. Lube locations. Prices aren’t always value oriented but the service is excellent. Staff are educated, friendly and perform the services thoroughly. I’m glad they don’t rush through it.

They removed a nail from my tire and ruined it when they reinflated it. Now I need a new tire and they're trying to blame me.

Stay away from these people. They hire young and inexperienced guys who don't know what they're doing.

Now I'm out hundred of dollars because they couldn't path a nail.

Good service. Got free wiper blades too. Price was higher then my usual mechanic but it was much faster.

Ajax Mr Lube location use scare tactics to add extra services. We paid very high price to replace bulb and when we purchase it, they specifically told me it come with 6 months warranty. When I asked them to write in the invoice, they told me that all the details are in record. When my lights stop working after three months, they told me that there is some problem with the car wiring and bulbs has never a warranty. Please make sure to get in writing all the claims they are making for warranty. I went to mechanic he showed me quality of bulb Mr. Lube is use is very low re-use after market parts and there is no problem with the wiring. Mr Lube ask me to provide evidence of mechanic when I told them that I can provide it to them than another person told me that bulbs never comes with any warranty. I am sure that this place use reuse low quality parts and when you purchase, they will tell you that everything is under warranty and that's why we are little pricey. But nothing is under warranty for them when you claim when they will make false promise when you purchase the service. There are no standard policies. They run the fraud business, please stay away from this place.

They are bunch of rude staffs doing unprofessional job. They scammed me twice out of money by providing low quality products and with false promises. I would not recommend going to Mr. Lube because they tell you a bunch of things need to be fix but they are not actually qualified to know how to do those changes properly. I am sure you will find better places around. It also seems that most of their review are fake and they somehow deleted my review once, so I am posting this again. I am trying to lodge official report to the head office as well.

I enjoy going to this particular location because the staff are always friendly and helpful, I never have to leave my car, and I never feel as though I'm being ripped off. The service is well done, quick, and done with care and great communication. I highly recommend it.

Took my car to Mr. Lube to purchase new tires and I'm glad I decided to have my tires serviced here! Not only was their service excellent, they also managed to outsource the tires that I wanted! They even price matched quotes that were given by other shops in Ajax. Meraj and the whole staff at Mr. Lube Rossland were prompt, efficient and courteous! They all wore face masks and followed COVID-19 protocols. I highly recommend going to this location!

Fast, friendly, and efficient this is definitely one of the best Mr. Lubes to take your car to. Don't waist your time with the Walmart location down the street, this is the location you want!

Excellent customer service. They were closing, I called 10 minutes before and said it's an emergency because i was stranded on the road.

Meraj took my call, booked me an immediate appointment.

I drove slowly with a flattened tire unable to put my spare on because of a broken jack.

Meraj, Youssef, Josh, Griffen and some other individual were extremely nice and they didn't end up charging me for changing a spare tire. Their customer service was truly outstanding, and they definitely need a promotion!

I was very impressed and gave $20 tip.

Scam, I saw the guy put dirty transmission fluid in replace of my clean fluid to come show me how dirty my fluid was. I was watching through the hold in the floor where they work under your car.

Brutal! They try and rip you off if you drive a nice car to change Winter Tires. Everywhere else in the city is $149 or less. These clowns ask what kinda car, what year and then quote you a crazy price. They tried to ask $179.99 plus taxes b/c its a newer BMW. AVOID!
