Really fantastic service and crewmen! Came to this location for a nail in tire on my driver side. They made lots of recommendations for the situation I am in, offered lots of options to fit my needs and topped off the air in my tires.

Service was great. Jodha is really professional and genuine guy.
He did the engine oil service and recommended to do all other required services on nxt visit. No upselling at all.

Great staff, but went in to balance tires since vehicle steering vibration was occurring at highway speeds, had to come back the next day since the vibration was still there, they took 1 tire off and said see its balanced.probably another issue. I didn't have time but when I did I took it to my dealership and they balanced the tires and issue was resolved. Not sure if their machine wasn't working or if balancing was truly done, bit confusing.

I have been there today. Very fast service, waited only a couple of minutes.
Been helped by Akash and Preet who are very friendly and professional. Will come back for sure. I recommend this place!

Garbage service. Wanted just an oil change, they tried to upsell me persistently on 5 separate things my car didn’t need, telling me it wasn’t safe to drive. Finally gives up on the upsells and I pay 80$ for an oil change which is already too much at the lowest price. I drive home and the second I put the car in park it starts making a ticking / rattling noise that definitely was not there when I left my house an hour before. I call and they say come back they’ll check it. They check it, noise is still loud and clear and they say it’s normal. I’ve never gotten an oil change and then had my car be worse off afterwards. So I wasted 2 hours of my day, 80$, and my car is worse than it was in the first place. Garbage service and company, go to a real mechanic and don’t waste your time. I’ve never cared to write a review for anything before, but this was that bad.

Fast service. Professional team. I came there for spring tires change and oil change. Highly recommended.

I visited this Mr Lube location for an oil change while visiting Vaughan. I was pleased with the seemingly friendly and professional staff. Even brought me a coffee while i waited.
Things changed when they brought me a $650 bill for all the maintenance my 2018 Dodge Ram allegedly “needed”.

Ive experienced shops trying to up sell you on things you don’t really need. Air filters ect ect, but this was over board and left a bad taste. Don’t fall for these scammers!

This location is extremely helpful and honest. The branch manager is very straight forward and is willing to hear out the client and doesn't push any product the vehicle doesn't need. All in all very good experience.

Just had an oil change here! Fast and reliable service. Technician named, Dushi was knowledgeable and quite efficient with his service. Recommended!

I have been going to this location of Mr.lube. The whole crew is great and Navjot is awesome he is a total car geek. You can't beat being able to get an oil change when you want instead appointments and being without your car for hours at traditional auto Care places.

These guys took my vehicle right away. Got it repaired quick. Gave me suggestion on replacing the tire due to current condition but I'll just do them in winter.

I have been to many different places for my car service and I would put this place on top among all the Mr Lube that I have been to. The manager and the team go above and beyond to meet all your car needs, they are nice, friendly and do their best to provide exceptional service, most importantly they are honest in their opinion and if issue is non existent then they wouldnt charge extra for it. This place is most certainly recommended.

Came in here for an oil change a few months ago, obviously got scammed into spending over $400 and ever since my car has been smoking and smells like burnt oil. Terrible.

Balli gave amazing service. The vehicle was completely in need and he identified what needed to be updated. We also talked about the location and why it’s better to get vehicle service done at Mr Lube. We both agreed it has better quicker service.

Very agressive sales mechanics. If you want to just change your oil, this is not the place as you will be told all sorts of things that are wrong with your car and forced to say NO 10 times or just succumb to saying YES out of fear. They Try playing fear tactics by showing some oil in a cup and saying your transmission gears are grinding on a car that has 130kms. Took it to the manufacturer and found it to be normal. After saying NO, they would then pretend to discuss what happens if one doesnt change their transmission oil loud enough that you would hear in the car.

Mr lube team 67 fixed my tire, they were really helpful and fast, excellent service. Thanks to harry and jodha for the excellent help and kindness.

Whenever I go there's never a line up, the service is fast & efficent but the guys try to push so many extra services even when I tell them I only want an oil change & any suggestions to just put in the notes.

I visited this Mr. Lube location for the first time and was extremely unsatisfied with the experience as compared to other Mr. Lube locations. I visited for an oil change and I did experience the usual attempts to up-sell services I was not looking for. When declining the additional services I found the attendant to be more confrontational than other locations. The visit was 11 minutes in total (including the up selling debates) which is far quicker than any of my other Mr. Lube experiences in the past. The attendant did not review the invoice of services provided and said it would be emailed. The combination of the quick service and the lack of confirmation of services provided left me quite uncomfortable making payment. The attendant assured me that all procedures were performed, however they did not check the door hinges or the cabin filter and there was no check of the wipers as I've experienced in the past. I knew I was low on washer fluid so I specifically asked about whether or not it was topped up and the attendant did a check and assured me it had been done. Over a day and a half later I had still not received my invoice. I called the location and after some difficulty on the phone, I did receive my invoice by email. I will not return to this Mr. Lube location.

The Mechanic guy BAAZ check, diagnose and service my car perfectly. They really treat you well with ease. Additionally, they know what they doing.

I came his morning and I was helped by a gentlemen named Baaz. He was amazing, helped me out quickly and was very nice about it. Thank you I appreciate it Baaz.

Excellent service. Mr Bhullar and Mr. Preet were awesome, they were very practical to work with. There was a problem with the hub rings but these guys figures out a way to fix the problem. Highly recommend this place.

I visited this location to get an oil change. An associate by the name of Dushi provided extremely professional and courteous service starting from before I even entered the shop. He reviewed the inventory over the phone to ensure everything was in stock as I required specialty filters, and oversaw the process from start to finish. He was efficient and insightful regarding vehicular items to keep an eye on. Thanks again for all the help Dushi, I'll be returning to this location moving forward.

Decent service but I have been here several times where there is more than one mechanic working on my car and they take a long time finding the problem. This is usually to do with replacing lights.

If you're in the Concord area and need a shop that truly cares about what they do for their customers - you should visit Rakash and his crew at this location. Long story short - my daughter had a tire explode on the highway and was towed to Mr. Lube. Rakash and his team made sure she was ok and safe to travel back home again. Their care and fast service was very much appreciated from a very worried dad.

Bhullar was extremely kind and professional. Was on time, offered me coffee and newspaper which was a delight. I’d come back in a heartbeat. I will recommend to my friends and family:)

I had just installed my winter tires on Monday at another Mr. Lube location. Soon after I noticed that my tire was leaking air somewhere. I thought it was a nail but it was actually a problem with the valve. I went back to this Mr. Lube location and mentioned the problem. They offered a complimentary service and replaced the valve. I was so happy to hear that I did not have to pay anything extra considering I had used Mr. Lube services to change my tires (which I just got at this location last year). So professional and helpful.

Great work as always. Just wish they would stop trying to upsell, but I know they have money to make

I use this location for services on all of my vehicles. They are very friendly and genuine, and offer me a beverage every time I visit! Unbelievable service! I have a stuck oil filter that I can’t remove. I called them and the manager Akash and the team there just helped me to remove and replace the filter for FREE! I can’t believe it. Dealership would have charged me $100. I’m very thankful. This is the place to go! They take care of their customers!

I went in for routine oil change. The guys noticed right away that I had a leak in the oil pan gasket and in the transmission. They informed me immediately and just topped up my oil and didn't charge me for their time.
I really appreciated their honesty. Excellent team. Highly recommend this particular location!

Very helpful! My summer tires were making a sound. Akash and all the guys at the shop were attentive and very helpful they tightened the tires and checked air pressure so I could drive safely home to Barrie. Great experience highly recommend!

Terrible service. They couldn’t complete a simple seasonal tire change and told me I have to go to my dealer and pay again. No compensation offered, completely wasted time on multiple trips there to get my tire pressure monitor reset. Manager simply told me it wasn’t their fault, garbage customer service.
