The best auto service, we met a worker named Vignesh, his service was excellent. He was very helpful, patient, and understanding, and was doing his job perfectly.

I frquent Mr. Lube, This time my experience stood out, Daymien, was great, he was efficient and conducted buiness with efficientcy and confidents and with the help of the rest of the team, went up and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, he even made sure my tier pressure was balanced on both sides, it's the little things! Also gave me options and prices for new tires when I asked.
I personally feel we need more Daymiens in our autoservice world!

Being in Canada for more than thousand days, first time I felt like I am in scam cage in their building plus it’s ethically not good way to blame other business

170$ plus tax for oil change dodge journey 2010 tried to offer me 5-6 other things I knew I didn't need. Would of cost over 1000. Left after oil change, went to food basics on huron. My car breaks down 15 mins after leaving there lol.

My son went for an oil change.
The cost would be 110$
The service person told him that he has a leak that they can fix with silicone and the plug needs to be replaced.
My youngster said ok so he ended up with a 262$ bill.
There was no leak on my truck.
It stays parked on my new driveway and I would have seen it right away.
They just profited of my young son's lack of expertise.

Shame on you Mr Lube!

I had my flat tire and visited this branch the other day (june 11,2023). The tire technician told me it will be $ 39.99 + tax. And then after putting my car on jack he said i need a new tire. And he cannot install the spare tire because i have different rooters pads. I asked him to putt back my tire so that i can tow it. He charged me $51 for just putting my car on stand also he didn’t let me know in advance that they charge for this thing. Secondly they had a new paint job done on floor which got all over my car and its not easy to remove. Overall its very bad experience. The owner should look into this and take care of it.

Great service! Daymien was great, he explained the problem clearly, and listed all my options. Highly recommend this location, all the guys there are very friendly.

Np changed my oil. I asked for air in my tires.they only did 2tires and left one tire with really low air pressure.

Employees can be great. Only come when don't have time do it. Or to plan a better place, the store next door does synthetic for 50$+ tax but always busy. If you have the time to call head call them don't come here otherwise. Meh

I got charged 180$ to get my winter tires put on. The tires were already on reams, there’s no reason it should be this expensive! Also, the price was never communicated.

Damien was a great technician, very honest and upfront! He even changed my windshield wipers for me as I had replacements in my car I was planning to attempt to put on myself at no charge!

Today I went to Mr Lube Tecumseh west, Windsor to change my engine coolant, the service was very good, my car has been serviced by the mechanic named Naman P, he was been very friendly and taken good care of my car, he noticed that the brake fluid was been too low and he changed it.

Went to this place, fast service and thorough. They noticed one of my tires was unsafe and made sure to fix the problem before I drove away. Can’t recommend enough!

Quick and efficient service! Walk-in oil change, I got my own oil and filer.
Damian was great help, he provided recommendations and did a full check-up of the vehicle.

This place was very helpful! I called in the morning to see how available they were today and they told me I can come anytime, when I got there they took me in right away! Daymien was the person who helped me and he did the best job! He did everything I needed in an efficient way and all the staff were very nice. Daymien definitely deserves a promotion! Avoid avoid avoid! Nothing but a bunch of rip off artists trying to upsell all kinds of fluids and services not required. How can you go in for an oil change and end up with a bill over $700? Nothing but a bunch of crooks!

Update - Nearly a week after the post from Mr. Lube below indicating that they would like to work together to discuss the issue, I have not received a response. It appears that their head office is no better than their crooked franchise owners! Avoid, avoid, avoid this place!

2nd Update- still no response from Mr. Lube. They are very good at ripping people off, but when they are called our for their crooked business practices, they post the note below and refuse to contact you and resolve the issues. Just avoid, avoid, avoid these crooks,

Friendly environment and employees, They all went above and beyond to provide the best service while they work great together as a team. The staff are extremely knowledgeable with their outstanding customer service. They are fast and efficient, drive in and out no wait time at all. It was a great experience comparing to other locations. I extremely recommend this location and I will definitely be back. Sam

My 88 year old father went for an oil change and ended up with a $700 + bill. His car had 30,000 km and they told him he had an oil leak and needed his transmission fluid changed. Non of this was true. Charged him for an air filter which they had not replaced since they told him it is out of stock. Avoid this location. They are crooks who scam elderly customers.

I've always been treated very well here over the years - I find them honest and effective in doing what they do best - changing your oil. Convenient place to get a top quality battery installed too.

Staff is amazing here. Ajay is very knowledgeable and a great help. He gave me the best deal possible. I will be returning. I ordered 2 new tires and they came in the same day. Quick and friendly service. Thank you.

Avoid this place for small services like flat tire. I had a flat tire and was told tire cannot be fixed. They instead put a spare tire on for me and said do not drive on the highway. I live in Toronto so not driving on the hwy wasn’t the one of the option. They charged me 50$ for changing the tire. I then kept checking online to see if there were any other auto shops open past 6pm and luckily I found Alpina auto. I called Alpina auto services and they fixed the same flat tire in less than 10 minutes for 30$. At lubes, we were told manager would come and fix it. We waited in our car with a toddler for almost an hour to get it fixed and manager didn’t even try fixing the flat tire and insisted on getting a new tire.

Highly overpriced as expected.they tried upselling another $100+ however not being actual mechanic's I'd take their assumed diagnosis lightly. Can't blame employees for doing what they were trained to do.

Guys were really professional with quick service. Very helpful and showed me what was wrong before I was charged. Would come back.

Never had a problem with their service, employees are well knowledgeable and very honest when it comes to what my vehicle needs. I’d like to point out a specific employee named Vicky who was very nice and informative with me with my last oil change.

Was zero help when I called and didn't seem to care that they were losing a potential customer.

Fast, good and reliable oil change or any other major fluid change and excellent work, really like the way they perform the services and overall communicate with the customers politely and patiently.

Not like it used to be. Super pushy salespeople that won't take no for an answer. They wanted to up sell me a bunch of fluids. I politely tell them no thanks. "But why? , but why? " "Really? You don't want this? " is their response. They use this gimmick where they show you fluids in your car and tell you "it's really, really bad". When the customer says "no thanks" it should be end of discussion. Won't be back.

Constantly trying to upsell and get you to purchase every single thing possible.
They use pressure sale tactics and Im Not sure if ill be going back there again sadly.

Technician took my glove box off and couldn't even figure out how to put it back on. I'm lucky he didn't damage it in the process.

WORST customer service I've ever experienced. The manager "Daniel" was rude, yelled at my boyfriend because HIS STAFF didn't secure the our truck on the hoist and we dropped. He refused to write an incident report, walked away while we were trying to speak to him and was rude and dismissive throughout the whole experience. I will be calling head office and NEVER returning to this location.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR OIL CHANGES!

They used the wrong oil in my oil change. I don't know how they managed this seeing as the oil type is right on the cap. Can't give lower than a 1 star.

I went in for the oil change and was told my transmission pan was leaking on my vehicle and after showing me where it was coming from they had it fixed up in only 30 min! Great value for the service you receive.

I got an oil change at the very end of December and was told my washer fluid would be topped up as part of the service. My washer fluid light has come on and turned off twice now. Happens when I am turning on a highway on/off ramp, which tells me it is low but not completely out. This is now concerning me if any work was done at all.

Horrible service, as soon as I got in, he was insistent that I need a new tire, there was just a nail in the tire, that needed a plug. He took one look at it and said these type of tires you can't patch. He then immediately started quoting tire prices. I said no thanks got my own repair and fixed it myself.

Previous staff was great. If you get Danial Fard, I would avoid. Have had multiple bad experiences with him and have now moved to a different Mr Lube. I understand you need to make money but you have to be honest with your customers. He literally took a dip stick and touched the outside of the trans and said your trans fluid is dry. I looked up how to check and you check from under the vehicle while the engine is running. My vehicle was off when he checked it. Very strange behaviour.

Went for an oil change and was told my car "required" synthetic oil and would cost me $80-100. After arguing with me about it for a few minutes I told him I was just going to go somewhere else. He never said another word just walked away and opened the door. I understand upselling synthetic oil and would've listened to the explanation, but to flat out lie to someone is disgusting. Terrible business practice.

Workers were extremely good and nice. Extremely friendly and polite. Told me everything they were going to do and suggested what was best for my vehicle. Gave me options and prices right off the bat. Worked fast and efficiently. Best vehicle maintenance experience so far.

I visited this location two weeks ago, and every day since I have wanted to write this review, because it is well deserved. The workers were able to identify what needed to be done in a timely manner and also gave me high quality information so that I could make an informed decision on how to proceed. I have been to this location three separate times, and each time I always feel that it was the best choice I could have made for routine car care. Such a bad service, really rude to the customers. Start to yelling at the customers when they want to bring their own oils, and said that the oils is wrong so they can use their oil to charge us more! No respect because they think that we are from the US, that we don’t know anything for oil change, don’t come to place, really nasty and rude!

So, I’m a new driver and I don’t know much about cars. I went to Mr. Lube for my first oil change. Mofaddel (Mo) was very nice and welcoming. He was very patient explaining to me the different kinds of oils and recommended the best. They also offered me an iced Tea. Also, they did some maintenance tests and Mo genuinely recommended that I also need to do some transmission and filter updates. My car is now almost new, the whole process took around 20 min. Thank you Mo and Mr. Lube for your great service.

I was cheated at this place. I visited this garage a few months ago for an oil change. As expected they made several other recommendations for other parts that needed to be serviced. I agreed to an air and cabin filter change and paid for both. I later found out that the cabin filter had in fact not been changed and the original worn out one was put back in even though I had paid for the new one. I've never been back since and I actively advise everyone I know to stay away from this garage.

Today, I went to the Mr. Lube on Tecumseh and was greeted with nothing but happiness and kindness. The men at this facility were very knowledgeable and friendly. I was especially taken with Ali and Nate who made me feel relaxed, even after noting there were a few issues with my car! There was nothing they could not fix though. I appreciate the good conversation and service! Five stars from me!

Worse experience in 16 years for oil change with Mr. Lube. They quoted me for premium SYN package, which I am using last 7 years for the same vehicle (Pontiac Montana).
But they put standard oil, when I asked they said, it was mistakenly done & they will drain the oil & put synthetic oil.
To complete the job (2 time oil change) took them around 7 minutes
So I was not still convinced that.job was done right.
Obviously service was Rudy.seems like I committed crime to go there. Never going back

Asked for synthetic. Gave me regular and charged me to regular. Refused to fix it. Pushy scammy staff. Probably one of the worst Mr lube chains. Just go to the mechanics next to them.

Smeared greasey dirt all over my ac seats and now they ac doesn't flow properly. A day after the oil change the panel under the bottom of my truck fell off. How do you even fix something like that?

Great service from Ali and the team. They provided lots of helpful information that I wasn’t aware of. Very professional and friendly. I strongly recommend. I will be coming back from here on out for all of my oil changes/service.

Went to Mr. Lube to get my oil and tires changed. Al did most of the work and was absolutely amazing. Really friendly service and made me the best hot chocolate and everything.

Rude Coustomer service like they don’t get paid working free for mr lube I just called regarding my query but the guy was absolutely rude and started yelling at me so disrespectful they should respect there Coustomer more over he said me he will charge 5000$ to change air filter so weird

WARNING! Don't go here unless you are prepared to be ripped off and harassed! They use pressure tactics and intimidation to make maximum profit. The sales guy says "You will need this oil additive sir.your car is leaking sir, you have sledge in the engine sir, air filter sir? My bill came to 96 dollars and the visit took 40 minutes!

I went to mr.lube two weeks ago for an oil change. Ali’s customer service made me wanna do everything related to my car there! Today, happy customer me went back to change my wipers! Beautiful service by daniel! Myriam was very friendly too! See you soon mr.lube!

I always enjoy a fun time here. The boys will keep you entertained while also openly communicating with you about your vehicle. Shout out to Daniel and Ali the best mechanics there!

Went in for a quick oil change and was pressured to buy other services.

You can tell an honest oil change place from a bad one from the acts they put on. As soon I popped my hood, the mechanic went straight for the transmission oil dip stick. He already had a white piece of paper ready to dab the oil onto, to show me that the transmission oil is a dark color. Then he showed me a container with pink transmission oil saying it should be this color. This trick will fool a lot of people into thinking that the transmission oil has gone bad because of the color. Then they will tell you, you need a transmission oil flush. I had gotten my transmission oil changed less than 15,000KM prior, so I know my transmission oil was OK.

Then they told me that they saw leaks under the engine and they needed to do an engine flush to fix this. I questioned this and they took me underneath the car to show the leaks. When looking under the car, I was barely able to see any leaks.

I had to keep declining both a transmission flush and an engine flush.

When they finally agreed to only do an oil change, they tried to sell me the full synthetic oil when I kept requesting I only wanted regular oil.

The mechanic helping me had a friendly tone throughout the entire conversation when they wanted to upsell me on all the additional services, which I didn't want, but once I declined everything but a regular oil change numerous times, their mood switched to being short with me.

Staff was friendly & knowledgeable, service was efficient & fast. No pressure to get other services, but they were explained. Thanks to Ali! I will definitely be returning & recommending this Mr. Lube location.

Came for oil change, took care of oil change. Flushed the transmission oil, refilled. Changed the wiper blades for free. Will come back here for sure.

At first I was so shocked to see a girl working because it’s really rare! As I brought my car in I was excisted and I was really amazed at this young beautiful girl mariam who took the time of her day to hear my life out which made me feel better! She did an excellent job with my car as she also afford me many things which made my day! She’s such a respectful girl which also smiled throughout the whole entire process! I ended up walking out with a big smile as before that I was going through a lot! My first time here and I so recommend coming back to this place. Really appreciate you and hope to see you again!
