Karan helped me a lot. He is the reason I recommend everyone from work to visit Mr. Lube. Someone needs to promote him. He helped me not only fix my under splash panel but was kind towards me with his knowledge and his words. That is rare nowadays. 5 stars for service.

Great experience with fast service, came in for a regular oil change and ended up replacing engine oil filter as well. The technician did checks to the tires, washer fluids, coolant, and others things. Overall satisfied and had a great experience.

Never ending recommendations for service. If they they don't have a part, they will order it for you but they will not call you back or they give away your ordered part to others (has happened multiple times). Already initiated a complaint to OBB.

I am visiting Mr. Lube from last 2 year but this time I have visited Mr. Lube Younge Location which was recommended to me by one of my friend and I must say the service which this guys have provided to me is far better than from another Mr. Lube Sahin checked everything very patiently and he explained me everything about the services of my vehicle and when will those services are going to be due and why they are important for my vehicle.
Forsure I will visit again for my next service and recommend to my friends.

An explanation of a diagnostic printout gave me a clear insight into the current maintenance necessary, cost and future maintenance, and cost for improved and prolonged car health. The process was quick and easy but costly.

I didn't like that the online sign-up didn't work or that the amount of money spent on my initial visit did contribute to points or rewards for the future.

I would strongly suggest going in for something basic if you are a new customer. Maybe even the cheapest item, THEN, you sign up and when you are a member of the rewards program, cover more costly work that may contribute to rewards for the Mr. Lube membership program.
I was very aggravated at this fact and wasn't even able to sign up with the receipt I was given.

The car's problem was fixed though even if it was temporary because it came back a few days later. Still, I found that those who assisted me were patient, and answered all my questions.

I would highly recommend for basic maintenance or an oil change or diagnostic purposes for immediate attention on concerns about how your vehicle is running.

Charged me 800 for an oil change obviously cause they felt I was a girl with little to no knowledge on this stuff, came for an oil change and they started saying multiple things were wrong w my car

I had a great experience with this place! They took care of all my services and didn’t over charge me. Sometimes as a young lady coming into mechanics alone some ppl use it as an opportunity to up sell but none of that here. They finished my service quick and the customer service was good

Scammers about the price, they charged me 130 in one spot, the other spot said 155 dollars, i told them what the heck is this, make the price more based on market. Their claim was fluctuated prices. Loll oil price and filter price literallyyyy same. I told them no, they didnt open the gates so i cant get out from their place but hold me for 5-10 mins trying to make discount. They offered me 130 dollars at the end, but LOST ME AND MY TRUST OVER THEM!

Efficient and Clear with the high price, I got front left tire puncture need a immediately help, they are the only choice for no appointment service shop.spent 45 bucks to replace the one tire off rim. Nice place.

Vipul is a fantastic leader of the team at this location. Service as quick as possible. Some people need to be more patient and understanding, yelling at these staff isn’t going to speed up your service. Especially when other people have arrived ahead of you.

Terrific service. Vipul was very patient in explaining the services that my car needed, going as far as to take me into the bay to look at the underbelly of my vehicle. He also provided some good general maintenance advice. Definitely one of the better automotive experiences that I’ve had. I will go back there for sure.

I brought 3 cars in on Nov. 15,2022.to switch my tires over to snow. The guys were amazing. They explained what they were going to do and the cost. They re & re the tires, wrapped them up and loaded them back into our cars again. They were extremely busy that evening and some customers couldn't understand why they would have to wait an hour or so. Really folks! The techs handled the chaos really well.

The Technician serve me car, Tyler is a great guy, who know our driver 's needs is not only the mandatory itmes as Oil change, but also some nice to have or pertential issues may cause bigger problem for my 300KM Lexus SUV……

And the most important he is so polite, didn't appeare even a little push or over sell as some other place always do. Just let you choose any thing you think fit for your car and budget!

And They provide "All in car service", make you really feel like order Tim Hortons througb drive through. Nice, easy and comfortable!

Tris was very helpful and observant when it came to doing an oil change on my car as well as pointing out problems that may occur with my car in the long term. I definitely recommend this Mr. Lube and I will be returning for another oil change soon!

Mr. Lube will absolutely rip you off. Especially if you are a young woman, they will take extra advantage to do just that. They talk super fast & make you think you need things for your car & boom, an $80 oil change turns into $300 (I kid you not). You will go to other places & people who have worked there in the past will tell you, they just ripped you off. An engine flush is not a thing- just a way for them to charge you for more. All of this to say is how sad that they look you in the eyes & take advantage of your money like this.

I decided to try Mr. Lube at 9699 Yonge Street for the first time today. I took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, under car rust proofing, and had my filters changed and fluids topped up. It was an incredible experience. My technician Jeet and his colleagues took good care of my car. I pull up and there's no wait. The entire service took between 30-40 max. Very efficient and professional service. I waited comfortably in my car. I was kept informed of what they were doing every step of the way. I love it. It's two thumbs up for me. Thank you guys for the great team work. I will be back.

I've been to this Mr lube several times over the years but today was particularly exceptional as I was well taken care of by Vipul! Glad you transferred over here! He took the time to be personable and was careful with sanitization during this pandemic. He also helped me do a quick dusting out of my cabin airfilters! I also appreciated not being pressured to get other things changed/fixed lol as I am sure many has experienced before. I was welcomed to take pictures and compare prices first, and was very helpful giving recommendations and answering questions I had. So that helped gain my trust lol:) thanks for the quick and informative service!

Very good service they show you everything and they check other things that your car needs to be serviced. Took my car here for first service in a long time and they showed me the spark plugs which needed to be changed and everything based on manufacturer recommendation. Afterwords you can drive with peace of mind

I came to this location and Mr. Vipul took care of me. I was satisfied with my service and I will definitely recommend everyone to visit this location. The customer service in this location is fantastic. I will definitely come back to this location next time.

I got a flat tire on Sunday afternoon and needed the car on Monday morning, so, I went to this place first thing in the morning on Monday, but they looked at the tire on my trunk and said that they can not fix this tire because it is bigger than a nail punch and they only have short patch and they offer me a purchase of two tires. I went to the Canadian Tire right after that and they fixed the tire in no time.
I assume that if this place is called tire shop which is the case, they should carry more than one kind of patch and should be able to fix a relatively new tire, not to offer a costly tire purchase, they wasted my time since I counted on this place to be a real tire shop.

I used the 9699 Yonge street Mr. Lube location. My vehicle was taken in by Shahin for an oil change as soon as I arrived. My interaction was pleasant, quick, and Shahin took the time to answer all the questions I had. Will definitely return to this location and refer other people.

Horrible experience. They only want to sell you things you don't need. Didn't even put my filter back in properly. Have more warning lights on when I left then before I went. Would not recommend to anyone and they are only getting 1 star because there isn't an option for 0.

I was there earlier today as I had an issue with my engine pan (Ford F150). The team members were friendly and all smiles. It took about 10 minutes and they replaced a nut & bolt. I asked them what I owed and they replied “it was our pleasure! ”

Naturally, I will continue to service my two vehicles there in the future.

Be aware!
I ordered synthetic oil change and they brought from downstairs plastic containers filled with regular oil, seals were broken.

I went to this location for flat tire repair. Technician tried to take out the tire but it didn’t come out of the wheel hub because I think it seized. He told me the tire is not coming out I can't do anything without putting in any effort. Then I went to a JeffyLube’s location, technician over there did that job in 10 minutes.

I went for oil change. Mr. Vipul does a great job and very professional likeother team members working there. All are friendly.all in all a great service station.
