Mr. Lube + Tires

I’ve been going to this place for several years and I never had an issue. From the beginning of this year it seems there is always an issue when I came in. For some reason they have little kids working here as technicians. Mr. Lube’s technicians called me stating I needed to go for an oil change because it was way overdue. At my last appointment the technician stated they are not giving me a sticker and to listen to the cars warnings for an oil change. This resulted in my car being over 5000 kms past the time it was suppose to be serviced. I called in the morning and they told me to come in the evening because the filter would be there by then. Upon arriving they stated they did not have a filter and I wanted to speak to the manager, after asking for the manager they proceeded to tell me the manager wasn’t there. They stated for me to come back on Monday to do the oil change. They did the service on Monday and had a free promotion for wiper blades. They tried to put wiper blades on the car but couldn’t due so because of the type of car I had. They mentioned that they will order a specific part for me so they can put the wiper blades on my car. The technician told me to come back the following day for this to be conducted. I went back the following day and they stated they still did not have it yet. I asked for the manager once again and the same result happened. Everytime I ask them to speak to a manager they look at each, speak in their language, and start laughing at me. After this they stated to come back 2 to 3 days later. When I went back a couple days later, it still did not come yet. I told the guy he is wasting my time because he is making me drive there on multiple occasions to tell me the same thing. He told me to call him before I come again. Every time I would call, they would give me excuses and state that the manager was not in. So I went back today, upon arriving I asked to speak to the manager once again. The same thing happened, they looked at each other, spoke their language, and started laughing. The same person I was speaking to on several occasions stated that he was the manager. What kind of person lies about being a manager after all this time. I told them to take back their wiper blades because there is no point in me having them if I can’t use them. The person who stated he was the manager now took the wiper blades and broke them then proceeded to throw it in the garbage. I will never go back to Mr. Lube again for such bad service and because they are all liars. They consistently wasted my time, lied to me and are always giving people the run around.

I had my car serviced at this place. My attendee Soni Pinder was really experienced and professional. These guys really take a good analyses of your car and suggests all the possible things that make your car perform better. Really appreciate the service.

Today I had the best service getting an oil change at this location. The staff was very patient, helpful and cooperative. Definitely recommended!

I recently visited your location for a tire change and oil change yesterday, and I had a very negative experience with one of your employee Nikhil. The employee in question did not greet me when I arrived, and throughout my time at the location, he displayed a significant amount of attitude and disrespect towards me.

I found that employee's behavior to be unprofessional and unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and this was not the case during my visit.

I would appreciate it if you could take the necessary steps to ensure that your employees are trained to provide excellent customer service and that incidents like this do not happen again in the future.

I went for oil change and all the things I got in 10 minutes they changed the filters as well as transmission fluid. Great experience.

Quick but costly. Lack of expertise. Used unnecessary oil treatment additive. He should use only one bottle but used 2.
I have been told next service will be on 7000km if used regular synthetic but got only 5000km of range on paper. That means it was a regular oil.
I have definately paid 60$ extra here than other service centers. Money oriented service advisor.

This is by far the best Mr lube location I visited. I had an emergency issue with the car, and the guy explained me the situation very well and showed humanity by calming me down (i was so worried) I really appreciate Dheeraj who went above and beyond to help me out.

Really great and fast Service. I don’t know a lot about cars but Durgesh Soni made my visit really fast and comfortable. I would highly recommend visiting this location for all your needs

Excellent service - as a woman its sometimes an unpleasant experience to have to go to get your car checked. But ive had nothing but great service everytime ive brought my car in. Just got my winter tires done and it was excellent service - the staff are very professional

I went there today for an issue in my tires. The guy sandeep who attended my car was very polite, welcoming and very fast. I have been using there service for almost a decade. Keep the good work. Will highly recommend this place to everyone.

I got my spark plugs changed from this location by Mr. Anmol on my Honda Civic. I highly appreciate this store for car services.

They were fast and efficient, and everything appears to have been done correctly and well. The only thing that stops them from getting five stars is all the upselling they do while you're there.

This place is quick and efficient! The staff is super friendly. We were serviced by Parbal, who communicated the changes happening clearly. I would come back here and definitely recommend them. I appreciated the transparency and friendly service.

They will find things to overcharge you. One minute I came in for an oil change for $80 plus I had a coupon, next thing you know $380 later they kept adding things on. I was very upset. One of the charges they applied it or did it first then told me after but didn't inform me of the cost. The only positive comment was they were fast. They take ur money real fast too.

I called 2 different mr lubes as my check engine light came on they advised me that that had the device to check to see what the issue is I drove 40 mins to make it before they closed only to have them tell me they didn't have that same device I called to make sure they had what a complete waste of time

I have recently moved to the area and was dreading the idea of finding a new location to bring my car in for servicing, however, after reading the positive reviews for this Mr. Lube location I decided to go for an oil change. While there, they recommended a transmission fluid change and a new cabin filter, however, having been advised prior to say no to anything other than an oil change, I declined. After my oil change, I called a mechanic friend and described the appearance of my transmission fluid and cabin filter that the technician at Mr. Lube had just showed me, and my mechanic friend advised me to go back and get the services done (which I did). I was relieved to hear my technician at Mr. Lube was being honest and had the best interest of my car in mind (but disappointed in myself for not trusting his advice initially)! I truly appreciate the kindness, honesty, and integrity of the technicians here and would absolutely recommend this location to others.

I didn’t write this. I do my own oil changes. I didn’t even own a car at that time. This is how professional they are at lying. I went there for an oil change. A technician Arshdeep did a great job. He inspect everything on my car. I was very happy with the service. I will go there again and recommend others to visit this location. Boycott mr lube.

They messed my car up, cars driving in limpmode now cause or a transmission fluid top up that was not permitted. Won't take any responsibility! Avoid the hurontario and Ray Lawson location if no other choice.

Call from home at this location for front tyre change two provide me price i told the person name amrit i am coming within 10 minutes when i went at shop he said we have to order will come again tomorrow very unprofessional service come back again wasting my time

The service at this location was top-notch. The staff was super professional and it felt like I was being treated with people that were my own. They were very friendly and polite and I would definitely recommend this location to all people I know.

I came in today for an oil change, Vikas was absolutely amazing, very friendly, knowledgeable and was able to explain why and what my car needed. He was honest and didn’t push unnecessary products! I had a fantastic visit!

I buy my own oil and filters when I need an oil change. Once I brought my golf to this location for an oil change. The next day while driving the vehicle notifies me the oil level is too high, but when I check it's fine. If you change your oil but don't change the filter this will happen! I thought maybe it was my sensor no way they would pocket a filter for themselves but every oil change I've had after has been fine. I strongly recommend jiffy or even a dealership for an oil change. This place is a joke, my wife went to get an Oil Change about a week ago, I was recently doing some work on the car and decided I was gonna check the oil.the oil was completely black, had only been about 500kms put on it since the oil change, also noticed the oil cap hadn't been touched month old dust on it. Visited the shop and the manager told me go get a licensed mechanic to come and say the oil wasn't changed and they would do it again, and told me I didn't know what I was talking about, little did he know I'm a lift truck mechanic and a fuels technician and work with the exact type of oil, there is NO way the oil would turn that colour in 500kms, STAY AWAY.would give it zero stars if I could.
