Mr. Lube + Tires

I visited at mr lube weston location for my regular car maintenance. Jaswinder took care of my car and he treat me very well and did excellent work. He told me about after all inspection of the car what needs to be done. Jaswinder and all other staff did their job efficiently and professionally.

I recently visited Mr Lube for my car service and Jaswinder did the great job, service was amazingly done!

I got my oil change for my car. All the staff is very professional and helpful, especially Jazz helped me alot. Had a good experience

Every time I come here these dudes are always so disrespectful, example talking to them about what another Mr.lube told me about my filter and these guys at this location are telling me it's not possible. And one dude walks away mid conversion, completely disrespectful humans. Somebody needs to teach these guys about manners

Good service, respectfully but always try to upsell.too much up sales tactics. Someone just wants an oil change, just change the oil, that's it.
But they are Good Fast and Reasonable

Its ok, the only problem is the guys there try to push you to buy everything, even if you say no the first time they keep trying. Very annoying.

Today I went mr lube weston rd for oil change. I am very impressed by staff especially joshi. He is very professional and polite guy.

I have been to this location multiple times, this specific location should be Mr.lube‘s model for beyond exceptional customer service. I can literally say I have not experienced better customer service from any place of business via retail, grocery stores anything. They are factually the best of the best.

I had tried to do an oil change from this location as was shocked as I was being scammed in my face, I had asked for a original Honda oil, what the Indian man working did was give me a cheap oil inside of a honda oil bottle that was not sealed, I had then confronted him about it and he then started to speak in his own language while infront of the customers. Beware the oil should be sealed.

I recently went there to get an oil change and get my tire check as it was losing air pressure, the guy said my tires are wearing off better to order new pair and they would install it once it gets delivered I said ok and the other day I showed up, they installed the tires and I left. On my way on the highway way I noticed the car is shaking I got out of high way to check what's wrong, the two rear tires they changed for me, one of them was installed improperly as one side of the tire was all the way in to the rim which was a serious matter not only a danger for my self but for everybody else on the highway if the tire would've blowen. I went back to fix it and still the tire is losing air pressure and not fixed. They made me order new tires for nothing. Long story short never gonna visit this location and I will complain about the people who work there. They're trying to finish their work fast but not accurate and doesn't care at all.

Maybe they can change oil but transmission fluid is another story

I had an amazing experience at Mr Lube. The manager, Guru was extremely helpful and patient with me, explaining all the services. This is my goto place for vehicle services.

Great service provided by Chris and Matt. They were efficient, thorough and took their time to explain recommendations for my Santa Fe. They showed me my oil levels before and after, topped up fluids, cleaned my windows and changed wipers. I'll definitely be going back!

Ok so I always bring my car to the dealership but the cost for my service would be over $700 so I thought I would give them a try as my nieghbour goes here. The staff are super friendly and courteous. They advised what was required and what was recommended. I was in and out in a fraction of the time and at 1/3 the cost. Can't beat that especially with the cost of everything now so if you are in the area and need your car serviced stop in and give them a try.

Amazing service! I was having car issues after topping my oil just before a trip up north. I pulled in a bit before closing to get the issue looked at suspecting I had over filled the oil. I had, and this made the spark plugs dirty giving loss of power. Even though they were closing they took care of my oil, changed my spark plugs, replaced a destroyed belt I didn't have, cleaned my fuel injection system and did an undercoat for the rust! Way way way above and beyond, truly amazing service! Thank you!

This place over priced and the tell you need this and that just to get more money out of your bucket, the don’t check even tires pressure scammers place, don’t go this place

One of the best tire and oil change service providers in Toronto. Been coming here since last one year since I moved to Toronto. Guru and team have been so kind and quick for my last tire change service and also offered me new Michelin wiper blades and a $10 discount voucher for my next oil change.

Also, I had ordered set of new rims from here and I got a great deal on those as well.

Our tire was rapidly losing air and I had no idea what to do. The staff here was very honest and broke everything down to me in simple terms I could understand. Unfortunately my tire had a massive nail in it but at least I know what I have to do to keep my car going

Had to stop in at this location for an emergency rim change. The guys who were working were extremely kind and helpful. We are from out of town and had to get a fix so we could simply make it home. They stayed later for us to fix the problem. I am forever grateful for you gentlemen and fixing my problem so we could get gone safely (which we did)

Was in today for a balance job on one of my tires. Called ahead for pricing and they held true to it when I arrived. I was greeted immediately and on my way much quicker than anticipated. Will definitely return to this location again!

I like that you don't have to get out of the car, which is safer for employees and customers. Overall pleasant experience.

Came in for an oil change; no appointment. The attendant I had was super helpful. Answered several questions I had that didn't necessarily pertain to the reason I came in. Wasn't too pushy either about "selling me" service I didn't need. Very pleased with the service and time it took. In and out very quick. Thank you!

I would give this shop zero stars if I honestly could. I took my car in to mr.lube back in November to have the winter tires changed over. I usually have another mechanic do it, but due to some other circumstances, I needed it changed, and the reviews here seemed fine. I was the third car in line, as I was informed by the location they do first come first serve. I had also gotten there 30 minutes before opening (7: 30 a.m.) Come 2 o’lock in the afternoon, my husband and I had not heard anything back if the tires were finished. We called, and we were told yes and the price. When my husband gets to the location, the tires were not changed. They tell us they had problems getting the nuts off of the tires. We told them if they were having trouble then to leave it alone and we would go somewhere else. They then promised they would have it done in the next hour. They did change over the tires within an hour and a half.

Fast forward to today. I hit a pot hole and got a flat. My husband goes to change the tire over to the spare, but all of a sudden a shiny aluminum piece comes off one of the nuts when we go to loosen it.turns out they broke one of nuts, put it back on and slid the cover over it. They never told us they broke anything, which really made it a huge pain to be able to get off this morning.

I am currently at my usual mechanic checking every single nut that was placed on my car to make sure none of the others were mistreated. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. If you have a problem getting something done, do not just ignore the car. Call the customer tell them the problem instead of keeping a car all day for no reason. If you are uncomfortable continuing to finish the work, just be honest and tell me. Don’t do the work, and damage my property just for the $150 you got paid at the end of the day

Horrible service. Very pushy. Had me pull out out of the bay to complete the purchase without going over what had been done to the vehicle. Walked in to look over the invoice before making payment and another "service" tech gave me a light shoulder bump to get to another customer. Will not be returning

I was there 1st customer for oil change and tire change they first told me first we do the oil change and then we will do tire change over.they kept me there for 3 hrs for simply work. I have seen them running after customers like they never seen a customer only thing they do open the hood and chase and lies to customer. Never will go back there again

I was quite hesitant to take my car back based on my very bad experience last time. However, it was a better one this time. My car was dealt in right way and wasn't made to wait deliberately. Hoping for better experiences in future as well.

In and out in no time. They seen my tire was low on my dash, so they filled it up. Unfortunately they filled the wrong tire and I was left with with one slightly over inflated and one slightly under. But overall a good place. I will continue to bring my small fleet here
