Come here to swap tires for winter, after waiting of one hour on they "fast drive thru" service got inside and they started process, first lie tires need to be balanced as they saw them not even tested
Next they changing tire and they change one and trying to change other, 3 skinny man's laying on tire to untit her, after one hour they started bumping my front left tire with different tools, I come out to ask what is taking so long, and they saying they can't uptight my tire, without questioning and consultation with me they decide to broke one of my knot to remove tire
After they said that they're unable to do anything and now need charge me a lot more as knot is broken btw. By they own fault
After I am not agreeing as they broke the knot they send me out after waiting my 2 hours and broken knot.
Worst service and people ever!
Now in other shop by regular automatic Thanks God for good people and Mr. Tarik Elajami and his team at TY workshop they fixing they mistake and saving me!

I brought in my car thinking I just needed an oil change…there was no oil in it at all which brought up more concerns about the rest of my car. The gentlemen here took their time and made sure I left with a well working and safe car. It was money well spent and I feel confident returning for further service. Very pleasant and kind staff here.

Everyone at this location is awesome especially Kawal, Yadi and Jaget. They are extremely helpful, proficient and kind. I only get my oil changes done here and would highly recommend them and this location!

So today I went with my daughter to put winter tires on the man gave me quote $988.11 I asked him 3 times it's tax included he said yes and he will order them and call my daughter when it's ready in 40 min.so we waited 1 hr and a half he called we went there they was in such a haste to put them on then he said let me create your bill.lol tell me how he come now saying $1042 total so I ask for what.after he told me $988.11 he like you misunderstood what I said to both me and my daughter so I told him I'm not paying nothing more than what he told me and to remove the tires he put on so I can go my way.instead he trying to agure with me so I had to get really mad at him ask to speak with his manager to find out he was that manager that made me even more angry.like you can't do business like this give one price then change and tell me as a customer I never understand.not my fault you never made yourself clear enough so I will not enter this business again nor will I refer you to anyone. Thanks for nothing MR LUBE.no thanks I will never be returning to your business

I dealt with Adi and his team today for service. I told them it was the best service I have ever got at a Mr Lube and meant it. They were thorough on inspection and made sure I understood anything going on, but never pushy. Definitely will go back again for my next oil change!

Great for the twice a year tire changeover. Pick your time right and you'll be out and about in 20min or less.

Yesterday I go to Mr. Lube's (Dorval/ Speers location) for Tire swipe (on rims) for my all 03 Vehicles. All my tires are in spacially bought covers. While swapping tires they throw randomly these covers on the shop dirty/ oily floor & even start walking on them, making they unrecognizable oil soked stains all over it. They all keep the shop floor oily & very slippery. I also realize uneven tire pressure on all my vehicles afterwards, it display less/ uneven air pressure as they didn't bother to put air in the tires while swapping. They closed at 08pm & when I went with my 3rd Vehicle at 07pm they suggested me to come back next day but reluctantly did tire swap. They all are respectful but totally lack good work ethics & probably needed to be re-trained if they wanted my hard earned $ again ever.

NEVER go here. Every single time someone from my family goes in to mr.lube, they drain our car batteries everytime. On another occasion they didn’t tighten the lugnuts on the tire when getting it changed. They told us they checked the power steering fluid and that it was 100% okay even though the car is a closed system without power steering fluid. Just this week we had to get headlights changed and they NEVER put the lights in the socket! Whatever you do, do not come to this place unless you are looking to waste all your money and risk your life every time you drive out of there.they will purposely break something in your car just to make you come back the next week. Absolutely horrible service

HONEST, reliable & efficient. Went in with a tire that was not repairable & was informed that it would be best to purchase 2 new tires which I was aware ahead of time that this would be the right move. I asked if I should replace all 4 & was informed that no need as the other 2 are still in good condition. This goes to say, that you can count on HONEST advice! Thank you Mahe & Harry for saving the day with no delay.

I didn’t get their names but all of the guys that assisted me were super friendly, quick and knowledgeable. I knew I was going to need more than just an oil change - and they asked permission, and then explained everything to me before they did the work. I’m super happy with my experience and I will definitely be returning for my next oil change!

I Vist there for the first time to get my oil change and Manthan helps me a-lot. He provides me quick service. From now I put you on top of my list when ever I need any vehical repair and recommend my friends also.

These incompetent employees wasted my half n hour just because they did'nt know how to replace the turn signal bulb on HYUNDAI ELANTRA (such a basic vehicle)
PLZ GO TO MR LUBE ON NEYAGAWA/DUNDAS for anything because i got this done in 5 minutes at that Location.

They ruined my oil drain gasket and drain plug gasket. Oil was leaking, I had to go to another car service to solve my problem and of course with an extra cost of $ 127.00. As usual with bad service, they tried to explain to me how their policy blah blah blah. Never again with them! I wouldn't give them a single star, but unfortunately there is no such option

I came in several days ago to get a simple oil change, it was very obvious as a young women this was my first time doing something like this.   I was given the option of 3 oils ranging from around $65 to $100. I opted for the $60 dollar option. However the employee said my car needs "high milage oil" and charged for an $90 oil.   All I wanted was a simple oil change. The employees then began checking random parts of my car and creating a list of things my car needs. Charged me an additional $50 for a filter. Said my battery is failing and I am probably having trouble starting it and that also needs to be replaced, my battery doesn't have any trouble starting so I don't understand why are you using fear mongering tactics into getting me to spend more money. AND to top it all off, they removed some plastic shield from the bottom of my car which they said also needs to be replaced for additional $$$, which I asked them to put it back they said they can't unless they zip-tie it back. Now that it's been zip - tied back, my car makes an outrageously loud sound and it hangs from the bottom of the car. I can see it not put back properly.   So not only did I leave paying over $150, you also BROKE something at the bottom of my car and it now makes a sound as I drive. MY CAR MAKES NOISES AS I DRIVE WHICH WASNT HAPPENING PRIOR TO COMING IN.
The worst most outrageous experience as a first time car owner. My father recommended this place to me, and I can't say he's happy to hear how you scammed a young women.

I usually visit this place for an oil change. Very good and quick oil change service, they check everything on my vehicle and never charge me anything for checks. Good team work and knowledgeable staff. Good job guys, would love to come back again! Thank you

Love how fast and quick the service is and the staff is very friendly, but this location broke my air filter cover and have yet to fix it. I went back and showed them the broken part was promised a call back from a manager and that never happened. The part in my car is still broken, it was broken by one of the guys there because it was fine before i changed my air filter there. I don’t mind the fact that the part broke, im annoyed at the fact that the employees tried hiding the fact that they broke my car and i had to inspect and return myself.

STILL NO CALL FROM MANAGER AND I STILL HAVE A BROKEN AIR FILTER HOLDER.
