Mr. Lube + Tires

Stopped in this as I was unsure whether I needed an oil change. The guys there checked my oil and said it was fine and didn't need a change at the moment. They then proceeded to top up my windshield washer fluid free of charge. It's so refreshing to see employees at a chain store being honest and fair. Would highly recommend.

Went to the shop with a loud noise from the front tire. Dave, the store manager, was extremely polite and kind. He tightened all the tires and replaced a missing nut. 5 stars for awesome customer service!

I am regular customer of Mr lube. However I went to this store for the first time because there is trouble in one of my car tire and this store is on my way to work. They only took 10 minutes to find the problem and quickly fix the damaged valve. 10/10 to this Mr lube for their speed of service and hospitality. This is my first visit at this Mr lube but now onwards I will always prefer to go at this store because of their speed and their quality of service. Big thanks to the store manager and it’s team.

My husband and I always go to do oil change and to change our tires at Mr. Lube. Last weekend someone tried to steal our tires, and damage one of our wheel lock and stole one wheel lock. We went with a new kit of wheel lock, and the staff (I believe his name was Sam or James, sorry, I forgot your name) changed for us as courtesy as we always do services there. He was very nice and efficient.

Dave and Maddi changed my tires they were quick, very friendly, and honest! The other staff were super friendly! They did a great job! I definitely recommend this place!

Dave the manager of this store charged me nothing for fixing hole in tire And replaced my tire stem with a new one. Literally charged nothing and i ended up with saying thank you over and over again.

My negative review was removed, we went to mr lube for an oil/ filter change and they did not change the filter. I know this because the next oil change I did myself and the filter was painted “stock” and a Honda part. People have a right to know your ripping them off. As I said before I have the pictures to prove it! Please don’t delete the post just have some decency and do the job right.

The staff are always very helpful and friendly, I’ve never felt pressured to buy a service I didn’t want. Highly recommend!

Go to place for quick oil changes. Great service provided. Staff took extra time to explain what is being done to the car and they are clear on costs.

This place was great! Friendly staff. Quick. Got free windshield wipers. The free coffee was even good. It was busy and I lost a spot by accident, they apologized.
Good price. Highly recommend this place.

Coady was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I came in for a transmission fluid change. He knew the difficulties and particularities of my specific model but was able to complete the job efficiently and gave great advice.

Today she took her car for an oil change to your Mr. Lube. Her car started fine that morning. She just wanted an oil change but once they had it in the shop they told her the battery should be replaced along with some transmission fluid work etc. She said no thank you, just change the oil but then oddly her car would not start. I find it very suspect that her car would not start when they were poised to sell her a battery.

They sold her a new battery for over $200. It must be a top end battery for that price. She drives an Accent so she's not needing some extreme battery.

She had an oil change, they sold her the high kilometre package and replaced her battery and it was about $450.

I feel she was taken advantage of by your staff. This is completely unacceptable.

As a newcomer for the first time I went to mr lube for changing my car's oil. I bought oil and filter from Canadian tire and they get 163$ just for changing the oil and filter. I thought it was normal but after I went to another place next time, I paid just 30$ for changing the oil and filter and I found they charged me 5 times more than normal price, I will not go to Mr lube anymore

Didn't have to wait long and were greeted immediately. Said hi and gave pets to our dogs. Fast efficient service.

I have a brand new vehicle with 20k on it, they tried to upsell a service that is required at 80K (fuel system service). That should have been my first red flag. But two weeks after this oil change I started receiving low oil lights on my Dash. I just had the oil change I assumed it was full I took it to the dealership because I thought I had a faulty oil sensor. Dealership informed me their was only half the required oil in the truck. This resulted in the dealership correcting their mistakes. I will never take a vehicle back to this place again
