Mr. Lube + Tires

A quick and easy wY to get oil change on cars. You have to be on guard for all the other services they claim your vehicle needs. On this visit, i was informed i had oil in my engine and needed to flush it, or my engine would be damaged. I refused, and when i went to my own mechanic, there was no oil in the engine. They are not the most skilled mechanics, so i wouldn't bring a high-end vehicle there. They place the scared tactixs to extort more money or irrelevant sevice.

Extremely disappointed with the service I got. I have a headlight out (low beam) and bought new ones to this location asking for them to replace them both. I was told it will cost extra as it’s LED bulbs. I asked why it would be more. The mechanic that was “helping” said just because. He then says i actually don’t think we can do that here. Walks away, talks to some other workers. Comes back and said “nope, this isn’t something that we do here! ”

I sat for over 30mins to get in to the bay and the guys said they can do it. So your staff is not on the same page. Which is it? You can it can’t? I’ll make sure to tell my friends to stop using this location as they don’t even know what they can or can’t do!

Went to get two of my cars serviced. Shazad and Dimi helped my car and my husband’s.
Shazad was very thorough, informed me on what needs to be changed and showed me proof of it each time. I did not feel any pressure to do them but as he was showing me to comparison, I knew they had to be done.
I could also see the manager there actively checking each cars to ensure quality.
I’ll definitely come back again. Great experience.

Chad was very proficient and the service was quick and reasonably priced. There was no sales push trying to upsell me.

Ahmad always has the best service and goes above and beyond to help. He has excellent customer service skills, is friendly, patient, honest and knowledgeable. He changed my winter tires and even reminded me that I was due for an oil change. Ahmad is meticulous and noticed my wipers, air filters and headlights needed to be changed as well. He made everything quick and easy.

Ahmed and the team were great at taking care of my car during my oil change. I will definitely be back again.

Dimitri took great care of me - and our neglected 2nd vehicle - today! He took the time to explain what needed to be done today and what could wait, and was thorough but quick. I’ll be back for my next long overdue oil change!

Ahmad does too much upselling, you have to say no multiple times.be sure to stick to what you came here for which is usually a quick oil change otherwise you'd end up paying $$$$.

I had an emergency today with a vehicle and brought it by Mr Lube for an oil change. I was directed to the manager who took the time to help me figure out what was wrong with the truck. He was very helpful and had a ton of knowledge. I wish everyone could be as great as this locations manager! 10 stars for him

Safi was extremely kind, professional, and efficient with my tire change today. I believe that was the shortest time I've spent for a job well-done!

Very nice guys. Just unsure as they dont always seem to know what their doing or be organized. Overall I would go again as their prices are decent (you can also bring your oil for a discounted price) and it's very close to my home

This location has to be the best Mr. Lube. These guys are all fantastic, professional and know what they are doing. Would recommend to anyone who needs a quick proper oil change. Ahmad is a wonderful associate and provided excellent customer service.

Second and last time at this location.
I have been a loyal mr lube customer for the longest time.i have 5 cars i get my oil changed done there i recently moved to OSHAWA use to go to the whitby location always excellent service decided to try the mr lube in OSHAWA.after a long day at worked was skipped by the tech that was directing cars waited almost an hr to get my oil changed done.u just losted a very loyal customer at ur OSHAWA location

TLDR;First off, the staff are excellent, very friendly and professional. On the other hand, I had my oil changed two days later I noticed leaking on the driveway. I had I look under the car and noticed dripping from the filter, no big deal. I drove back to this location, where my oil change was done, and told them the situation. When I got into the bay and told the technician about the problem he asked the person underneath to look at it and I was told that it was transmission fluid, I said, but it’s brown and I literally just had an oil change two day’s ago, the technician replied transmission fluid goes brown. What was I to do? So I left and drove over to my mechanic. He put it up on the hoist and showed me that there was absolutely no transmission lines, coolers, or anything that could leak from the transmission anywhere near the leaking area. We had a laugh and they changed the filter, at no cost, and I have been leak free since. I’m disappointed but not surprised at this Mr Lube. All I know is that they have lost me as a customer and any referrals I have will definitely include DO NOT go here! All they had to do was step up and replace the $10 filter for a customer for life, instead gave me the run around and a poor diagnosis. If you don’t know anything about anything don’t say anything!

Ahmad is great at what he does, very good customer service and explains everything thoroughly. I highly recommend this man to service any vehicle.

I was helped by Ahmad, very nice and polite man. Great customers service, they refilled my coolant, and window washer fluid. If your looking to get your oil changed, or any other service for the matter. I recommend you come here!

The wait was a bit longer then expected, however Chad was very professional, friendly and quick.

I took my car in for 2 new rear tires to be installed and my experience was great. Very friendly staff, I highly recommend this location on Park Road across from the Teddy's plaza.

I have had some very good and some very bad experiences at this location. If you are getting your oil changed be sure to check that you aren't leaking oil after you leave. Jason and Cory are both very nice and went the extra mile to make sure my car was taken car of after the mistake previously made. Friendly staff but I can not say I would put my full trust in them.

They were professional, very quick and when arriving you are greeted with a courtesy window cleaning and door hinge lubrication while you wait in your car.
Ahmad did an excellent job explaining my options and ensuring my car was taken care of. Would highly recommend for a speedy oil change.

They are good for a quick oil change, but they rush it. The service personnel told me he will check my battery, tire air pressure, lube my doors and top my washer fluid prior to the oil change. However, once the oil change was done he was in a rush to get me out (guess they get paid incentives for quick service?). He only lubed the doors and checked the tire pressure after I asked him. Also, he lied to me about topping the washer fluid as I came home and checked and it was not topped at all. As I said, good for a quick only change but don’t expect to get the full service that they boast about.

Very pleasant experience at this location. Ahmad was very kind and helpful, even helped get me in to a mechanic for other work I needed when I mentioned that mine couldn’t take me that day. Will definitely go back here for all of my oil changes and such!

I have been using Mr. Lube for a long time. This location is not good. Always pressing the up sell, last time I was there they replaced a license plate light for $15 that I did not want! $15! For a license plate light! The manager is overly fawning which gets creepy really fast. Don't judge the whole franchise by this one outlet.

UPDATE: gave this location another try. Left without an oil change after being lectured by the jackass technician who I could barely understand. Seriously just don't bother with this location. Minus one star for wasting my time.

Great service. From the minute I pulled up. They greased my doors and washed my windows while I waited to be able to get in. Once in I was lucky to have to great mechanics working on my car. One doing my oil change and the other answering questions I had and even got me a wiper for my car and explained why one of my lights on my dashboard was on and also checked about my engine light being on and why and turned it off. It was great to know and get pricing for being able to come back to get why my engine light was on and repaired. Thank you to all the staff that helped me.
