Best staff in the area. Under car shield was fell of half way on the road, call and bring them our car, they just fix it in a min. Sure will come back in the future

My husband and I had a disappointing experience at the Mr. Lube Finch branch today. We visited to have our tires patched due to a small screw in the left tire. Within a minute, the crew member, who identified as Indian, informed us that they couldn't fix it and suggested we purchase a new tire from them. Surprised, we left and expressed our concern, as he hadn't even examined the tire. His response was dismissive, insisting we needed new tires without any thorough inspection.

Opting for a second opinion, we visited another tire shop where they successfully patched up the tire. The contrast in service was evident, and it seemed like many others at the new shop shared similar frustrations with Mr. Lube. The experience left us feeling pressured and deceived, as if Mr. Lube was more interested in upselling than providing honest and reasonable solutions.

Nice guys and great help. Came in to get a new plate done at service Ontario and they helped me out.

The service here is top teir. I was really impressed with the way I was serviced this week. I came for an oil change and the next day got new tires installed. The tires took longer than expected to be installed, to which they apologized for and gave me a promo discount card for the inconvenience. But the service was so great in spite of that wait, that I wanted to come leave a positive review! This will absolutely be the store I continue to go back to.

I took my car to Mr. Lube for the first time to change the seasonal tires. The reason I did this was because I needed to book in advance at Canadian Tire or other places, but Mr. Lube did not require any booking time. However, the service was not cheap; it was on almost the same with other auto car services, even a bit more expensive. After receiving my car and checking the tire pressure, I noticed that they were different. One tire was at 37, while the other two were at 32, and the fourth one was at 29. I returned the car to have the tire pressure adjusted again. I couldn't help but wonder how they handled the other aspects of the job if they didn't even know how to adjust tire pressure. I cannot speak for other branches, but my experience with this one was not positive, leaving me with a negative impression of Mr. Lube.

You lost my business here!
Who goes in expecting to pay no more than $100 for an oil change then gets upsold for an oil flush, dual filter change, plus more and comes out paying $450!?
This is crazy! Don't trust these guys at Don Mills and Finch and I don't know if I can trust any Mr. LUBE locations at this point.

Always helpful and great customer service they don't push you to get anything that you don't want. They help me get things checked and replaced and charge very minimal to no amount. Very happy with this location. Keep up the good work guys, you rock!

I just had the worst experience at this location, if I could give them a zero star rating I would. They try to upsell you on everything and are very unprofessional. I went there to have my seasonal tires exchanged. First they tried to upsell me saying that all 4 of my tires needed to be replaced. 1 was new from last year, when I told the mechanic this he reexamined them and agreed that they were indeed ok and didn't need to be replaced. Then they tried to insist on getting an oil change, I'm at 7000km so I refused. Then they told me the price for the tire exchange was going to be $96! I was shocked as in the winter it was only $65. I pushed back and he finally charged me $73. I understand inflation but a $31 increase in the last 4 months is unacceptable.
Lastly, they asked me to pull out of the garage at the end so they could return my winter tires into the boot of my suv. When they waved me through the garage door I heard a loud bang sound. The back door of my suv was left open and they hadn't lifted their garage door high enough so it hit my suv boot door. I stepped out to ask what happened. They all denied anything had happened, I then saw that my door had been hit, and checked it out. Luckily no damage was done but I couldn't believe how they denied it.

I felt like they were just trying to rip me off the entire time I was there. I'll never be returning to this location and would recommend others to avoid them as well.

Staff are amazing, i went to this location to change one tire from winter to summer, they changed it for me and checked pressure of all tires and didn't even charge me for it.when i went to another tire shop they told me to come second week of may.

Purchased new tire. Got a great deal from Mr Gogia he gave the best possible prices and I am happy to deal with him.

I am visiting MR. LUBE don mills & finch from last 4 years, they do the maintenance professionaly. Specially, the manager #SAGGU and his team is very good and humble, they took a great care of my car

Oil change was fine but upselling was absurd. Suggestions to do a flush and change all filters and the battery were expected but sad. Taking out a spark plug and showing me those "need replacing" was new though.

Say no to literally everything but the oil change and it's fine.

I have never seen such an unprofessional, careless, negligent and rude team anywhere in Canada.
I am really sorry for Mr. Lube, who is ruining his name in the society by such unprofessional and uneducated people.
I went there yesterday to adjust the tire pressure of my car, and I wanted it to turn off the tire pressure alarm after doing the work, one of them goes into the car program after doing the tire pressure, but due to not knowing my car system. I caused one of the car options to be damaged, and the car wheel was locked and it would no longer go, the interesting thing is that after that he did not accept that he had done this and drove my car with its two rear wheels locked. He pulled out my car to outside of the repair shop by force, after that he said: "I don't know why it happened like this, you have to go to the dealership, and this mades me sad, and I even wanted to call the police, but I didn't, so I started the car through one of my friends. " What a shame how they acting unprofessionaly.

I've been to Mr. Lube twice and have had the best experiences! I will never go anywhere else! Thank you Saggu and team (sorry if spelled wrong). You guys are the best!

Great service, knowledgeable and friendly staff! They recommend what needs to be done to the car, not because they want to sell a product, but because they actually care about happy customers. Just got some brand new tires on the car and loving them. Never experienced that kind of customer service before! Today I went to the store for oil change and tyres for my car and the staff was very good and caring. I liked the ambience of the store and I would recommend others to visit the store

Service was quick and easy. Wanted to top up coolant, called they said less than a litter os free. Drove by, done in 1 mins, did not charge.
