Mr. Lube + Tires

Today, I went in for an oil change and was really impressed with the service provided by Belal. He not only performed the service but also offered me some valuable advice on maintaining my car regularly. I highly recommend this place based on my experience.

This is my worst experience going to this location.i went there to replace my winter tires they open the tires and told me that i have some space missing i need to replace the tires and they tried to sell me the new ones which was so expensive compared to other places so i denied then they cahrged me 90$ of just opening my tires and put same back. When i asked why you didnt tell me before you open the car tires they said we didnt see it before. I always went there got all my needs got my brakes replaced always do my oil change there after being a loyal customers they charged me 90$ of technically doing nothing.wont suggest anyone go there

I went in the other day a little frazzled as I didn’t know how to fix my side mirror. Luckily, Frank and Jon helped me out, and they were both so kind and helpful. They easily fixed the problem, were very efficient, and really made my day so much better. Will absolutely be going back for any issues in the future!

$60 just to change oil? I told the rep that i will be supplying the oil and filter and they said it was $60.

Sir you can just go buy a jack for $100 and do it yourself. The jack will pay for itself.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Mr Lube location on Markham Road. My family and I have been Mr Lube customers for almost 20 years, and we have visited different locations around the GTA, including the one on Highway 7 owned by Mr Kareem. The staff at those locations are always helpful and ready to assist from the moment you enter, offering coffee and newspapers.

However, my experience at the Markham Road location was very surprising. As soon as I pulled in, I asked questions about the services I wanted to do. The person who was helping me was a young guy who was not sure whether my car record from the location on Highway 7, which is closed, had been transferred to this location or not. I asked him to check with his store manager, but the store manager was standing outside and was talking to some of his friends and did not bother to come over when the young guy called him.

When the manager finally came over, he was quite angry that the employee disturbed him while he was talking to his friend. The young employee got very scared, and he told me that he couldn't help and that his manager, John, was quite angry. Unfortunately, I left the place feeling bad for the employee. I will never go back because of Manager John's bad attitude and poor customer service.

We got an oil change on April 23 and had an incredible experience. Muza was knowledgeable, polite and honest! He was quick and made recommendations that we will be going back to complete.

They messed up with my oil change

I recently visited this Mr. Lube for a standard oil change and was impressed by how smooth the process was. Sujee and Rajee my technicians today and did a great job, very nice and personable guys. Was in and out pretty fast, and I will definitely be going back when need be.

YIKES! My parents took their car to get their winter tires changed and they charged $85 to change tires on rims. Don't visit this place unless you want to feel like getting robbed. Dealership charges half what they charge, serve coffee and tea, and complimentary car wash. Never coming back - regardless of service.

I came in to get my summer tires on. I knew I needed my differential fluid changed as well. Sujee checked it all out for me and there were a few other things that needed done as well.

I was a little skeptical of the price and whether it was necessary but he took the time to explain everything to me, what they were doing and when I asked a few more technical questions he was able to answer them confidently.

This guy knows what he’s doing and I truly believe is looking out for the customers best interest.

I had an amazing experience at this location. My technician Simran was very polite courteous and knowledgeable. His recommendations were bang on what the dealer told me! I was greeted in a timely manner. They also had a full time machanic which recommended me rear brakes and showed me. I booked an appointment. I will definitely recommend this location! We went to this location for the first time for an oil change. Service was fast. We were looked after by Peter. He was professional and very friendly. We would go back again.

Went here for tire service and Jon the manager helped me out and experienced the best customer service. Thanks Jon!

It wasn’t my first time

I was surprised by their thoroughness, topping up fluids, greasing locks and hinges, and checking your lights and sure of course they'll try and promote products but they weren't pushy when I said no. They were also slightly cheaper than going to my Honda dealership and certainly was much quicker. I spent approx 30-40 minutes while I waited 2-1/2 hrs at the dealership when they told me 1 hour.

I couldn’t possibly be any more impressed by this location. I’ve been a few times and each time is a solid experience. The techs are fast and honest. Everyone is very friendly. The manager of this location, Jon, came over, introduced himself, and asked how everything was going and also actually helped the tech perform my tire service. How many other shop managers do that? My car has a massive heavy skid plate and they took the time to ensure it was properly secured, and the manager even went down himself to confirm.

Just wanted to say thanks. A+ service from these guys.

Outrageously slow.

In follow up to the Corp response: I waited for 30 mins along with other patrons - nobody was in front of me. Of the 4 bays in that time one car went through. I had plans and left.
The location is already flagged.

The guy he said he is supervisor there is really unprofessional. I am not satisfied with this branch service.

One of my tires came off the rim. Canadian tire didnt even take a look when told me i would need a brand new tire. Went to Mr. Lube and they fixe my tire in an hour. Found a nail and patched it up. All under $70.

Don’t come here for quality service.

The guys rushed balancing my tires and added way more weight than necessary. My car now has vibrations coming from all the tires.
I went back to get them to fix their mistake and all they did was try to blame it on my tires, my car, my driving.
