Amazing service, workers were very respectful and helpful, attentive to detail and explained everything very thorough to my understanding and I felt as though they didn’t take advantage of me as a woman driving my first very own car and getting my first oil change. I highly recommend this location if you’d like to get quality service for a fair price.

I was contacted by Mr. Lubes feedback support. Let me tell you- the problem is clearly at the root. The man I was on the phone with repeatedly told me that they in fact did not scam me, and everything I complained had happened (the employees refusing to put in the oil I wanted, and instead secretly putting in BMW premium oil) is false. I asked if anything was going to be done about my experience, nope. Can’t say I’m surprised. These people are absolute scammers, and then when you complain, they get another scammer to call you and tell you how you are in the wrong. This company exploits and takes advantage of young girls. This is the most disgusting customer service I’ve ever received. I am absolutely mortified about the call I just received. Wow.

I went for winter tire change for my Tesla model 3. I was very much disappointed by Mr. Lube’s service and charges.
I always prefer tire change at Canadian tires but this time I took chance with Mr. Lube.
At Canadian tire, charges for tire change is 40$ including taxes but at Mr. Lube it’s 3times more than charges at Canadian tires. It was $180.2nd issue was the biggest, they did not install tire correctly and the bolts were very loose and it was about to come out of tire. My car tires were making weird noise and it made me worried so today I went to Mr. Lube again and found that tires were not torqued properly. It was my foresight that I went to Mr. Lube again to get those tires fixed otherwise I would have been in biggest trouble and will have to face a dangerous accident. If something like that happened to me then who would be responsible?
They have compromised Customer’s saftey and life. I will never ever recommend Mr. Lube to anyone to compromise anyone’s safety.

If I could rate this experience 0 stars I would. I went for an oil change for a Mini Cooper and was charged 200$. I asked for synthetic oil to be put in, and was refused multiple times, and spoken to like I had a single braincell. Even though I usually get synthetic oil for it and it runs just fine (for the 10 years my family has had it!) Multiple employees came over and told me it NEEDS the BMW premium oil, and refused to put synthetic. I was charged 200$ for something my car doesn’t even need, and was pressured into the sale, probably because I am a girl and went alone- boy have I learned from that mistake! These people are scammers and crooks, avoid avoid avoid. So beyond disappointed, and shame on Mr.lube.

Stay away from this place had my car in for a oil change. They didn't tighten up my skid plate when they where done and it came undone on the highway. Now is being held on with zip ties and some of it is broken. Called them and their fix to the problem they caused is 15% off my next oil change lol. All they care about is your money and getting cars in and out without doing the job right. If they miss up they don't care to fix their mistakes as the manager at the store said they would only offer a 15% discount I guess it's ok they broke my skid plate and now has to be held in place with zip ties

Review would be zero now if possible. Didn't fill the washer fluid, checked airfilter and didn't tighten airbox shut. Had to go back. They tried to use the wrong size screwdriver to tighten it rounding out the screw head. Told me they only had one size Phillips screwdriver. Lol, they supposedly do mechanical work. Lied to me about being out of washer fluid and then having multiple boxes they proceeded to use to actually do what was included in the service. Was annoyed that on a car with 27k km I would not change my air filter, do a fuel service. Terrible from start to finish. Also does not know how to read an oil dipstick. Tried to tell me that oil should be at a bend in the dipstick. A WHOLE 1 INCH HIGHER than the full mark. Only reason I go to Mr.lube is it's a fleet vehicle. Won't be returning.

They just keep trying to upsale you. Tried to get me to pay $400 for a bunch of extra things. Hate going to these places. People were super nice, and they aren't pushy, but it's the constant sneaky add ons that I don't like.

Never visit this place for any type of need, they literally broke my car, it was in perfect condition except for tire that needed to be swapped. When i went to pick up my car it started showing all types of lights- engine lights, etc. When I asked about it they straight away lied to me and Mehak Singh is the worst person to deal with. They had asked me to post a positive review in exchange for free service that would cost me $40 approx. I never knew that I would end up paying much more in order to get my car fixed. Worst place! Will never visit again

Got a flat right near here, went to deal with it myself at the gas station and the manager of Mr. Lube spotted me. He refused to see me struggle, gave me his card and sent me over to have it fixed! This type of kindness and service you don’t see as commonly these days and it really makes all the difference. If I lived closer this would definitely be my preferred shop!

Came into get my tires changed and the team at lube did a fantastic job.did the whole operation properly, everyone was super friendly and the whole process was done quick. 10/10 would recommend (trusted them with fancy car)

Absolutely loved the experience I had. It was my first oil change at Mr. Lube for my 2020 Corolla and I am surely coming back. The guys are really polite and professional. I came for an oil change and enjoyed the service for sure. I think his name was Mahak, such a positive energy. It was a quick service and during that time he told me about other services that my car would require over time. That was good piece of information for some like me who is clueless about cars. Definitely coming back!

I recently visited Mr. Lube for an oil change and some maintenance on my BMW 3 Series. The service was truly awesome. Yuvraz, the technician, was a pleasure to deal with. He not only changed the oil and cabin filter but also checked the air filter and tire pressure, and even lubricated the door hinges. Yuvraz provided honest recommendations for future car care. Exceptional service!

My Name is Dave, I own The Patio People and have over 7 delivery vehicles Which I will be bringing to this location from here forward. I think his name was Logan short haired tall guy, and his team. They gave me the best service I have ever had at an oil change Facility yet, and I go weekly. I’ll be back, and hope to see those guys again. Cheers and thanks again boys.

TL;DR: Stay far away from this place. They scam their customers and take no accountability for it. As a business near a large college full of young and inexperienced people, this is likely a scam they practice often.

Full Story: My daughter took her car here for an oil change as it was close to where she was living while attending college. She went in and specifically asked for just an oil change on her older model car. While there, they told her that her car required several additional services that were not needed. They then proceeded to convince her that several other services were required and charged $650 for what should have been a $100 high-mileage oil change. They saw a young girl who was not knowledgeable about cars and told her that, in their "expert opinion, " her car required services that were not needed. When we called to speak to them about this disgusting practice, they said, "the customer agreed to the service. " Although this is technically true, "the customer" agreed to these services because the person she believed was an expert told her that her car required them or would no longer run correctly. This was a bald-faced lie.

Don’t bring your car to a chain that does not cares at all about good care. They put a non experience staff to change the oil on my Benz, they broke a engine wire plug mount next to the oil filter and took absolutely no responsibility on the matter.

I usually find the service excellent here. I just tried to call the Homer Watson location. I had to call 6 times. The voice-mail is full so I can't leave a message. Finally on call number 6, someone answered. I asked for help in regards to doing my brakes and was told they only have a mechanic on once a week from 8 am to 1pm. So what's the point of offering services when you can't give them? It seems that this location is going downhill very fast. If you want a oil change then you should be ok. But if you are looking for anything else, don't bother, they cannot provide any other needed service in a timely manner.

The 2 very young guys need to be trained more and adequate manurism. Seeing an employee messaging on their cell phone is not good behavior while customers are in shop. I'll stick to the garage I normally go to next time as they are well experienced and manurism is not a question
