Mr. Lube + Tires

Went here to get a oil change they ended up scamming me into two other things I did not need done. Ended up costing me 200 dollars for an oil change. Then when I said I don't have enough money for anything else they continued to try and tell me that other stuff was wrong with my car and a bunch of stuff needed to be replaced. They almost got me for over 450 dollars luckily I didn't have enough money or I would have been completely broke. Iam so frustrated with this experience I'm a new driver and this was my first time ever getting an oil change now I know im never going there ever again and will do my oil myself from here on out! Thanks mr.lube for an 80 dollar life lesson to never trust anyone ever again.

The guys at this location are super helpful, speedy and honest.

I thought I had a nail in my tire, after calling the CAA to pop on the spare, I darted off to Mr Lub. Agam met me outside, had a quick look at the tire. After further inspection it was the valve that was damaged. Not only was he fast he didn't charge me for the repair!

Pretty expensive comparitively (was looking for transmission oil change), workers are particular. Maybe just unmotivated when I went there, but I wouldn't likely go back. Also they wouldn't install the my used tires for me, unfortunate waste of my time.

Ongoing issues with lack of experience with cars and inconsistent service. Feels like you are at a flea market with different staff giving you different answers and costs. They constantly try and upsell you on all their services! Took my other car to Jiffy Lube/Sudds near Limeridge Mall and had a much different/positive experience! Going there moving forward.

Twice I’ve been here and they don’t have a filter for my 2021 Sorento… how is that possible? They even suggested I go buy a filter elsewhere and they would then do the oil change. A little ridiculous. At least on my second visit I had them confirm whether or not they had it before wasting another half hour lined up for service!

Absolutely great service and super polite and helpful and kind. Manager Deep is a gentleman. Bev was a great help too. Will be back

My wife and I came three for oil change, but the service advisor (Jit) finds our transmission oil needs to be changed. He explained very well the transmission oil ś fuction and importance. He's done great work on our car. Good Job Jit and team.

Non stopped coming to me saying I need this, and this, and this to be done on my van. I came for a simple oil change. Like I have a regular mechanic for a reason.

Unee and Arsh were very friendly and knowledgeable. They identified the problems with my vehicle, recommended solutions, and worked efficiently to fix everything. They provided excellent customer service by taking the time to explain what they were doing and why it was important which I very much appreciated. Overall, they went above and beyond and I will definitely return in the future.

Fantastic staff. The moment he looked at the punctured tire he said "needs a tire replacement. No way this can be fixed". Thankfully, I replaced it with the spare tire and got the puncture fixed somewhere else. Money hungry, incompetent, arrogant, unprofessional staff.

Went for oil change they only did bare minimum if that, didnt even take my oil change light off or top up windshield washer fluid or check tire pressure yet was charged for a full service, watched the technician aggressively try to remove my intake filter hitting it with the palm of his hand then he removes it and shows me the dents he made saying its beat up and needs replacement. Constant attempt at upselling when you guys werent even properly doing the job i paid and came for. Wont be back place is a joke

Great service, in and out. Didn't upsell. Topped off the fluids, checked tire pressure and cleaned the windows. A little overpriced, but worth it.

I went to this location and did a "oil change" a week ago to find out that there is no oil in it which my car started smoking as I was driving it. Spend $400 dollars. And now I have to find out if my engine is out which will cost me even more money, and on top of all this they are not answering the phone so I can tell them what happened. If I could I would give it a 0 star because the staff was very pushy too.

They hook me and my ride up real good. They will do the same for you. I was quoted a different price than original. A 20 dollar or so.difference but their service is excellent

Gautam provided excellent service during my oil change. He was helpful, knowledgeable and kind.

I just wanted an oil change. I found the staff to be extremely pushy. They tried to upsell me on about everything that could be sold on a car and didn't take no for an answer very well. They charged me $10.00 to replace a "bad oil drain plug" that they replaced the last time I when my gf brought the car in. This was done with out asking. I do not recommend this shop.

I went to this location for a standard oil change. I have been to many Mr. Lube locations over the years, this location was not impressive to say the least. The technicians don't seem to want to be there. They were not very attentive to each customer and constantly switching between vehicles and not communicating between clients. I was never actually shown the dip stick with the new level of oil like every other location I have been to has done.
Overall the job got done (hence the 3 stars), however I will not be returning.

Nofal was excellent. Staff was great and worked very quickly. Pretty short wait for service. No complaints.

We went there for my Car service and are served by bawa he is very professional and good worker

I’ve never had to wait so long just to get my oil changed. A 45 minute ordeal once I was parked in the building. Most of the employees were standing around doing nothing during that time. It felt like I was going crazy. Very nice people but it could be run a lot more efficiently. I won’t be coming back.

This is the second time I have done oil change with Mr Lube and Im satisfy with their job. Thanks to Bawa, very professional and helpful.

Very professional, my Honda CR-V showed tire pressure alarm, they checked all tire pressure and all was good, and no charge.this happened today morning. I should calibrate TPMS in low temperature, I found it later

I was terrified when my driver side wiper stopped working and safely got to Mr. Lube. They very quickly sorted out the issue and didn’t charge for the service. I have been there many times for oil changes and have always had an incredibly professional and well communicated visit. My trusted neighbourhood shop! Thank you!

First I was offered a beverage which I chose cold water which was given to me with a guy with very dirty gloves and the water was actually warm. Then I was charged twice as much as I actually did just pay for my oil change. They told me that was the price and the only oil my car took. I went to a Toyota dealership as that is what I drive and was charged half as much.

I had my car serviced today by Umar (the spelling my be off.) Very friendly and professional. Took no time at all.

The 5 stars are for him.

Like with any business they need to make a profit and you are paying for convince.

Without including my time and finding the synthetic oil on sale and a good filter it would cost $50.00 vice 100.00.

You need to know your ownership manual it is your guide on what needs to be done this includes all shops and dealers.

Flushing - not required. They can damage your engine.

Great service every time I take my car here. They explain and show you everything and answer all questions. Almost always super quick. The technicians are always pleasant and willing to help. Great place!

I went to do tire rotation, at the first place they said yes and later on after waiting, one guy came to me and said we don’t do it for SUV only here for sedan! I said why you didn’t mentioned that in your website, he changed his words and said the lift is broken, it seems they are busy and this job is not worth it for them so they deny me, bad customer service and communication skills.

These guys are absolutely amazing. They were fast reliable and very professional. The gentleman's who work on our vehicle 98 Toyota. Best guys ever! If, you want reassurance and feel safe about the work being done. This is the place to go

Love this place. They show you everything that needs to be done and explains it to you so you know you aren't getting scammed while you just sit there drinking the complimentary coffee they bring you.

I recently attended this location for an oil change after a few years away from them. While servicing the techs removed my good valve caps to check tire pressure and then failed to put two of them back on. I had Aluminum Nitrogen marked caps (an upgrade) and they have thus far been unable to find them, or replaced them. They have insinuated that this cost is mine even though it was their staffs mistake and said they would order new ones for me to which they still have not after 2 weeks.
The previous time (a couple of years ago) they had put a big scratch on the front of my car from dragging their hoses and said it wasn't their problem either. I do not reccomend them, unless you watch them closely.

Driving along Barton St, suddenly a hitting noise under my car started cracking.
They looked at it and in a few moments removed a plastic stretch that got stuck under my car. It was fast and efficient. I highly recommend them.

Used to go to Mr. Lube in Burlington on Appleby Line, but recently moved to Hamilton. Had a few friends recommend this Mr. Lube, and specifically Bawa. Service was excellent and was done very well. Bawa showed me what I needed done, and recommended a few things I need to service and actually showed me the burnt out Sparkplugs that I needed replacing. This will be my new go to Mr. Lube for sure.

Bawa and his co workers were very professional with there work and customer service. Highly recommended

Amazing service. Topped up my wiper fluid and gave me new wiper blades for free. They also fixed a rattle under my car while changing the oil. It was fast and easy.

I'm never going back to this place, I'm pretty sure they put regular oil in my car instead of synthetic oil.i watched him open the jug, when he took the cap off there was no seal. A couple of days after the shield that covers the bottom of the motor was hanging down on the road. I brought it to the Honda dealership they did another oil change and put the cover on properly, your not qualified to work on dinky toys, no stars.

My go to location. Always quick and very friendly. Deep and Jay helped me out today and explained everything I needed. I trust this location and will continue to come back. Thanks guys!

I was there yesterday for oil change the technician name Sid was friendly and fast, Quality Service, Customer Service is their first priority. I will come back next time.

I came here everytime With different vehicles and had different experiences everytime But today I was amazed by the man Shahid He handled whole store, He has new Technicians I saw that from my car he was taking care of three car at the same time, Very friendly and Calm Told me everything about the car that I brang today Also Raj Technician was great he got me a black coffee Such a true gentleman Thanks you for the the amazing hospitality.

No bill sent to my email. Pulling sparkplugs out and telling me they are burnt out. Telling me my oil cap is corroded (plastic) and I need to add an additive. Lots of pressure. No wonder my daughter had me take it in for her. 2016 Jeep Compass. 900000 km. Original owner.

Very friendly service by the technicians. Specially Shahid, treated my car as his own. Obviously, coming back for future services.

Rushed over for an oil change during a lunch break and was explicit about only having time and a budget for oil. The vehicle was less than 4 mons.old. One of the guys said, "if your air filter looks like this, I'd hate to see how the other one looks. " It wasn't terrible. I couldn't spend another $45+ or any more time there. Keep the comments to yourself when someone rolls up and tells you their situation.

Excellent, professional and quick service by Harry. The staff at this location is great as they do check everything on your car which also includes all fluid top-ups. Harry explained me each and everything regarding maintenance requirements on my car. This guy (Harry) needs to be appreciated for whatever he is doing. Thank you again Harry. Will see you soon again

I took my vehicle here for an oil change becuase l had very poor experience with last oil change shop. The folks at the Mr lube Centinial Parkway location are very friendly and supportive Specially Shahid and Carl, they have done quick work on my car. Very Knowledge Staff and really wanted to my experience a good one. The price was firm then I expected it to be and I have no issue with that becuase they have done few Repair on my car. I highly recommended this place.

This is the smoothest oil change I’ve had in quite some time.
Quick and efficient.
Deep and Carl are awesome folks and I’ll definitely come back to this location again!

Always, courteous and do a great job.
They tell it to you straight. What you need and don't push you if you can't get it right away. Reasonable rates from oil, transmission and differential.

I was there for my family car I was in hurey the guy Shahid was a great guy He did quick oil that I have ever got I will comeback with my other cars thanks for the help.

The 2 stars are for there ability to fit a oil change quickly but there ends the good. I asked for a tire rotation and they didn’t have the wrench to open my tug bolts, they went through my spare tire and left my woofer wires unplugged, they never put back the casing for my spare tire. Was asked to pay for a air filter which was promised to be in stock next day. That next day never came and they keep asking to call me back. Ended up going to location to get the refund. Horribly organized and charged me 78$ for a air filter which is available for less than 30 bucks. Don’t waste your time and money here.

Place I trust. They do a great job. I go out of my way to go here. The guys who work there are great and do a good job.
