Mr. Lube + Tires

Very nice staff. My tire pressure was low in winter. They helped me add air and checked the tire pressure of all four tires. At the same time, when they found a potential problem with my tire balance, they also informed me in time. Thank you very much for their help.help

Visited two times and was not very satisfied. Not customer-centric service. More concentrated on selling unwanted products. I suggest visiting with caution.

The price difference was too high then the other locations of mr lube. I called and askes the guy snd he was saying thats what it is. I asked three locations, two locatios gave me the price $79.99 + tax for 2010 Toyoya Camry but this 3306 Sheppard Ave E, Scarborough, ON M1T 3K3 location was telling me $130. For synthetic oil.

I had a punctured tire caused by a nail which was easily reparable. Instead of repairing it the guy (half bald with beard) said the tire is beyond repair and i gotta get a new tire. Well as it was about 7pm and most mechanic shops are closed i had no other option to buy a new tire which cost me $214 with labour. Next day went to a mechanic and surprisingly he fixed my “unrepairable” tire. Thank you for scamming me Mr. Thieves. Gives me more reason why not to do business with such highly sought companies. I would rather visit a rundown store who are atleast honest with their profession than visiting Mr. Lube again.
Btw i never got a proper receipt stating the work they did on my car. I mean I understand you’re a petty company but atleast have some decency, always trying to upsell things for no reason.

I get my oil change from this location. Today while going to work I notice something different with my front right tire, I felt like it is loosing air as I just filled it 2 days ago so out of curiosity I just went to mr. Lube and ask the guy to help me out as I might need to fill the air or I don't know if the tire is puncture. The guy very rudely said, " oh ya if you want to check the air wait for one hour or more, only middle lane has air pump. If you still want it wait for an hour " and then he just left angrily. I know they have extention pipes for the air pump so they can check the pressure in any lane they work on and fill the air. Even while going for oil changes in the past I felt like they are pushing on to buy other stuff then just oil change if you don't buy you won't get nice treatment. I understand they get bonus and commission on the basis of sales but not being nice and giving good customer service to regular customers is not acceptable. Never going to the place again

The best thing is you don't need an appointment but 1 start coz they lie to sell more stuff unnecessarily. Really bad sales tactics

Be cautious if you go here with a foreign vehicle, they'll charge you for oil changes (every 5,000 KM) even if you don't need them. I took "Julian's" advice and my car hasn't been the same since.

The staff are amazing, but they are trained to oversell you stuff that you don't need. Also, the service is a little bit pricey.

Best mr lube in the city hands down I always go to mr lube because of their trustworthiness and reliability but this location never seems to stop reinstating my confidence in my vehicle thank you mr lube

Fixed one of the flat tires of my car. The service was quick and professional. The working staff was very friendly and provided good customer service. Keep up the good work!

Workers have a shady way of making sales. You will get charged for things you didn’t know you would be charged for and they can be pushy with provoking you to buy other services. I also had to call back to be instructed how to fix a service light because the worker did not reset it after his job was done. Never returning to any Mr. Lube locations again. You’ll save money and have a better experience else where.

I just got upsold at here MR. Lube Air filters for 124$ Power steering for 99.99$ even they couldn't do the job properly noisy AC after new air filters came back called the guy who changed he didn't even answer he was busy screwing up another car changing air filter, they couldn't put it back properly. If I push my car in front of their shop never come back learned my lesson.

TAKE NO APPOINTMENTS HERE!

Last day I came there for wheel balancing. Talked to one of the guys and he asked me to wait for the same. The service charge they asked me was 80$ plus tax. After almost 15 minutes, another guy came and said that the wheel guy is gone for the day and has to come on the next day.

On my way home, contacted another Mr. Lube and they asked 12.49$/ tire plus tax (roughly around 50$ plus tax). Was so shocked hearing the price difference.

PS: Don’t come up with an argument that you are a different store, but I spoke with 4 different stores and they said the same price (50$ plus tax).

How can a standard company have disparity in prices?

Terrible customer service, rude employees, bad attitudes. I've been taking my vehicle, my wife and my kids vehicles to Mr. Lube for years. Never again

Came here with an urgent issue and Sohel was quick to fix it with no service fee. Timely and professional work with great customer service! Will be coming back for future oil changes.

what an unprofessional service, called in prior to book an appointment just for fluid change and reached here on time, told to wait 10 mins then after 20 mins they told you need to wait for another 45 mins!
2 vehicles came after me being serviced and went in line 2, there should be a token system to serve the first one first out.
Rude behaviour and i dont care attitude, these kind of employees will ruin the reputation of business.

I have been charged $72 for a cabin filter at this place, which has been sold for $19 and that is OEM part by Hyundai.

Great service here. Came by to patch my tire and since they couldn’t because of the location they let me know what i need to do to get fixed and put air in my tires free or charge. Will definitely come back if I have any problems.

They're a little pricier than your local garage but they have good customer service and include alot of minor services for free. Even though it didn't cost them much it still felt nice having fluids topped up, door hinges lubricated and windows wiped down for free. It almost felt like the car and I were being pampered with all the extra services. They even gave me a coupon for next time but it would still be cheaper to go to a local shop. For the convenience factor I'd say it's worth it. If you're trying to save a couple bucks than I'd search for more local.

Awesome service and friendly! I will go there again! But never go to Mr. Lube at Don Mills and Finch Ave again (unfriendly service and won' t fix my car)!

I got a nail stuck in my tire and when all other places turned me away or wouldn't even bother with me. The team at Mr. Lube Warden and Sheppard help me out of a major bind. Their technician caused damage to my tank knob Thant cost me to replace my oil pan. This is the 2nd time I experience problem with this location. And every time I have to deal with a breakdown caused by their inexperienced technician.

Went in for an oil change today on my Hyundai Elantra and I was very impressed with the service provided by Alykhan and his team! They were friendly, efficient and courteous. Alykhan was very personable and has a great sense of humour. They will certainly see me again in the next 3 months.

The men at this mr. Lube location are beyond kind and understand. I went in after I realized my oil was burden way to fast. They helped me understand the issue and were able to clean and flush out anything that was causing my car to burn oil fast as well as changed maybe oil. Out of many mr. Lube locations in the GTA, this one is my favourite!

I had the pleasure dealing with Dimitri as the main service advisor, he was friendly and was not pushy to do other things I didn't want done. He made suggestions but that's all. The other person there was also great I just didn't catch his name. Highly recommend this location.

Fast, convenient, and competent. The team who serviced my car at the Warden/Sheppard location were every bit as professional as the dealership without the wait and hassle of booking an appointment. My car can be a challenge due to the canister oil filter and the team was extra careful to keep the engine bay clean. Knowing I’m getting sealed bottles of oil, watching the oil being poured, is important to me. I really appreciate the effort and the premium was worth it.

I was prompted to go initially because of the wiper promo. I stopped by to first check the pricing and what products they use for their service. Mohmed was very quick to greet me and gave me the pricing and then asked if I’d like to do it at that time. I didn’t do it even though they were available without any wait. I came back a few days later after reading reviews and feeling more comfortable to do so.
It was initially just supposed to be an oil change but I also got other items taken care of that were long overdue.
It was Mohmed’s easy demeanour and recommendations along with the full inspection that was done by Wayne the technician, that provided me enough proof that this service was required.
I had always been putting it off because the previous shops didn’t always have a convenient time for me unlike today at the Warden & Sheppard location it was informative, fast and very friendly.
Normally I would be upset at spending more money than needed, but in this case it saved me money in the long run I believe because they were very competitive with their price and most of all very efficient with their service!

I will definitely be going back to visit these guys!

Never been there before, kept ringing the bell nobody around, and when somebody came, I was told the 3 hour wait, because he was doing a break job. Mickey mouse operation, I went to another location.

Got my old hunk of metal serviced here by a kid named Marco. Amazing knowledge of the car inside out, really fast and great skill. Service is relatively cheap with possible fluctuation, though as expected from dealing with vehicles. Coffee was terrible but it's not what I was here for. The store reminds me of the one I worked at when I was a kid in 1998, the undertaker threw mankind off hell in a cell, and plummeted sixteen feet through an announcer's table.

Had my summer tires installed here, usually go to the dealership.no appoint which was nice and free coffee is always good

I have been going to this location for years. They have always been very friendly and the managers always make me feel very valued and special. I have never had a bad experience and am welcomed with a smile. I went it today for an oil change for my caravan and as always was treated like I was their best customer. 10 stars for you! **********

The service was really wonderful. Mohammed explained everything to me in way I could understand. I would dedicatedly come back!

1) Oil filter access door
- This wasn’t fastened back on properly after the oil change, so it just flapped along the ground which I didn’t notice because it’s underneath my car and doesn’t make a noise. After a while, the mechanism to fasten fell off. I complain to the manager in person (who required convincing) and says a new part will be ordered and will call me. After 4 weeks I follow up, same answer. After another 2 weeks and same answer, I give up and have never heard back from him.
- Fastening the access door is straight forward, not sure why this wasn’t done properly. Also not sure why they are hesitant to take responsibility and fix the part they are responsible for breaking.
- I now have to use a twist tie ever time I change the oil filter.

2) Cabin air filter
- The cabin filter wasn’t inserted properly and hung out 3cm from it’s holder. After researching it myself, I discovered it needed to be rotated 90 degrees to fit properly.
- When it was removed, the cover was left inside the motor filter cabin and not fastened back on. During the winter, this caused that cabin and the front footwells to fill with cold air.
- A component of the filter cover was broken off in the process of being removed and now I can’t fasten it back on securely.

Overall this type of work seems lazy, borderline incompetent and I am surprised they are hesitant to repair things they are responsible for breaking. I’d much prefer a solid maintenance job over a free coffee and newspaper. I advise others to learn about the ins and outs of their car maintenance so you could either do it yourself or prevent others from messing it up.

OMG. I did oil change for my service van at this location and had very bad experience last week.

My van's tires have not enough air in them, I asked them to put air for me. At the end of service, I double checked with them, they said they put air in the tires and low pressure warning will be off when I was driving. So I trusted them. But one week after, the low pressure warning is still on. So I checked trie pressure, front tires: 50 PSI (at least 60PSI), rear tires: 35PSI (at least 80PSI). It was very dangerous when I was driving it.

I will never come back to this location any more. The staff is unprofessional at all. They should check air pressure sticker before.

Just went there for the first time, they do a good job. They Check almost everu thing you could think to makes sure it works. They also gave me a free coffee which is never a bad thing. Overall a great experience
