Explaining what needs to be done & answer all our concerns.
Gave us a written quote with total costs & time line.
Pete & Christine did the job in a professional & timely manner.
No Chipmunks were harmed in the removal of them.
Also installed metal screen & repaired our Soffits to block re-entry

I phoned Mr Pest Control at 3: 30 about a hornet problem and, by 4: 30, they had arrived and solved the problem. Very friendly and professional. I would recommend their services.

Christine and Pete have been to our home for the past two years to spray the outside for spiders and other critters that want in. They are very professional and in my opinion, very reasonable with price. We go all summer without getting cob webs and critters in the house after they spray every late spring.

Pete, and Christine, were at my place twice, once this year, and two years ago, first time to remove a nest in soffit, and repaired the damage in that area, they also inspected, and treated the house for mice, Christine, and Pete figured out where the mice were entering, and repaired the area, I’ve not had any issues with mice since. This year there was another section where another nest had to be removed from the soffit. Christine, and Pete were at my place the day after I contacted them, to remove, and repair damage caused by the birds. I highly recommand Christine, and Pete for any pest removal, I’m very happy with there service, prices, and their professionalism.

I first used this business about 2 years ago when I heard something in the drop ceiling, and they were able to fix it immediately.

Since then I've had other unrelated issues that I've wanted addressed - I've been able to email and get a response very quickly every time I need advice or help, and they've been very good about giving me advice instead of coming out and charging me if they don't see a need to. And when they do have to come out they're always able to get here within a reasonable timeframe.

Raccoon broke open soffit and had babies in our attic. Called Mr. Pest Control they responded promptly. They repaired all soffit and pest proofed the problem areas in a professional manner. Mother raccoon and babies were humanely removed from the attic and returned to the wild. No problems since. Wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again. Highly recommend!
