Mr. Printer and Mr. Signs

I bought a bunch of vinyl lettering that I wanted to apply to some surfaces and had some questions about how it would be printed. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful to answer my questions and the vinyl lettering was exactly what I was looking for. Came out beautifully, applied and adhered well, edges were crisp and the turnaround was quick. No issues upon pickup.

These guys killed it! I ordered cardboard cutouts for a competition and they got them to me so fast and they look amazing! Thank you so much!

Ordered our wedding seating chart from Mr. Signs. The process was seamless, Robin helped design our layout and was very easy to work with. Only took 3 business days from designing the template, to placing the order and receiving the finished product! Highly recommend, will be using for future events!

I’ve used Mr. Printer in the past in the old location (Horner avenue) for certain binding of papers and booklets which was given to me in a timely fashion and was exactly what I wanted. I recently used their service with the addition to Mr Signs…. There new location on Evan avenue is huge…. Massive printing machines and they even gave me a tour of the different things they can create…. I had no idea there was so much involved…. Had a sign made for my store…. Jamal gave me a quote that was agreeable but the quality…. I was happy with the results… I would’ve paid more… I found other quotes and wouldn’t have got the same size, production or value…. And I like the personal friendly approach not like the other places that has some teen kid saying “I don’t know”. Mr. Printer and Mr. Signs is my go to place for all my signage, flyers and paper related items

Very happy with the speed and quality of their service. I had something that I needed printed and send a quote request through the form on their site. I was contacted pretty quickly. After the payment the order was processed and shipped in a day or so. I got it today and I am very satisfied with the quality of the printing and the paper itself.

Ordered Hanging Clear Safety Shield Screens online, and my husband picked them up today. When I placed the online order, it clearly stated (with an image) saying that the hanging hardware is included. However, only the hanging line with a hook came. The small hardware you attach on the ceiling for you to hook it on the ceiling did not come with the product. (the online photo shows that it's included). My husband asked the person at the desk that there must have been something missing, but the employee only stated that "that's is what you've ordered".

Please, at least when you do marketing and sell online products (especially with photo), this part should have been provided to us. I even confirmed via "chat" on your website that this part was included, but it wasn't provided when we picked up.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company! They answered all of my questions promptly to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I am thrilled with the way everything turned out and look forward to using this company again!

I've had multiple things customized/made here and each time they've turned out fantastic. From the high quality product, to how cost effective it is here, you know you're getting an amazing product for a great price. From start to finish the customer service here has been amazing, they're quick to respond, very kind and also get things done quickly. Update Aug 4: received an email from this business due to posting this review but still have not received our order (2+ months later). Still have not received any reply to emails inquiring about our order.

We ordered an acrylic sneeze guard for the front desk of our business. The shipping time was longer than advertised, and I had difficulty contacting someone about the order (no answer on the phone, "live chat" was not live on the website, etc.) Eventually the product arrived but it had a number of very fine scratches on it. I initially thought they were smears and tried to wipe them off but they are etched into the acrylic When I contacted the company, the response was simply "it didn't leave the factory that way so it's your problem". Wouldn't even discuss replacement, or a full or partial refund.

Great service people were GREAT to deal with, have passed there info to others. Thank you for your help. Stay safe.

We have been using Mr. Printer for years now. They print our training manuals, brochures, business cards, posters and form letters. It is a family business with high standards, very professional. Everyone is very friendly, I have never felt like just another number. I highly recommend their services for all of your business needs.

I made an order online but, before putting in the order I called the to find out how the process works. It was clearly explained to me on the phone that someone would call me if there was an issue with my file. When the order was ready a few days later and I went to pick it up, the print was extremely pixelated. Manager was not there, the person who was handing me the finished work explained that people were on vacation and that I should have been called. He assured me that the manager would reach out to me, waited a couple of days, when I did not hear back I contacted them. They offered to reprint for a "discounted rate of 40$" which also was higher than the regular price. Terrible experience. I don't know how they are in business for 38 years, with such attitude and poor business practices.

I needed a project done by this coming Monday, and when I called and found out I accidentally set the printing to be done on Tuesday, they fixed it for me at no extra charge. FANTASTIC customer service!

My niece ordered from Mr Printer (online experience only). Excellent value for price! The website was functional and we were very impressed by the turnaround time (under 24 hours) for a custom vinyl banner we ordered. The order was placed around 12 midnight and it arrived about 12 hours later at noon.

One of the BEST customer service experiences I've ever had with a business! I was very behind in printing invitations for an event less than a month away. I walked into Mr. Printer on a Friday afternoon and explained that I was looking for a quick turnaround time (especially with Canada Day long weekend coming up). They were able to print my order in less than 15 min while I waited in the car and even brought it out for me!
