Mr. Puffs

I like their $24 promo offering 2 boxes of flavorful puffs. Ideal for households with teens, the diverse puff options make it a convenient snack choice. However, the coffee falls short with a below-average quality, suggesting room for improvement in their beverage selection. On the positive side, the hot chocolate and ice cream maintain a basic but satisfactory standard. While the focus is clearly on their signature puffs, refining the supplementary items could elevate the overall dining experience. Despite some shortcomings, Mr. Puff remains a solid option for those seeking tasty puff treats.

Although not the same thing, it gives Krispy Kreme a run for its money when it comes to being a spot for my friends and I to get our dessert fix after dinner. I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve had so far and intend to go back again and again.

Only issue is lack of adequate seating but that’s primarily due to space constraints and how busy it gets.

Visited Mr Puffs with my family yesterday and really enjoyed the great dessert especially the choco beuno and biscoff flavour. The service was great as well providing great advice on the flavours to get for the puffs. Would highly recommend going to Mr Puffs

We were shopping at crocs near by store and we visited Mr. Puffs at this location, it was my first time trying the dessert and we had a absolutely great service provided by the lady (Imana), she went above and beyond when it comes to costumers serving, very friendly attitude and warm welcoming, we ll definitely come back again.

It's amazing! Went on July 26th for the first time. Loved it. Went back today and after coming home I noticed I got the wrong topping than what I asked for. A little disappointing but they're good price and I hope to be back soon to possibly get my favorite one that I didn't get.

Edited to add that I'm so grateful for the replacement and for the special treatment my little girl received when we visited. Love Mr.puffs

Amazing little donut holes! Very oily but what do u expect from something so delicious, it can't be perfect!

I absolutely love Mr. Puffs. If you’ve never tried them before, they are essentially a fried dough ball with a variety of toppings (tastes similar to a beaver tail or funnel cake). My go to topping/flavour is the Cookies N’ Cream, which pairs well with the fried texture of the puff itself. The service is really fast too.

These were so good because it was fresh and warm. We got the Oreo and strawberry cheesecake flavours

Very rude cashier. Cut me off twice while I was trying to ask for the puffs flavor. Never had this kind of experience at this location they usually it very pleasant. Today because if the cashier it was the worst experience ever.

I recently visited this desert shop, and I must say that I was blown away by the amazing service and quality taste of their desserts! Nikhil and Saurabh were both incredibly helpful and friendly, and they went out of their way to ensure that I had a great experience.

The selection of desserts was fantastic, and everything I tried was absolutely delicious. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the textures were spot-on. It's clear that a lot of care and attention goes into crafting each dessert, and the result is truly something special.

Overall, I can't recommend this place enough. Whether you're in the mood for something sweet or just looking for a great spot to hang out with friends, this desert shop is the perfect choice. I've noticed that a couple of their employees (2 males) with beard and mustach expose are not wearing hair net or mask while preparing and cooking doughnuts.

They go so light on the toppings, I ordered hazelnut chocolate and there’s barely any.

I liked the dough used for the doughnuts. Really soft and chewy. The dressing was a bit too heavy for me on the cookies and cream, cream cheese and bueno flavours. My favourite was the cinnamon because it wasn't doused in cream like the others

I can honestly say as a Greek man that these "Puffs" (also known as loukoumathes in Greece) are exceptionally good. They stay crispy, don't get soggy, taste amazing (not too sweet, not heavy, literally perfect)

All the staff are super friendly and great options and flavors! Highly recommend!

I have been here twice now and I will keep coming back for me. On a Saturday night, expect to wait at least 20 mins. They have such a massive variety of drinks and different flavours for the puffs. Kinder Beuno is a defo big hit!

Puffs are so so good, i would highly recommend this place if you have sweet tooth and want to try something new and get addicted to it this holiday season, also whole staff is very sweet!

Don’t get the hype, but to each their own. I was expecting soft donuts, but was met with a thick, crispy exterior and rather chewy interior. There were a few reviews that mentioned timbits and krispy kreme, but they are nothing alike. I personally prefer the consistency of kk the best.

I liked the variety in flavours, but the main part, the donut was very off putting for me. I guess you could say it’s unique.

I absolutely LOVE Mr.puffs, they are the best! The staff are fantastic and it's always delicious!

Nice and clean place and have variety of toppings. It’s similar to donut that you fry and add toppings on top. If you are craving for sweets this the place to go, the taste is better if you eat fresh with a cup of tea/chai.

Puffs are really good! But the service is too slow, even if nobody is in the place they expend a lot of time to serve you. Don't accept cash! So bad

The puffs were overcooked and hard, it basically tastes like oil grease and chocolate syrup mixed together. The place is clean and brand new, very nice looking but the puffs don't taste good.

Dope dessert bar with tons of options! The staff was courteous and attentive even though the place was packed!

Got the 5pc cappuccino crisp Mount Olympus with vanilla ice cream and salted caramel dip.

The puffs are great - - a thin crispy shell and a light tapioca kinda chewy soft warm inside. I really liked the cappuccino sauce and what tasted like crushed coffee crisp bits on top.

The ice cream is closer to creamier and heavier froyo and the dip tasted like just chocolate (might've been a mistake) which ended up freezing on top. These weren't my preference but the quantity exceeded my expectations.

Tried a friend's choco-berry and it tasted like funnel cakes.

Overall very happy with the puffs and will be back to try more flavors. A yummy and very filling dessert!

A 'when I have a sudden craving I'll go' places.
I've ordered from here 3 times, flavours I got included choco bueno, strawberry and biscotti. They give you the option to order a box of 12 and get 6 of one flavour and 6 of another.

It is very delicious and crispy but can also be very sweet (especially if you add on the syringe to inject the flavor inside). I ordered the strawberry flavor for my family as they do not often eat sweets and they seem to have enjoyed it.

Because it's fried airy dough, I consider it a sweeter but cheaper alternative to other dessert places in the area. However, after the initial 'crisp/out from the frier' freshness I would not leave it overnight as the sauce which makes up a majority of the taste solidifies.

My obsession. I’d be lying if I said my stamp card if large boxes wasn’t almost complete to claim my free box. There hasn’t been a flavour I’ve tried that I did not like. Highly recommend

Desserts were amazing except the milkshakes which were way too thick. The sit in tables and chairs were disgusting and sticky.

It's a new business and it's doing great delicious puffs great customer service. I just they will keep up with the good work

Loved this franchise from Quebec, was so happy to see it make its way to Ontario! Great service and clean location. Puffs were delish of course!

Honestly one of the nicest desserts I've ever had. They have a very wide variety of different flavors and toppings. The puffs are fluffy and light and definitely an amazing alternative to the zoo across the street (Krispy Kreme).

This is heaven on earth, the crunchy hot balls with the frozen icecream and topped with chocolate, can't describe my feelings‍️‍️

Quick service and a huge variety of options for the puffs. The staff seem very efficient but I'd only suggest that have set lines for ordering as it can easily get confusing when a lot of people line up.

Really good customer service at this particular location, everyone is friendly and go out of their way to provide a pleasant experience. I can’t say the same about the other stores in Ontario. We made a rather large order online and they made sure to call us to insure we get the freshest batch when we arrive!

Yummy puffs, not as dense as I expected but still delicious. Only downside is the wait time is quite long to receive your order after placing it, so I recommend going with the intention of sitting and eating it there.

Great Puffs, There are best eaten when warm n hot. I got the 50 puffs 3 flavours, all the flavours are great just wished they would put biscuit flake on the chocolate. I spent $25 + tax. Overall 7.8/10 Better than Lokma

Very tasty donuts and great service. Lots of different flavours, all of which sound great so I look forward to trying them all. The Puffs are even vegan, with 5-6 of the flavours being too, which is a nice option.

Had Mr puffs last year in Quebec and ate a whole box of 50 so you can imagine how excited I was to find out this location opened up here in mississauga
