Mr. Puffs

Horrible service and the manager closes too early she will turn off the UberEats app 2-3 hours before they close because they don’t want to deal with orders near the end of the shift. Treats staff bad!

If I could give a zero I would, the food excellent but there a was a supervisor there we went around 830 pm and she was yelling at one of the staff very unprofessional and then she walked by us and kept giving us dirty looks anyways no one should be talked to like that especially in front of costumers

Ice cream was great but the place was dirty and the service was awful. All the garbage cans were full, no napkins and no brown paper in the washrooms. On top of that they for got an item in 3 orders by in a row and a whole order and a gentlemen in front of use.

The ice cream was good though.

Taste was great but service was horrible waited 30 mon for 3 drinks while about 30 others where served asked many times and was told can't leave my station not impressed

The puffs are deelish but the manager doesn’t open the store on time. Arrived at the store (a couple weeks ago) to order for a large event at 11 and an employee was waiting outside because the manager hadn’t shown up for their shift.

I recommend eating these when they are fresh from purchase and warm! Even after they chill, still absolutely delicious! I definitely didn’t need 50, but I am happy I got them because I can’t stop eating them! SO GOOD!

Tastes good. Staff is very slow and inappropriate conversations at the front "there's 3 ice cream orders and I'm not making them you make them! " "But I've been here all day you just started and have nothing to do" I had to chime in and tell them that someone needs start making my ice creams. Then they messed up on my order and been waiting 20min for ice cream cones.

I bought a box for me and my friends on Friday and the boy wearing a necklace took our order and was really nice to us, it felt like we were talking with a friend and not just a cashier.

The service was slow, the music highly inappropriate for a family setting. I know this isn't the first time that comment was made. The staff aren't that friendly. Just an overall weird experience.not the greatest.

Was there this morning to pickup a delivery. Owner gave me a sample because I had to wait and it was delicious. It was cold that morning, so it felt good in my stomach. This dessert place has very modern seating and a nice cosy feel. You can get puffs, ice cream and drinks there.

The puffs have an airy, eggy Timbit texture and the sauces taste artificial. The price is a good deal if you're treating out a group of kids but wouldn't come back here for a post-Lansdowne-dinner dessert. We got cappuccino crisp and biscoff. Probably better to go with one flavour and ice cream combo instead. Interested in checking out how Mr. Luko compares!

My children love coming here, which is why I have ordered from this location several times. I have also found the staff to be friendly and attentive.

As for the taste, imagine a better quality Timbit with different sauces depending on the flavour that you order. Of course, if you are looking for a fancy dessert, this may not be the place for you. Remember, this is a puff store after all! If you want to have a fun family outing, however, this place is pretty good, with the flavours appealing to children.

One of the staff was swearing yelling at everyone to leave he played a very inappropriate song on the speaker food was cheap because it was horrible I really don’t recommend.

In-person: Absolutely phenomenal, my favorite dessert. I don't know what happens with delivery orders. Major hit and miss.

Delivery: Tonight was our second time ordering and we were a little disappointed. First time around they were perfect, still hot when they arrived and cooked perfect. This time, they were cold and hard and overcooked. The outside had a slight burnt taste and the inside was all dried out.

Please note: I have deducted one star for their non-existent customer service. Their reply asked me to email them, which I did, and never heard back. All talk and no action, I guess that's why the quality the declining.

First of all the guy was swearing when there was kids in the building and a very inappropriate song was played infront of the children the guy was yelling at every one to get out do not recommended this location at all.

Service was slow as molasses and lacklustre. We had to wait ten minutes for food and the place was empty, and the staff don’t talk to you or smile or anything. I won’t be back.

The last two times it was really good it was warm when I ordered them. This morning I ordered they they were sitting in the tree for quite a while. Was in the greatest today. But hopefully next time when I come back it will be a better experience

To be honest I had a low expectation coming in. Sure, it'll taste good, it's hard to go wrong on putting sugar on top of fried goods. But these stuff is actually impressive. It's not just a mini donut. It's not like lokma or anything similar. It's crunchy on the outside and gooey/chewy inside. It's not greasy or soak a ton of oil, and even tasted good after 2 days! (Fresh is still best though)

Great treat and amazing price. Got 8 puffs with ice cream, an order of 12 puffs and a chocolate milkshake for 20$. Service was very fast as well. Only thing that could be improved was that the sauce/toppings were too sweet for my liking. Next time I will ask for less sauce or just go with the cinnamon sugar flavour.

This was my first time visiting, Komahan was very pleasant to speak with and delivered on a great overall experience.

The place is very clean and nice, the people are always friendly and the puffs are delicious! Would definitely recommend

Every single time I go to Mr puffs I’m always greeted with a big smile by the staff. Komahan is one of the staff there that stands out with his friendliness and giant smile. I look forward to my Mr puffs every time I go.

Pricey and not that great to be honest. The ones we were serve were so hot they burnt our mouths. And in general they just aren't that tasty.almost crunchy not too soft and like doughy as they should be. Just meh!

I have had loukoumades from elsewhere and they had more of a donut consistency. These however, were very airy with basically no dough inside. A dozen for $8 I was expecting at least something more substantial. The sauces were also very sweet and artificial tasting. We got raspberry and salted caramel, we were hoping the raspberry would have some tartness to off set the salted caramel but it was just as sweet. Not impressed and won't be back. Will go to Mr Luko again though.

I had high expectation since they came from Quebec and I have had the competitor “Lokma” which I absolutely love. Unfortunately, I was left disappointed - it just didn’t taste as good as Lokma! I got the cinnapuffs and the cappucino crisp flavour. One thing I didn’t like was how the puffs tasted really oily and was way to crunchy. I could see that they make the puffs in advance which might contribute to lack of freshness. At Lokma they make it fresh per order. I do think that the soft serve ice cream looks pretty good and the price was really cheap with different dips and toppings so I’m definitely gonna try that! They have a lot of toppings in general (like Kit Kat, coffee crisp, etc) which is a pro and customer service was good. I just didn’t like the taste of the puffs as much as I like Lokma that’s all!

I ordered Oreo milkshake and 6 salted caramel puffs. The drink was delicious and the puffs were crispy and fresh. The staffs were very friendly and nice as well. I highly recommend this place to those looking for a good dessert bar around Lansdowne park!

Everything we ordered was perfect. Price is totally fair for the very high quality.
We ordered cinapuffs, choco-loco, abd creamy caramel flavors. We also ordered different drinks and they were very yummy with little amount of sugar to ho perfectly with the sweet dessert. And of course, kids loved the salted caramel and hazelnut chocolate syringes.
