Had a truly exceptional experience with the service provided by Andrew at Mr. Rooter.

We had a leak in one of our pipes and needed it fixed quickly. Andrew was very speedy with his response time, assessment of the issue and remedying the pipe. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Andrew also kept the workspace clean and explained what he was doing and what to look for in the future.

They Changed out my leaking facuet and installed an emergency lock off system. The job was well done, and they left my house clean. Thank you very much. Before they left, they thanked me for choosing Mr. Rooter and wished me a Merry Christmas that was nice. I will always call on Mr Rooter.

We got our shower hot and cold water issue fixed from Rooters. I was impressed how everything was organized. Technician (Custis Joy) came to see our problem.
He arrived on time and identified the problems in the bathroom. He is very polite and knowledgeable, he offered several different options and explained the difference.
We got the shower fixed from him and did a great job. Will highly recommend.

The call centre was extremely professional. Curtis the plumber arrived on time and fixed the issue. He was professional- friendly and quick!

On Sunday July 31,2021 my kitchen sink clogged and I called Mr. Rooter from their website, could not reach them and I didn't leave any messages. Next morning Richard from Mr. Rooter called me and asked if I still need any help. It was so nice of him! He booked me and send Luke who came just in time. I appreciate. Luke was very professional and friendly. He finished the job in a professional manner. Not only that he also gave some important tips and advice. I really appreciate their service. Luke was very professional, polite, pleasant, and helpful. He diagnosed the issue with my kitchen sink quickly and fixed it just as quickly. He was very knowledgeable and gave my wife and me some helpful tips on what to do in the future with our sink care. Mr. Rooter is a reliable company with excellent service men.

Matt is the best! I had what I thought was a very minor issue, but it turned out to a much bigger problem. Matt is very knowledgeable, he explained what was going on very well. He was super friendly and professional. I felt bad it took longer than expected but he was so good about it. I appreciated the detailed summary after and the price was great considering all the work he had to do. Thanks again Matt!

Very professional and exceptional service. Luke was very knowledgeable and diagnosed an issue with the pipe within a minute. Job was professionally done and was done right and quick. Would highly recommend Mr. Rooter!

Luke was awesome. Not only he did a great job on connecting the laundry sink, adding valves and what not, he cares about my safety. He applied silicone to stabilize the sink from moving and reconnect pipes to leave me more space for my cabinets. He taught me how to maintain the sink and faucet and told me how to lower chance of getting leakages. Mr. Rooter is quite expensive for 3 valves and a sink but the quality of service is wonderful.

Gill provided amazing service for my new toilet installation. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely be a long term client of Mr. Rooter Streetsville.
