Very fast response time and excellent service with plumbers who are willing to work with you and do the job properly. I would very highly recommend them.

I am thoroughly appalled by the treatment I've received from this company.
On my initial interaction with them, everything went smoothly. They provided a reasonable quote and completed the work without any issues. All seemed well.
However, on the second occasion when I needed them to address a minor kitchen leak, I was given a quote that, to my limited plumbing knowledge, seemed excessively high. This perception was validated when I sought other quotes. The technician who arrived was unprofessional and unhelpful. I requested a written estimate, which was only provided weeks later, long after I had already resolved the issue with another service. I responded to their belated estimate with a professional and courteous email, explaining that their pricing was significantly higher than what other providers were offering.
Fast forward to today when I faced another issue and called them for a quote since my usual plumber was unavailable. To my shock, I learned that they had placed me on their "do not service" list without offering any explanation whatsoever. It's mind-boggling to think that a single email, in which I provided feedback about my experience, led to a permanent ban from their services.
I cannot emphasize enough how bewildering and frustrating this phone call was for me. I am determined to contact anyone available to seek an explanation for this perplexing situation.

Everything is always explained before work starts and a price is quoted. The guys are friendly and courteous. Work done quickly and everything is cleaned up. A pleasure doing business with Mr. Rooter!

Great service starting from the friendly receptionist to our plumber Ben! Very informative and knowledgeable! Also, very approachable and friendly! Wonderful job fixing our plugged drain!

The plumber assigned to me was very friendly, experienced and was able to do the job perfectly. He also guided me on best practices to avoid damages. I recommend Mr. Rooter for any plumbing related issues.

Needed my tub drain cleaned. They were fantastic to deal with. The follow up explanation after was great. Bill helped me understand the issue and how to best move forward. Very happy and would recommend!

I hired this company for the first time, and all went fine, since the booking call to the office, to the friendly and professional staff that took care of my problem.
Staff arrived on time (in fact ahead of schedule), they were friendly and courteus, great customer service skills, outanding.
They worked hard to identify the problem, when they did, presented an estimate of the repair to be made. After signing the order, they began to work to fix my problem, in which they were succesfull.
I found pricing to be reasonable.
They took the time to provide an after-sales explanation of what they did and provided useful recommendations to follow, to avoid a future problem in the future.
I am highly satisfied with the service provided and I will make Mr. Rooter my go-to plumbing company from now on.

The technicians are knowledgeable, professional and always explain what is wrong.
Lynn, the person that schedules the technicians and answers the questions about invoices, etc.is amazing. Always professional, respectful, understanding of your needs, very helpful and gets back to you immediately. An exceptional employee that always makes you feel you are the main priority no matter how busy she is or the company is.

Quick response time of an hour. Ben was awesome… very knowledgeable and friendly. Was able to fix the problem and suggested options instead of just doing the easiest way. I’d call them again because of him. Great service- I’d recommend!

Our sewer was backing up into our basement shower and it was something that we could not fix on our own. A quick call to Mr. Rooter and the Plumber (I'm sorry we forgot his name) was at our house within 2 hours and then less than 30 minutes later the issue was solved. Very professional right from the first contact until the job was complete. Will highly recommend Mr. Rooter to family and friends in the Sault.
