Our sewage grinder broke on Christmas and caused some flooding in the basement. Mr Rooter was able to drop in twice, Gavin and later, Brendan to identify the issue via snakes and cameras, and get us quotes for the resolution within a day, which wasn't easy considering the time of year. Plumbing issues suck, but if they ever occur again, Mr. Rooter is the place to call!

I recently had both the toilets replaced in my house given they were having issues due to how old they were. It was a smooth process to begin with as Taylor helped coordinate Steve. H arrival to fix it.

An abomination of a company. I will never make the mistake of calling them again. I was laughing as I waited on the phone at 9pm listening to their automated message spout on about how reliable, affordable and respectful they are. Yes, the guy did put on plastic booties over his boots when he entered my home, but living up to their promises stops there. I was told someone would come for my clogged drains from 3-6pm. At 5: 30pm I was then told someone would come from 6-9pm. At 8pm I was told someone was on their way. No calls to explain the situation and no one showed up until 9: 10pm when I'd already turned off my lights and given up. The guy shows up and says he stopped for a slice of pizza. Nice. Then he hands over a quote of $500 for two hours of work, so he says, when he says he's just going to snake the drain. I know prices have gone up, but really? Reception had no answers and no apologies. No one at this company takes responsibility for anything. I will call back the plumber I had before I took a chance on these snakes in the drain.

We had an emergency kitchen leak, they came in fixed the issue the same day. They also found some other issues; it cost a bit more than we had hoped to spend but their preventive mantainance will save us some real head aches in the furture.

Had a pinhole leak and a bit of a flood in the basement. Lucas arrived fast and gave us a quick quote and the job was completed very quickly! Thank you so much Luxas and the office team for helping resolve our issue.

Found Daniel to be very personable, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Daniel respected our home as he would his own, leaving it very clean. Although Daniel couldn't come at the original time set, he called us and asked if he could come later and he was very punctual.

I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing yesterday. They gave me an appointment to investigate the issue for the next day. The technician, Gordon Hall, was at our place on time. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable.
He found the issue and he fixed it right after the investigation (I did not have to wait for another appointment). He presented me with different quotes to also consider a couple of improvements of the plumbing system. It was a pleasure to deal with this company, with Gordon; good quality of the service, good value.
I recommend this company.

I called in the morning to see if there was a possibility of having somebody come to give me a quote to install a faucet in my backyard. I was able to have somebody come same day and after doing an inspection and listening clearly to what I was looking to have done, he was able to do the service immediately. Eric M was professional, kind and patient in explaining what needed to be done. He got the job done quickly and efficiently. Best part - not only was he tolerant of my very friendly and interested dogs and cat, he took the time to get down on the floor, meet them properly and was incredibly kind and patient with them, as well as cautious and considerate he didn't let them out the front door or step on them while going through the house. This respect and kindness to my little family members meant more to me than anything else. Thank you Eric M! Great service and will definitely recommend to anyone looking.

The service is good, Derek was very professional and friendly, fixed the problem quickly and easily and gave some insight on what was the issue.
The pricing though I found to be higher than usual, I guess since it's a large company? But really too much in my opinion.

I had a leaking kitchen faucet and I contacted Rooter for helping with a plumber. They assigned Eric and mentioned that he'd be there within the hour. I'd asked for an ETA to be shared with me and Eric promptly called me and came over in about 15 mins.
He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with the existing faucet and found that the plastic inside the faucet had broken and a repair was not possible. He contacted my landlord and after discussion, quickly replaced the faucet with an old one that I had to restore the functionality. He recommended the landlord to avail the warranty as the faucet was new.
His quick turnaround and professional attitude is well appreciated.

Enter home and was fast, knowledgeable and gave good recommendations. We went with the clearing of drain and the camera so we could know what we are looking at in the future. House is over 50 years old. Thank you Caleb Little.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Joseph Knight. He was very professional and knowledgeable. My problem was difficult to diagnose but Joseph fixed what needed to be done and saved me from having to replace the whole pump which would have been a lot more money. I will definitely call Mr Rooter again for any future plumbing issues.
