Dealing with Mr Rooter has been a pleasure from the start. Special shout out to Connor the technition. He went above and beyond to clear the clog in my pipes. He answered all my questions in detail and escalated the issue when he discovered the problem was more indepth.

Gerald and Nathaniel were very informative and quick to get the issue fixed again. Told and warned us of any future potential issues and gave us a reasonable warranty on the plumbing work involved.

Updated: Brodi and Gerald came back to fix the issue and did some amazing job. They Recommended to change the toilet, so I got a new toilet and they did the fix without any additional cost.

Still taking off 1 star for 3 reasons:
- They could not install the toiled that I purchased initially, so had to return that and get another one
- they charge 50% markup for the toilets they fix in
- I ended up paying almost $600 for a toilet installation and 2 bidets which could have easily be done in $300 from a private contractor

Extremely disappointed with the services. Got a plumbing job done yesterday which was handled in poor strategy, costing me $500 for no reason.

There where some issues with with my toilet where the supply was jammed and and there was no water coming the tank. The plumber fixed the supply and added the bidget make a bill of around $450 for that job and they realized that water problem is still not solved and told me that I should change the toilet as the issue still Pertains and quoted me $ 1100 for the new toliet and the installation which included $400 for the installation.

Technically the $400 that paid so far is of no use as the problem is not fixed. My concern in, why would he charge me for a service which is not taken care of. I am happy to buy a new piece given that you guys cover the installation as I have technically paid for it already.

Brody (the plumber) seems to be a nice guy but I think is the poor job planning that lead to this whole mess up!

Looking forward to your response on the concern. If i don't get a satisfactory response, I will not be using your services again!

Navjot Lumb was extremely thorough and excellent in his attention attention and response to my plumbing problem at the house. We had a plumbing problem in January that was attended to by another plumber that was not as thorough. I have no doubt that in it was Navjot that came in January I would not have had to have this repeat call. Now I know what good looks like for plumbing.

I called Mr. Rooter because my drain was clogged. They showed up the same day as I call, which was great cause I wasn't able to use any plumbing as the water was backing up in my basement. Took Reynaldo 3 tries with the snake but now it's draining. He was very professional and polite.
The reason why I only gave them 4 stars is I found it expensive.

Gerald and Brodie were very efficent and knowledable professional and did a great job cleaning up.

The first time Dan came on Canada Day and fixed the sewer clog. Second time to do a preventative hydro flush. He was friendly, knowledgeable and would highly recommend. When you are dealing with an emergency it is nice to have someone prompt and professional. Thank you!

He had a smile on his face and was so friendly and courteous the whole time he was here. Mr. Navjot. L provided professional service and outstanding customer service. He even provide us with safety instructions that will help us prevent future inconveniences. He explained well what he was doing and showed a caring attitude, patience. Also, he offered his card should we need the service in the future. And He checked more than once all things before leaving ensuring all was in order.

We had a burst pipe from our outdoor garden hose hookup. The first plumber sent my Mr. Rooter sent did a good job in decommissioning the pipe as a temporizing measure, but we realized we needed a more permanent fix. They sent Gerald to come and fix/recommission the pipe at no added charge, and he did a great job. He was friendly, courteous, punctual and professional, and gave my the advice needed to prevent this from happening in the future. I’m very satisfied as a customer.

I had service by Navjot Lumb from Mr. Rooter yesterday due to water leaking from kitchen ceiling. He was very professional and explained me thoroughly the problem. I highly recommend him. Thank you Navjot!

Reynaldo was a pleasure to have working in our home. He was considerate, informative, explaining what he would be doing and updating us as he worked. He was very personable and very professional and we felt completely confident in having him here to solve our plumbing problem. Friendly telephone service. Prompt, honest and courteous repair man. Navjot was fantastic! He took the time to review the issue and offer a few solutions to our issue. Other plumbing services were terribly rude, but Navjot and Mr. Rooter were so nice. We had our issue fixed within a few hours!

I called Mr. Rooter on Thursday evening for a small leak in my new house. Gerald was there first thing the following morning to thoroughly inspect my sink. He assured me there was nothing to worry about, offered advice on what to do if it happens again and said to call anytime should we have other concerns. I needed assistance with a clogged toilet and when I contacted Mr Rooter they were able to come within the hour. Gerald was the service technician and he was absolutely wonderful. Professional and friendly. I would definitely call on Mr Rooter again for any future repairs and request Gerald.

Amazing service by Gerald and Cory. They were both professional, friendly, and also informative. Our outdoor shutoff needed a valve replacement and our kitchen faucet was rusted and needed a full replacement as well. They were quick to do both services and also informative on how to shutoff the water in the future. They also provided me some requested quotes for other plumbing needs in the future. And an added bonus was that they were super friendly with our dog who loves to get attention from people.

Corey and Gerald came to fix a clogged sink and were fantastic. They were great at explaining what needed to be done, went over a quote in detail before starting the job and then finished the job in record time. Overall great experience and I will call them again for any future work.

Horribly unreliable!
I scheduled a visit a few days in advance for service and let them know that I will be driving in from out of town specifically for this. On the scheduled day or service I drive 2.5 hours to London from GTA.
They decide to call me just 30 minutes before my service to let me know that they are cancelling my visit and rescheduling for the week after!
If they were not sure about being able to do the service they should have told me at least the morning of the visit so I would not have taken a day off work, driven 5 hours round trip for nothing.
They owe me a days pay, and gas for my 5 hours of driving, and my time.
Absolutely unprofessional behavior!

Very nice and professional service. Gerald Rennie was the service technician who came out and helped me. Great service, quick and to the point, but he also took the time to explain things to me.

Gerald & Cori was very friendly & knowledgeable and was able to fix my toilet in record time.

NOT PROFESSIONAL! Do not use these plumbers, they do not respect your time. We scheduled an urgent appointment on a Friday. Plumbers did not show and we were not notified that no one would be coming until the end of the appointment window. Despite claiming 24/7 service, they would not schedule the next appointment until the following Monday. Again no plumber arrived during the appointment, we had to call for updates and we waited for 6h to be told that no one would be coming again. If you are willing to waste hours of your precious time waiting and being unsure that someone will show up, maybe they are for you.

Had water stains on ceiling below the upstairs bathroom. Gerald Ronnie arrived within the specified time, was masked for COVID, polite and personable. He took time looking for possible source if leaks and explained where may be coming from as sources in addition to toilet weren't clear. Toilet was rocking with water seen, so was re-set to solve that problem. Gerald answered lots of questions, provided suggestions for needed repairs and ways to prevent future leaks with estimates, very helpful.
The only reason not able to give 5 stars is for the company itself as the website is somewhat misleading in its description of the 'diagnostics' to find current or potential future problems, it seems to promise more than the plumbers can deliver (not just on this visit but with past use of Mr. Rooter looking for leaks that couldn't be found).

Justin, Jason, and Drew were all professional and hard-working (and took covid protocol seriously, for which we were grateful). Called in to unblock a drain, they discovered corroded traps; they repaired one in one afternoon, but the other one required a great deal more work because the cast iron pipe was also corroded. That was natural because it was about 80 years old. Instead of tearing up my basement ceramic tiles, Justin Grass recommended installation of a sump pit. A day's hard concrete breaking and digging later, they had it smoothly installed. Jason and Drew worked very hard all day and deserve my commendations. Thanks, guys, and thanks to Justin for the plan.

Was having some issues installing a part on my toilet. Called Mr. Rooter and they sent a tech named Gerald Rennie to assist us. He was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and quick with helping us. The whole situation was thankfully a breeze and I'll be calling to ask for him specifically in the future.

Gordon was extremely professional and efficient. As it turned out, we needed to have 2 toilets replaced - and Gordon single-handedly took care of the removal of the old toilets, the purchase and pick-up of the new toilets, and the installation. It was all done seamlessly in a single afternoon. We are very pleased with his work! I recommend this service highly.

We had our sewer back up, and they dispatched Jason the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me my options for repairing it. He was great to deal with overall and very knowledgeable. We ended up installing a liner in the sewer pipe due to roots penetrated the pipe causing the back up. Another crew came the very next day and installed the liner - they had to cut a small hole in the concrete in the basement and patched it up afterwards. I was very impressed with the entire process. The cost is very expensive, however the liner has a 25 year warranty and offers peace of mind knowing that it won't happen for quite some time.

Gerald was very professional and friendly. His prompt arrival and good attention to our problem was very appreciated. Good information for future issues as well.

First plumber shows up in time. I have to order a part.no problem.supposed to show up 3 days later, he never got the new appointment. Plumber number 2 comes a few days later only to tell me the job is above his pay grade. So, let's send out someone else. Plumber number 3 comes several days later and he is able to do the garbage disposal install. He checks to make sure the water is now on. Great, I'm happy and he leaves. Next day I go to use the dishwasher and there is no water going to it. What the heck? Phone again to send out plumber number 4. Now waiting again. Let's see what happens.stay tuned. In I have lots of patience but this is a waste of my time and also the company.

Gerald arrived on time to fix what I thought was a leak from a shut off valve. After changing it over he realized it was the faucet that was leaking. Shortly after, we had our faucet changed over and there was no charge for the original work. Gerald was very friendly and we are very happy. It looks great, thank you!

Company does not stand behind work they do or products they install. Toilet broke while still under warranty and they want to charge me to fix it. Will never do business with these people again.

Gerald came by advised of cost. Had some other work that I had not originally called for, quoted and got the job done. Very knowledgeable, pointed out some potential issues to keep and eye on. Would call again when needed.

I have used Mr. Rooter several times over the past few years and have always had good experiences. On this particular call there was a bit of a scheduling hiccup and my service was delayed a couple of times. Originally I was frustrated, however Jennifer put in a lot of work to make sure I was seen that day and was able to get Gerald to come after hours. She did everything she could to ensure I was taken care of. There was even an issue with the faucet I purchased, Gerald was able to recommend a better one and they arranged to come back another day at no charge to get it installed. Excellent customer service, thanks again guys!

Nathan from Mr. Rooter was in a couple days ago to unblock our kitchen drain, which was not an easy job. He was very friendly and professional. By the end of the project I could clearly see that he earned his money and the drain is better than its ever been. Thank you Mr. Rooter and Nathan!

Gerald R.was honest, efficient and took pride in his work. He arrived earlier than expected and was able to diagnose the issue and provide advice and updates as needed. We thought we had only a small repair, and while it ended up being a much larger job, Gerald had the whole repair completed in a few hours including making extra trips for parts. Called Mr. Rooter's Plumbing to come fix another company's mistake, and we were lucky to have Gerald Rennie come to the house to assist us. Gerald represented Mr. Rooter's fantasticly.
