I have used Mr. Rooter many time over the years, and have always been impressed with the quality of their personnel and their service. Yesterday I called for some plumbing help and Mr. Rooter had their plumber on site in 30 minutes and did an outstanding job!

I cannot express how happy I am with the excellent, professional service Jacob provided for my plumbing issue. He was committed to finding the source of my problem and did all he could to address it and fix it. I'm still hesitant to say the problem was solved and time will tell but he did do everything within his power to take care of it. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Mr Rooter again she the need arise.

I have used Mr Rooter before.was happy with price and quality of work.but.this time was not happy. $448.88.to remove toilet and snake drain underneath and replace toilet. $448.88.maybe I am behind in the times.not so sure I would use them again after this one.what's that about $200 an hour?

I highly recommend. Every staff I interacted with was so kind and professional. Jake worked hard at my house today (6/6/2023) performing important repairs and was very courteous and communicated well. Thank you

Mr. Rooter Plumbing offered us a wonderful service. The appointment scheduling, the reminder and everything related to customer service was outstanding! They fixed our Dishwasher in a couple of mins. Austin did a wonderful job fixing our issue and went above and beyond to find a solution for our problem. Its the first time I've needed a plumber in Windsor, and if I ever need it again, I wont hesitate calling Mr. Rooter. Great work, good price and awesome customer service!

Technician gave me a text the day before he came in and for added security the company sent a photo of the technician that day,
Technician called on arrival, dealt with my 20 year son, called me before doing work to give me an estimate and then called afterwards to tell me what he had done and where the problem was.
Very professional, really impressed. Definitely recommend.
