MR ZAGROS

Zagros has definitely improved since our last visit back in 2022. The chicken and beef shawarma was very tasty and nicely shredded. I do wish they were not so expensive like they were before, but otherwise a good spot to eat if you're craving shawarma.

I went to Mr Zagros a few times, and every time I went there, I never received a positive interaction. They seem to have a lot of attitude. Today, I went with my family and some guests, and my kids ended up throwing some tissues on the ground, which we made sure to pick up, but they made a big deal of it and felt like the lady was telling us to not bring our kids bake to dine in. I was very disappointed with them and shocked when they said to me that our kids made a lot of mess even though we were cleaning up after ourselves and they did not make a big mess. It was only a few pieces of tissue which we picked up. The food is also not the greatest. I am never going back.

I love Mr. Zagros. Their food is fresh and delicious. But the service is horrible. This is the second time I ordered through DoorDash and the food comes with missing ingredients. Truly unfortunate that such a great restaurant is declining due to poor service: (

Really generous with the portions! After about 10 good bites, the wrap stood no chance against the shear value of topping packed into it. I ended up having to eat my chicken shawarma wrap with my most primitive animal instincts as it was crumbling apart from the enormity of the value contained in the wrap. No fork, no knife, just stuffing my face into a potpourri of shawarma wrap fillings on the paper wrapping, which, god willing, held up throughout the fight.

This place has gone downhill FAST. I’m a big fan of shawarma - even “fast food” shawarma is delicious to me. Mr Zagros was a great spot for me over the past year, but recently has gone downhill especially.

1. They overcharge (often round up a dollar on their POS)
2. Wraps are soggy
3. Chicken is tasteless and ratio of ingredients is done very poorly

Overall the taste is just bland and uninteresting, not at all what you’d expect from shawarma.

Just got a shawarma wrap as well - and there was a looooong piece of black hair inside. It was super gross to an already unpleasant experience (the wrap was completely wet and disintegrating, and I ate it immediately in the parking lot).

I used to go to this place a lot, for chicken shawarma, but yesterday after i had my shawarma, i saw they use the same cutting machine for chicken as well as beef. What a Shame!

The best shawarma and falafel in the GTA! This place does it like no other. The service is impeccable. Love you guys!

Gave me a receipt that says $45.00 change. They take $5 tip and don’t tell you and didn’t want to give me a receipt? Only when I asked for it is when I was told “ we take $5.00 for food over $50.00”. Then she gave me back the $5.00. Be professional.

This plate was massive! I was surprised but eh quantity hands down was the best and the food was fresh and very tasty. Was impressed since it was my first visit.

Tastiest shawarma in Woodbridge, good portions, fresh ingredients, lots of vegetables, and we frequent this place often because my son is a very picky eater and their shawarma is one of his favourite meals.

Fast service, big portions & at a great price. Best shawarma in Vaughan by far. Their chicken shawarma wrap with rice is my go to.

Definitely the best Shawarma in town. Love how they mix all the ingredients together before wrapping, so all the meat and sauce are not sitting at bottom of wrap.

Terrible service, they were extremely disrespectful. Will definitely not be giving them my money ever again.

Amazing place to eat! The inside is very clean and the workers are very kind and helpful to their costumers. They’re food is always fresh and hot and it’s a great place to eat overall. And the environment is amazing.

This place is very welcoming environment, the workers here will serve you with so much delight, and put their hard work and dedication into every meal. The food here never fails to impress me. The food here is a must try

Attention Ministry of health pay these losers a visit. This place is disgusting I watch the white blonde lady in the back wash the floors with a white rag then she picked it up off the floor and continue to wash the ovens with the same rag. Some one should call the Ministry of health on these people it's only a matter of time before somebody gets sick. This location should be shut down!

Guys please i invited my friends to mr zargos but mix wraps was not warm which felt very embarrassing

Food is just phenomenal! Workers are super kind and gave us huge portions and pickled radish on our chicken and rice plate when we went around closing. The couscous is the best I’ve had and the chicken doner sandwich is amazing! Love this place!

Ordered a falafel wrap for a vegetarian and gave a meat wrap saying it was basic human error.check the orders before sending out

Better than other donors, though i would recommend the mcdonalds near the same location.get the mcdouble and junior chicken, take apart the mcdouble and put the junior chicken inside and wrap it in the junior chicken wrap lol.
