Good portion size and decent customer service. The menu is pretty extensive.
The taste is pretty average though. Couscous was very mushy and hummus tasted blend. Had better falafels than here. Not very satisfied foodwise.

One of the best shawarmas I’ve had, I preferred the wrap over the plate but both are amazing!

The food is made from the pigeons in front of the store. You can tell once you step inside and see how the staff are all miserable working there. Once you finally get a persons attention, and they waddle their way over to the till and miserably ask you "what do you want" it makes you feel as if your doing them a favour by even bringing any amount of cash inside the store.once your ordering is finished (after having eyes rolled at you for even ordering) you'll be brought over to the station where they put everything together with ANOTHER person who is chewing gum with their mouth wide open smacking their lips over your meal, all the while you wonder if you have any extra saliva toppings on your meal.after the pigeon carcass meat is shaved onto your bowl with the saliva topping and shred of vegetables you ask for. You'll be ready to take a bite and then throw the food to the pigeons in front of the store, to beef them up for their next round of "chicken" When you bring your concerns to either the manager or one of the staff they look at you with a "uhh and your point is? Our food is better than others so like it or leave too bad" really speaks to this place.really speaks to the quality, and really speaks to the staff running the joint.

Very delicious food, large portions, great quality, and a different type of how they make a shawarma sandwich.

I was looking forward to trying this place, but it was not a good experience!
The food they served must have been at least 3 or 4 days old, once I opened the container there was a foul smell

The best shawarma in town. Alwaus fresh and tasty. Tried most of the menu and really liked it. Will recomend to all of my friends and family. Special thanks to counter person Nur, she' s always friendly and very helpfull. Thumbs up!

I cant understand how shawarma place in Downtown not allowing people to use the washroom and the cashier said customer only for uber driver! The 5 star hotels allow everyone to use washrooms, I maybe wrong but i felt bad i will may remove this review when i go back and try their food and use the washroom

Service was friendly and efficient, portions are large, but I have to say the food wasn't very good. The dressing on the vegetables and the tzatziki/garlic sauce were way too acidic, and the chicken and beef shawarma had virtually no flavor/no spices/seasoning. The wrap advertised as doner had no doner sauce either. We ended up throwing away half the wrap because it just wasn't worth the calories. Won't be returning.

Theres nothing like a nice long shwarma wrap after a long day at work. These things are rather large and fully loaded with fresh toppings. I would love to meet Mr. Zagro himself and shake his hand personally for bringing such good shwarma to this neighborhood.

I like there cleaness and food as compared to others in downtown Toronto this one is a best place for shawarma and Turkish food.

I got a chicken shawarma wrap. It was very tasty, definitely one of the best shawarma iv had in Toronto. Staff was friendly and service was fast. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is they forgot to give me the baklava I ordered.

The consensus reviews on this business seem about right. Their wraps look absolutely huge, and very impressive for the price they charge. I tried their falafel plate, which was tasty, crunchy, with a generous amount of sides. Would recommend if you're in the mood for middle-eastern style foods

This is my FAVOURITE shawarma place in the city. Tastes so fresh and flavourful. The service is also wonderful - everybody is so nice and accommodating. Also the portion sizes are VERY LARGE for a very good price.

I am appalled how much i disliked the shwarma. There was some cartilage on the chicken which made it super unpleasant. The sauces were drippy so they all settled at the bottom making most of the top section dry. The bottom part was so moist that it just disintegrated. And to someone else’s point in the end it had so much pita left, it was like having wet stretchy bread.

Favourite shawarma in Toronto. If you’re looking for shawarma, look no further. The shawarmas itself is like the size of your forearm, great portions. I also LOVE the chicken on rocks with garlic sauce, it’s amazing. Will never stop coming here lol. The ladies at the counter are always nice too!
