MRM Auto Glass Repair and Replacement

I called on Friday morning and was booked in for the following Monday. They were on time accepting my car and had it done in 2 hours. Fred took care of calling my insurance company and covered the deductible. It was a great experience.
And.the waiting room was clean and so was the office.

I took my truck in today to get my windshield replaced and I couldn't be happier with MRM's service and affordable pricing. My windshield was removed and replaced in a timely manner and was good quality. The team was very respectful and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Fantastic service from a local family business! Needed a windshield replacement on my brand new 2023 Nissan Leaf (which has the lane assist camera at the top of the windshield). They had my windshield in stock and could have replaced it same-day if needed. I got it replaced the next day, hassle-free and easy. Provided a handy post-replacement care reminder sheet as well.

Fred and his guys are trustworthy, they did an excellent work to replace my windshield, and provided cautions for car usage in the next a few days.

I had to do an emergency windshield fix after a stone cracked my windshield and it all fixed the same day, during less than an hour. It was very convenient and fast. Great service. The technician came to my house within an hour of my call.

Quick and friendly install on our truck. Worked with insurance so I only had to pay the deductible and taxes.

Will use again when we need more glass as we do a lot of driving.

I recently had the windshield replaced on my 2016 VW Sportwagon after receiving an unrepairable stone chip and crack. I am very peticular when it comes to car repairs. The quality of workmanship at MRM was exceptional. To me, a great job is when you can't tell that anything was ever done. MRM nailed it! I went to Canadian Tire to get a safety on my vehicle I was selling. They said they couldn’t because of a small chip in the windshield, and recommended I see this place.

When I went, they tried to fix it but weren’t sure if it would pass the safety or not. As such, he didn’t charge me and told me if it passes come back and oh me. If it fails, you don’t have to pay me.

In the end, my safety passed, and I’ll be dropping by here next week to pay him.

Great job guys! Glass was replaced fast and easy. They finished 15 minutes faster than promised. Looks great, clean job and I am back on the road. A lifetime warranty at a great price, it was even cheaper than they quoted.

The shop provided me with same day appointment, even stayed after hours to accommodate as I was coming from midtown Toronto and was little late because of evening traffic.

The whole job was done under 2hrs when companies like Speedy Glass say that it will take them around 5! I called to check with them first as they are “so famous”.
I wish more people would know about such great place as MRM Auto Glass. It is a family run business where the owners are the workers themselves who have big hearts and provide old fashion customer service (the best kind!), when they care about their customers, give you honest price and treat you well.

Also wanted to note that they can work on all sorts of vehicles including trucks and RVs with various shapes and sizes of windshield glass.

I submitted an online quote at night for stone chips/cracks on my windshield and they got back to me the next morning. I was able to go in that same day. They were fast, friendly, honest and the service was great!

Our Nissan Leaf rear window shattered while driving and after some research we chose MRM auto glass mainly because the reviews and ratings are very good. I found this shop through my BMW dealer in Markham. They replace the windshields in BMW. I have an Audi that also had a cracked windshield and another Audi that had the glass rear window delineated from the soft top. They repairs are incredible. Very reasonable, and they use quality window replacements.

Right from the first call, I could tell this was a good place. My appointment was arranged very quickly and when I got to MRM I felt welcome. Fred is very professional and friendly, he takes care of customers the way they should be, with a smile and a handshake.
