Very expensive, but the products are great. Service is nothing special, however the definitely take offence if you don’t leave a tip. Not a supporter of this new tipping culture. The debit machine will present options for 20% tip at the top… what service am I receiving that justifies a 20% tip, and why does your attitude get worse when the skip button is pressed? Great food, expensive price tag, subpar service.

These desserts are delicious! Made fresh to order, the puffs are warm and crispy, I love the cookies and cream! The mount olympus portion size is huge, I got one each with my partner but we honestly could have shared one cause we couldn’t finish either of ours. Definitely recommend!

It's one of the best place to get dessert, especially their cappuccino- and hazelnut-coated puffs. The best people work there and provide outstanding customer service.

I have been to this place a couple of times and it was very delicious. They make their puffs fresh and the workers were really nice. They were really helpful when it was my first time there and they have so many amazing flavours. There workers are always nice and helpful. Definitely recommend coming here.

The puffs were unbelievably crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside! Awesome texture. Ours was very salty but it may have been the salted caramel. Would go again

It's good when it's hot and fresh, very crunchy. When it's cooled down, texture is like mochi donuts, chewy. It's very nice just some flavours are overly sweet but good from time to time.

I love this place! More than just fancy timbits, they're really delicious warm desserts! I recommend the strawberry cheesecake! The place is really spacious for hangouts, and the staff are super nice. They also sell syringes of their syrups for extra sweetness! It's definitely worth a visit despite being on the North end!

These things are addicting as hell. My husband and I have been twice over the course of 2 days - they’re THAT good. So far, we’ve tried Apple Cinnamon, Choco Bueno, Dark Chocolate Coconut, Honey Cinnamon, Strawberry Cheesecake and Cinnamon Sugar - all of which were absolutely amazing. We’ve also tried the Pomegranate Green Tea Iced Tea and the Kit Kat Milkshake and again these were amazing. The staff are also so, so friendly and I really appreciate their kindness and outgoing attitude. We will absolutely be coming back.

Absolutely love this place! I have tried every flavour of the puffs! My favourite combo is wowbutter with cappuccino. I’m a coffee fan and the Nescafé milkshake is my new favourite treat! Love how they have loyalty cards to get free puffs!

Went there on the day after their grand opening, ordered a chocolate shake. Was heckin good and didn't taste cheap. Next time I'll be trying the puffs. 5 stars so far.

Soft, fluffy centre with a light crunch, Mr. Puffs is the stuff of dreams! I know this because I literally try all the desserts I can get my hands on and this is one you won't want to miss. They've got lots of delicious flavours to choose from (choco bueno is one of my personal favourites) as well as some tasty artisan drinks - everything from coffee, lattes, to soft serves and mixes. Mr Puffs will keep you coming back for some puffy goodness time and time again!

We went for the grand opening and we're thoroughly impressed. The puffs themselves are made to order and taste very similar to funnel cake. I had them topped with strawberry sauce, likewise with the soft serve ice cream. Absolutely fantastic. Filled us up, and for a good price. We'll definitely be back!
