Mr.Sub

I’m a vegetarian and they didn’t want to give me the 2 slices of cheese the veggie sub comes with. I called them out on it and they said that’s the new procedure for vegetarian subs. At other Mr sub locations they usually give out 2 slices. Shame on this store for treating vegetarians like this.

Kind service, the worker was in the back and promptly came over and was polite asking me what I would like to have today. Sandwich was made well although wasn't like it was 10 years ago, less ingredients and it was on the cheap side for the amount that's added. Overall was a good sandwich. Way better than Mr sub in my opinion.

I signed up on the app which came with a free drink and chips I put it through the app so it would be there ready when I arrived to order my sub. Upon entry I was made fun of for doing so by 3 employees they verbally talked about it right infront of me. I waited to order my sub as they all went into the back and ignored me. Finally, one of the ladies came out and took my order, the entire time speaking in another language to her colleague clearly about me and how many toppings I was asking for. I have never felt so disrespected at an establishment that I am spending MY money at. That was my last time going to mr sub. Subway it is for now on.

Lady was messy and didn’t put any effort, also it tasted bland and stale and I asked her too warm it up but it was dead cold so they could get better equipment. Honestly just go too subway it’s way better

Yesterday I went to this Mr Sub and Jatin our server was excellent friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this location

I always come an enjoy a fresh sub at this place. The staff is friendly and they always make my sub the way I like it.

Only Mr.sun I go to in town, quality is always exceptionally good. Very friendly service to top it off! Highly recommend

The only problem with this location is that they have gone cheep with tomatoes they have halfed thier tomatoes, why not full tomatoes? Not sure if all sub places do this.is my only problem with this location

I've always loved this location and I always preferred Mr. Sub over Subway but this location is going downhill. The owner was always so nice and made the subs perfect. Ordered subs for my family today and I was pretty taken back. Why are they giving paper thin tomato slices and cut in half? ! I didn't notice while they were making it to ask for more but honestly? ! Its not like the subs are cheap to begin with. Had to add extra tomato at home. This is pathetic. This is poor practice. Don't think I will be coming here again.

Taste was ok ok. On top of that, they do not follow the covid protocols. Went today in the evening and saw one of the customer entering without the mask, they did not ask the customer to wear the mask and started preparing the sub as everything was normal.

Wow I really want to support Canadian stores, but this was the worst sub I ever had! The bread was so dry and their topping selection was limited.

This is hands down the BEST sub place it town! Every time I get a sub it amazing. They take their time, they don’t put too many toppings! And everything is fresh! Sooo good!

Went to this sub shop and ordered just a large sub with double meat. They charged me for a combo with double meat. Tapped my card and didn't notice till after. Scammers. First and last time I hit this store. Don't trust them

Our mail-in coupons were very limited to only "certain items" we've been buying from this location for several years, kind of disappointing that the manager wouldn't fully honour them. Will continue to support local businesses, but.not happy.

Super friendly staff & excellent service. Topping are fresh and of course their bread is the Best. Much better option then another Milton location as they are very stingy on toppings.

This is the best location in Milton, the other location isn't as friendly and most importantly they over cook their cookies.

First time at Mr.sub in years. Ordered the Canadian Club sub of the Day. It was excellent, fresh and loaded with meat, much better than Subway and less expensive. I'll be back again next Monday.

Although I am a big fan of the Mr. Sub franchise, I will not buy another sub from this location (Superstore plaza in Milton) due to their poor hygiene practices. Yesterday I ordered 3 subs and while making the 2nd one the staff was interrupted by an alert from a tablet sitting next to the cash. They stopped making the sub, went over and read something on the tablet, proceeded to pick it up and do something with it with their gloves still on, moved it beside where the food was being prepped, then put both hands that were just using the tablet on the cut bun and patted down the bun all over. When I pointed out what was done, I was told no problem I could have another bun. Then they PUT THAT BUN BACK IN WITH THE OTHER FRESH BUNS so I expect some other unsuspecting customer was given it! They did switch out their gloves and the bun for my order but continued to be distracted and kept asking the same questions about my order multiple times although I had already answered each time.
Bun selection was limited as well - only white and whole wheat were available even though it was dinner time when I visited (5: 55 p.m.)

Generous staff and very sanitary place. The food is also very good quality, they have a very delicious bread and toast it very well. I am a regular customer now, I would recommend to colleagues and acquaintances

Staff is very low of energy, seems like they’re not interested in their work and just want to chill. They did not helped me in chosing a better sub, attitude was like take whatever or leave. 0.5 star rating actually

The best Mr. Sub I've been to. The people here are always nice, make a good, neat sandwich, and have a variety of toppings available. I applaud them for attempting to include pineapple in their selection of toppings, even though that's not for me. Can rely on this location for consistency and a tasty meal.

Friendly staff, relatively clean location and they make a decent sub. The owner is also very friendly.

It is clear hey are trying to save costs but giving as little of the toppings as possible, even lettuce.
