Best sub in town, Canadian owned, not like that other place that's named after an underground train. Chris and Spiro love what they do, and you can tell by the quality and flavour of the sandwiched they make.

It was a pleasure being served by Spiro today! (forgive me if I have the wrong name spelling) :)
He went above and beyond making our subs so thoughtfully timed so when we picked them up from our online order they were super fresh and tasty! He was generous with some surprise treats too. I will definitely be making this my Mr. SUB location I choose each time when I come to Guelph- the friendly top notch service is amazing

I went to this store for a quick lunch bite with my husband. We tried the Peppercorn Prime rib and the Chicken Pam and they were delicious!

Every time we go in there, the owner and staff are always a pleasure to deal with. Much more personable than the staff at the "other sub place" which we live across the road from. We much prefer the food and service at Mr. Sub, especially this location, so it's worth the drive! Thank you for your dedication to keeping great customer service at your location!

Ordered a vegetarian meatball sub for pickup today and it was coming out the toaster right on time. Chris was very kind and we had a nice little conversation. Very clean place and the sub was absolutely delicious!

Great service. Very fast and at no compromise of quality whatsoever. The food was great and the people that own the place are fantastic. I highly recommend this Mr. Sub location.

Would give 6 or 7 stars if I could. Chris and Spero were a joy to converse with and the sandwich was delicious. They genuinely care about the customer and enjoy getting to know them. Will be back.

I love going here, the old boy is the most friendliness person I've ever met. He's not there to put in the 9-5, he's there to make you the best sub he can. I can't count the amount of times he'll just throw in a drink for free. I highly recommend checking out this Mr Sub, not just because they make a good sub, but they make you feel like your grabbing some food from a family member. 3 thumbs up from me!

I stopped in here on a whim a few weeks back when I was in Guelph. I grew up in Guelph and my dad used to take me to this Mr. Sub-which is what prompted me to stop. The SAME owners are still there and they run an amazing place. They are so polite, friendly and accommodating. They insisted on giving me a free cookie and a free bottle of water, chatted and seemed to genuinely love their jobs and their customers which is rare these days. Keep up the great work guys, that is why you are still around after all these years.

Fantastic, fast and friendly service. New in the area and will be making this a regular lunch spot.

Best Mr. Sub Ever!

Just came in between tattoo session and had a great experience! Super nice gave me extra cookies extra meat and pickle spears! Been having rough week it helps running into good people like this! I’ll be back everytime I’m in town for my tattoos now!

This is a father and son run business. They are always so kind and work very hard. They have amazing manners and are great at making the food! The food taste great and I refuse to eat at any other Mr. Sub.

️Great service️ Except for a delivery person from Skip The Dishes, was rather mean and loud to the staff. With my dealing with depression had me shaking so bad. I kept apologizing to them for his rude & mean behavior.

These guys are amazingly nice and friendly, my favourite Mr. Sub I've ever gone to by far.

Got 2 subs (seafood and BBQ pulled pork). The subs and their toppings tastes quite fresh and were very delicious. The staff was very friendly and sociable and all around pleasant to deal with. Spierow and Chris I believe were their names.

I do corporate catering with this location for staff lunches. If you are a business 10/10 for service and quality of the lunch.

This Mr Sub blows all other local sandwich shops out of the water. Always has the freshest ingredients and amazing service. Many reviews mention driving great distances to get here and it’s easy to see why!

I personally had a great experience coming to this Mr.sub for the first time today. The owner (I believe) and as well as his employee that was working Are very friendly. The owner, I did not catch his name, is a truely kind hearted gentlemen that cares about his customers, thank you for your kindness!

Staff were awesome, very nice and personable. Had the Louisiana Chicken and it is not like it used to be, a bit disappointed to be honest. Can't wait for Mr. Sub to open in East End of Guelph though

My wife and I ordered subs through skip the dishes. It was fast and precise, however we opted for Mr Sub because we love grilled subs. Our sub was not grilled. I called and spoke to a friendly man. I didn’t have to ask for the subs to be fixed, he sent us new subs right away. Great customer service and always appreciate accountability when mistakes are made. I also work in client services and find that accountability is the best approach when mistakes are made! Thank you for the great service!

We decided to do a family get together for lunch today.picked up subs for 7, list prepared and with awesome quick service in and out. Always friendly service here and great subs with fresh ingredients. We only buy subs from this location.

Me and my wife went to this location on silvercreek and it is by far superior to the wellington location! The consistency of how the subs were made is always incredible. Where as the wellington location is a struggle to get toppings. The customer service is always 5 star and will continue to only go to silvercreek!

Best Mr. Sub location! The staff are extremely kind, and take pride in creating the perfect sub (which the succeed in doing every time). My daughter and I only come to this spot, and look forward to it. Very consistent with excellent food, and customer service.

Awesome customer service. Called in 30 mins before close to ask about some prices. Guy on the phone was awesome and said if I was on my way over, if I was going to be a min or two late to just call back and they would stay open for a few extra minutes just to make sure I got what I wanted for dinner tonight!

Chris and Spiro are always genuinely caring and greet everyone with a smile. Best customer service at any Mr. Sub I’ve been to across Ontario! This is my go to place when in a rush and always leave satisfied with the experience.

This is my favourite Mr Sub to go to, The staff is so very friendly, polite and always makes you feel good when you go in for your order. They are very fast, efficient and never let you down. I highly recommend going here. 5 stars keep it up guys:)
