Mr. Patel offered paramount customer service and even included a complementary chocolate chip cookie with my sub. The ingredients were so fresh and staff was very polite…. I recommend this location to anyone!

It was my first time here and I was craving for something good to eat so they suggested me this sub spicy breaded chicken.
It was really delicious and the free cookies are awesome
Also the staff here is so friendly and helpful

Been going to this location since high school years was always happy and satisfied with the food and costumer service.
Recently there has been a change in the management/ owners of this location and ever since then the costumer service went downhill.
The owners Amrish and Binta Patel are rude and extremely cheap.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Been going there for years, not anymore! Manager is super rude and cheap! Amrish and Binta Patel are the new owners.when I asked for extra toppings and didn’t mind to be charged for it as I understand that it’s EXTRA, she said NO and told me to go complain to head office we have only one way to make our food and that’s it. When I came back to this place they refused to serve us and made the employee calls the owner and he said do not come in this restaurant we are not going to serve you.so Amrish and Bina Patel, I will make sure to get my complaint to the head office just like you told me to. Stay tuned

Absolutely worst Mr. Sub I’ve been too. Very upsetting that the new owners turn customers away for asking for extra toppings! Do yourself a favor and go to any other Mr. Sub and get what you ask for! “Customers come last” is their Motto.

Rude and unprofessional management. Their pockets come before their customers! I saw them refuse service to the customer in front of me because he asked for 2 extra tomatoes! I left and didn’t want to get my food from this place. Very sad and disappointing.

Really amazing mr.sub. Incredible customer service and you feel incredibly welcomed. Witnessed a passive aggressive customer today and the employees handled it fantastically and it’s a shame that they aren’t always treated with respect.lovely franchise and will always come back.

That is my absolute favorite restaurant in this area. The meals are all the time unbelievable with fresh breads & Veggies and it doesn’t matter what I order I’m all the time delighted with my meal! Servers are additionally nice and all the time environment friendly, blissful and well mannered. Restaurant is all the time chill, neat and clean. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to advocate to anybody searching for someplace to eat.

The staff is always very friendly and do a great job preparing the subs. The restaurant is always very clean and inviting. We’ve always had a great experience at this location and go here couple of times a week.

Mr. Sub (particularly this location in Thornhill) has impressed me since day 1. Excellent service. Excellent food. Always Greet you with a smile. Oh the complimentary cookies is a great bonus …. A very simple gesture that goes a long way.

This place really knows customer service. I walked in and I was the only one there. One minute later many customers walked in. They prepared my sandwiches very efficiently but with tremendous care. They would not have gone that quickly if there weren’t many people waiting. I appreciate their efforts!

As a kid I remember eating my 1st sub at Mr Sub. Now that I have kids I want them to have great memories too. Every week we meet up at this Mr Sub across from his school and share a lunch lovingly prepared by the people at this shop. They are so nice, genuine and incredible.

This Mr.sub is unlike any other Mr.sub. The subs are always made perfectly, and the cookies are quite literally the best cookies in the world. I and my family have been regulars at this location for decades, and highly recommend anyone In the area to stop by.

Can I give 6 stars! I have been a loyal customer at this joint for 3 years now and i am yet to have an experience anywhere short of perfect. The toppings are always fresh, the service is scary quick and the freshly baked cookies are beyond belief. If you are lucky enough to find yourself in the thornhill area then Mr. Sub is the place to be! Free cookies delivered with heart from the boss.

The most amazing Mr. Sub ever! Freshest products and great portions. Excellent service! This location always has Fresh toppings every time! The store is always clean and you are always greeted with smile by such a friendly staff. Noticeably better than other sub franchises. The dining experience is very pleasant every time. My family and I loved their sub. Absolutely one of the best place and I highly recommend going there!
