Honestly wish more places like this could keep open. Such friendly service, good food for value, peaceful. Doesn’t even feel like you’re in the big city when its not rush hour. Very nice!

Craving a sub that i hadn't had in at leaset 5 years, so i went in & ordered a classic assorted with sub sauce. I was quickly disappointed upon my first few bites, the bread tasted different & she just put three different coldcuts of which i remember at least 5 different meats. I also tried to ask the lady serving a question & she look at me confused cause she didn't understand what i was asking. Btw, i only asked her what the difference between 2 sandwiches were.

Excellent subs! Got a canadian club and an italian salami and split them with my SO, the canadian club was our fave. The toasted option is done kind of like panini style and is really good.

I ordered 3 subs through Skip and when the driver arrived the bag held only one. I was told to contact the restaurant and I did. They looked up the order and confirmed that I was missing two subs and they would take care of it. I was amazed that within 15 minutes I had a knock at my door and an employee or possibly the owner showed up with my two missing subs. This is a business run by honest and respectable people that deserve our business. Their food is always fresh, tasty and good value. If your in the mood for a Sub and you want to deal with good honest people, this is the location.

This is they only Mr sub we visit weekly the owner there and the staff are amazing very clean place and fresh

Don't see the big deal of this place
Perhaps reviews had me with higher hopes but it's seems a basic decent sandwich.

Three of us stopped off for lunch on Queensway, Etobicoke at Mr. Sub. The place was steady but still had empty seats and parking spots. It was well maintained with good lighting, clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. While we ate two more staff members showed up for work. The washroom was available to use. See pictures!

This place doesnt comprehend delivery apps, so do no order from one of the popular apps. I ordered with a delivery service. Ordered a BLT and added Onions on the app with Mayo.
It finally comes, and because I didn't write Bacon Lettuce and Tomato as a topping, they just put bacon and cheese with onions.because I added extra back and cheese.
When i called them, they said its because I did not write to add the typically toppings on a BLT. This is mind boggling how they expect that you list all the topping that comes on the sandwich you are ordering.
Its a BLT, its implied that it comes with bacon, Lettuce, and tomatoe.and I add toppings, like every ordering system in the world.
I contacted the delivery service app company and they absolutely agreed and refunded me my money. Once again, like everyone, they expected the same process for ordering. But the person I spoke with on the call would not listen and kept cutting me off saying how Im wrong.
I pray for some one who order a Premium sub and they expect them to list out that a Club comes with 6 toppings to start.
If they just sent me a correct sandwich afterward, this could have been avoided.
I immediately tossed this in the trash after a bite.

GREAT! At the particular mr sub staff are so friendly and sandwiches are prepared with care. So so much better then aubway cannot express this enough. Clean, fresh prepared sandwiches enjoy.

The owner is always there and rewards long time customers with little extras. Fast and fresh and clean plus easy free parking

Great and amazing submarines served by friendly staff. Family owned and it shows by the genuine and kind staff who aim to give you the best possible experience. A great local establishment to support during these uncertain times. Quality ingredients and customer service make this location an excellent one! 5/5
