'Grilled' chicken - white, soggy. Bread too squishy. Drivethru does not offer enough clarity - cheese? Toasted?

A true Canadian KNOWS that Mr. Sub has been consistent for yeaaaars. This location is OFF! Mr. Sub head office should take a look into this location cause they’re definitely not using the bread they’re supposed to be using. The bread was soo thick and stale! No option to grill, tastes like a cold sub you’d buy at a gas station. New management needs to get it together, the cheap route isn’t always the best route.

Upon arrival owner opened doors early to accommodate me. He was very friendly and service was amazing. Very clean and great fresh food. Excellent experience

Had to change my previous rating. Used to love Mr Sub but it's gone way downhill. They're skimping on the meat now, folding slices in half and using less. Subs just taste like bread and condiment now. We've noticed it every time we get a sub here lately. Time to find somewhere new.
