Excellent customer service, friendly atmosphere and amazing food! Ordered the meatball sub and it was delicious! I will definitely be heading back to this location

This location is a flipping joke. They cannot get an order right ever! Got the wrong bread, and my order was missing a whole sub! Having to drive across the city for the missing sub is such an inconvenience. Hope they give my man something extra to make up for it.

This is the best Mr.sub location in st Catharine’s (in my opinion) The bread and toppings are always fresh, and the employees are always super friendly. I live closer to the welland ave location but drive the extra bit to get a good sub! Never gotten a sub I didn’t enjoy!

This location was day and night when compared to another location. The staff were super friendly and accomodating. Both subs were done to perfection. Both were Gardein meatball subs. The meatballs were lined end to end. There was sufficient marinara sauce to make the sub moist but not drenched. Ingredients were all fresh, including the multigrain bread. This will now be my location of choice.

Priti did an incredible job. She was so fast I blinked and my subs were made. 10/10 would recommend

ATU 846 had Mr. Sub cater our negotiations with Niagria Transit today! And everything was just perfect! Pick up was on time when we asked for it and came in a very nice organized boxes. We will be back again! Thanks for keeping our union fuelled up!
