Mr.Sub

Mr Sub is as always the best! I grew up on Mr Sub and going to different locations since the early 70s

The location is unique, but I would not come back here.

No one in front when I walk in. Lady walks from the back, coughs in her hand, then puts on plastic gloves. I should've followed my gut and just walked out. She NEVER washed her hands. There is a reason they put sinks behind the cash register in view of customers. She makes my sub, while sniffling the whole time - obviously under the weather. I pay, take the sub, then throw it in the garbage. Not looking to getting sick and missing work for a sandwich. Again, should have just walked out when I saw she didn't wash her hands.

Another customer behind me orders. The manager walks from the back and proceeds with their order. Again, no hand washing done.

This is food safety 101. If they are careless about such a simple hygiene practice, you have to question everything else. Proper food storage, cleaning practices, etc.

To Mr. Sub,
Spare me the generic automated reply message. You see my review. I am not going to repeat this again on Facebook or whatever site of your preference. I am sharing my review for prospective customers, so they know what they are getting into.

Best Mr sub, always super fresh, but they are def not open 24 hours, they close at 11 during the week at least.

Edit: I have contacted them twice through their website like they asked a week ago. Haven't heard back from them.

Last week: Very bad service recently. I order pickle spears which are on the menu, and get sent pickle slices. Like, the ones they put on the sub. For free. And I pay like an extra $3. I just had to delete an old 5* review for this location because they used to be solid.

Both of the subs have no tuna I don’t understand you don’t know how to make a sub? Unbelievable I paid 35$ for no tuna. I don’t understand you have one job to make a sub what did I pay 35$ for nasty lettuce? Both subs in the garbage Look at that! This is so disgusting waste of money! Don’t eat here

Two guys working today very nice and humble and provide great service, every restaurant should have employees like them!

Great subs, I just think they are better but I am biased because i grew up with them. Still love the original assorted but the go to now is any one of their specialty subs

I was in the area and decided to pop in to try this location and it was a great tasting quality sub with great customer service. I live in Brampton, my friends and I cannot find a good quality Mr Sub in my area!

Great service, always friendly and rarely a line up because they work at a good pace. The toppings are always fresh and they are always available everyday.

With 55 years of being in business, trust that this location is one of the best mr subs in the city

Awesome subs. They know how to make good food here.

Had another sub today, even better.

You can taste the quality difference between Mr Sub and others. Even the Black Olives tasted like they were fresh from Mediterranean.
The elderly chap that works there and the young pretty lady are very nice and friendly.

We need more Mr. Sub locations.
