It was a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff is very pleasant and kind. Pays special attention to children with you.
The staff was polite, kind, quickly served.
I will definitely go back again I was very pleased with the service. Vegetables fresh.

I've had a couple hostile experiences while ordering such as being interrogated why my pre-ordered free reward sub came up as $0 when it was part of their app's reward system I earned for loyalty, but past that I've always been made a very good sub and left with a smile even that time. The younger guy and the manager lady both try their best to make sure you have a good sandwich. On recent visits I've had no issues!

Very friendly service, very patient while we took a long a long time to decide! The food here is always fantastic. They've also never gotten an order wrong!

I love their Ultimate club sub. Their vegetables are always fresh and the owner is very kind. This place has the best combination of the best food and the best hospitality in town. I can never stop eating here. You should also give it a try.

I don't live in Guelph, but this is the BEST Mr. Sub I have ever eaten at. The lady behind the counter is always friendly. The subs are neat. (not just heaped and dumped onto the bread) The toppings are always fresh. The store itself is always clean.

I prefer this sub shop over others, hands down. Though parking can be a bit difficult, I always get a delicious sub that makes it worth it. Service is always friendly and quick and ingredients are fresh.

The employees take great care in creating amazing subs at this location. I have an excellent experience everytime I go there. The restaurant is clean, and I never feel rushed to make my selection. Thank you for providing amazing service every single time!

Had a big order of 6 subs I had everything written down which I was told helped a lot. No errors, and yummy delicious. Serve was above and beyond. Thx for an awesome experience.

Very nice lady and she even served me at 9am before the store was even open I had no idea it was open at 10am. Really good customer service!

This really is the worst Mr Sub you will ever step into. The one star reviews are true.she had 12 inches of whole wheat bread and I asked her 6 inches bread and she didn't want give to me said I'll save for my next customer to when 12 inches of whole wheat bread so I finally bought the 12 inches of bread. She very bad at customers service. The owner is working by herself but is severely short staffed so there's a long wait and the service is extremely poor. I think she wants to save money to not have enough employees to service customers. She told me and my friend that can you waited? I have online order to picked up. She doesn't even one Star. We were very disappointed. We were there for 20 minutes or more waiting.

This location does not have the sub of the day however advertise for it on their computer screen. This was addressed to staff and it was dismissed.

Must be new ownership as I remember years ago, having the option of the discount.

I usually go to the go the one by silvercreek. Today I went to this location. There’s was a kid wasn’t polite and unprofessional and rude and racist however I guess he don’t want me looking to come back. Thank goodness i Won’t go be back and I wouldn’t commending people to visit this store

The only reason I still went to Mr. Sub was for the pineapple! Very unfortunate that is no longer available.

Store smelled divine upon entering like fresh baked bread. Excellent service, fresh ingredients and tasted awesome!

This is by far best Mr sub in canada the sandwich is always made with fresh toppings, consistency and care are definitely of value here. Every sandwich is wrapped tightly and placed in the bag properly. Attention to detail is what this Mr sub shows and I'm very happy to give them this review

We only go to Mr Sub. Today I went to this location. I ordered a large veggie, small veggie and pizza. I don’t get much on the veggie sub. Lettuce and tomato. And cheese. While I was ordering I asked for extra tomatoes. At which point I was asked to only take the regular amount as the cost of tomatoes and lettuce is so high. She told me her costs in detail and that it was quite expensive. I felt for her however it’s a veggie sub. Add a premium if you order extra of something. I’m good with that. However, Tomatoes and lettuce are the main ingredients. She is always quite scimpy with toppings. Even on the pizza she put a couple of pieces of onion and green pepper. Nice lady however I guess she isn’t looking for repeat customers. Thank goodness Guelph and Cambridge have other locations. Won’t be back.

Unfortunately I can’t give this store any more stars. Used to go here for lunch but the owner in there puts mediocre amounts of veggies and meat on my subs even when I would ask for more. Top it all off she’s very pushy in trying to get people through, I can understand wanting to be prepared and be consistent. But one lunch a friend and I went in there while no one else was in there, She hurried us like it was rush hour. Anyways just not an overall great atmosphere wouldn’t recommend.
