Mr.Sub

I normally like this location and I have ignored one or two small screw ups but, today I received a sub with something disgusting on it and I'm not sure what it is.

I ordered a turkey sub with BBQ sauce, mayo, Chipotle sauce, light lettuce and hot peppers. I took a bite and noticed something tasted off. I opened the sub and found what looks like either chewed up chicken or some kind of rice with sauces/dressings?

It was disgusting and randomly throughout the sub as if it was deliberately placed there or there was cross contamination of some kind. I am disgusted and will NEVER order from this location again.

The only Mr. Sub I go to! Service and food quality is always amazing. My favourite sub is the Smoked Meat, YUM!

I Didn't understand why the server was giving Me attitude for asking to put the sauce at the end not right away. And did I just pay you 10$ for a sandwich that I have to cut in half my self? I'll find another sub place to go to from now on thanks.

Ever since they went under new management the food quality is absolutely amazing no other location tastes as amazing as this one

Aakriti always handles my orders. She's so friendly and pays attention to detail. Fresh veggies and meat. Never a complaint.

I asked for a turkey sub (which was not fully toasted) also asked for 2 sauces. Tells me there are no containers and doesn't he take a used chicken tray and put my requested sauces in there. HOW disgusting! Never coming back here! Kind suggestions as every restaurant carries: mini plastic containers for sauces. Please consider for your slow business! Ty!

I prefer a different type of sandwich, but, this location is going to have me back there trying the food, and this is the reason why. Two entries upon going in, the large windows were extra clean, in fact, the entire place was immaculate. It was extra organized behind the counter. All Mr. Sub's smell like their brand, brand uniformity is what has made them so popular. I was stranded at 12am in the morning and broke but thirsty, had just walked over thirty kilometers without a drink. The server trusting I was not a shady character, jumped from busy and greeted me directly with a big smile. My request for water was unusual, but she had the humanity to tell me I needed a cup or bottle to do so, and this is rare. This location should know how thankful I am for that cup of water, Thank You. This occurred last night, I would give this person a raise if I was the employer! It's hard to find good help, but here at this location they have. Thank You again to the server whom helped a rough looking stranger at 12am and didn't deny me the humanity.:)

Service here is absolutely amazing! Quality is also amazing! Will definitely be here regularly!

Every time I've got a sub from here it's been made wrong! Last order was a steak and cheese and they didnt even put cheese on it.

Drove all the way to this location and it was closed when it stated it was open. Mr Sub needs to audit this location, worst run location in Toronto. You guys need to do better or shut this down.

Food is satisfactory.tastes like any other Mr. Sub.the problem I have with this location is their sandwich toaster or press.
For the last month I've dined here once a week,
once in the morning,
twice in the afternoon,
once in the evening.each and every time their toaster is not on or warmed up to begin with.
What bothers me even more, is that they're aware the toaster is not on or warm but will "fake toast" the sandwich right in front of you, which theoretically wastes your time and makes no difference to the sub at all. Seems lazy and carefree.
Why not have the toaster warm? So its ready to y'know.toast a sandwich at any given time?

The new owners (for the past couple of years) have really turned this place around. They make great subs on fresh bread now. The staff are kind and friendly now too.

Yes I like Mr. Sub and usually this location is good but today was in there ordering subs a young girl was marking them but very little toppings so I had to continue to ask for more a man there I've seen before moved get out of the way and took over with a horrible attitude told the prices are going up and everything costs more.given the previous posts on here showing lots of toppings I must have been discriminate against definatly not a very good way to represent the brand, my wife is looking for tomatoes on hers absolutely NOTHING like photos on this page the previous post must have been done by owners and friends this review wont let me post fotos of this garbage #mrsubfail

I go to mr. Sub weekly all around Durham from Oshawa to Pickering and port union mr. Sub is hands down the worst location. They hardly put any tuna in the tuna sub and it wasn’t a 1 time thing. They are very stingy. The grill press doesn’t even grill the sub properly, I’m not sure if it’s broken or they’re just to cheap to put the temperature up. On top of everything they have a huge line and only 1 person working. If your looking forward to waiting in long lineups to take a bite out of a empty sandwich Port Union MR. Sub is the place for you.

Neat, clean & efficient - what more can you ask for. The only issue is the very few parking spots. The people manning the counter are always very pleasant to deal with.
