Mr.Sub

The subs were great but the employees were very rude and condescending. The one employee made comments about toasting the sub- and made me feel rushed when I was ordering. Backhanded comments and rude service is a trend in the comments here- maybe it’s time to consider these, owners! You walk in and they expect immediately that you know your order without looking at the menu. The service was unacceptable. There was an issue with payment because the employee separated my families order and proceeded to tell my husband that many couples are “weird” and don’t pay together- never owning up for their mistake. They were downright rude and I will not return to this location- some kindness goes a long way. Luckily there’s another Mr Sub in the area!

Their repair job was excellent, and they completed it as quickly as their timetable permitted.

Disappointed as it says its open until 10pm but I'm here at 830pm and its closed. Boo

99% of my experience with staff has been 11/10. The food is freshly prepared and taste excellent. Big big fan

Love this place! This is probably the best location I think I have been to. All the ingredients are fresh and they are generous with the servings. The weekday staff is amazing (I havent been outside of those hours but I am sure they are all great) I feel welcomed and appreciated for the business and definately recommend this location

Not sure why people are complaining about the staff because they are SO friendly and helpful. They are one of the reasons I come here! I absolutely LOVE Mr. Sub at Baseline! Their bread is the BEST and the quality of their ingredients and the overall flavour is so good. Plus, I love how the owner is often out there helping the staff serve customers when it's busy. I think that single act alone speaks volumes. I love this place and I am their forever customer:)

Mr. Sub is just so much better than Subway, especially this location. The bread is 85% fresh, which makes ALL the difference in Mr. Sub subs. The veggies are fresh as well, but you need to be careful, or they will go light on them, BUT are happy to put extra ON THE ones you favour. I will never go back to Subway. I had my first Mr. Sub in 1972, and they were $1.10 lol, actually, compared to most things, the price is still pretty good. Keep up the great service and food, Baseline Mr. Sub!

Subs aren’t bad, service is brutal though. My past two visits, I’ve encountered the same woman who was rather unapproachable, and managed to make more than one condescending comment during the 3 minutes I was there.

Great location I work in the area and have been there a few times during lunch. Great location and amazing service.

Staff not engaged with customers. Literally eating in preparation area, no washing hands afterwards. Sandwich’s are usually good here but customers service is the worst I have witnessed in a long time.

I'm disgusted with the way I was treated today at this location an older woman with white roots and long blonde ends waited on me and tried to argue what I wanted on my sub and was hyper critical of what I ordered. I usually have good service but her demeanor and argumentative nature have made it clear that I shouldn't come back.

Nothing like closing the store two hours early. But still have staff making food? And them laughing at you approaching the door. Real classy!

My sub must of been dipped in a bowl of water not even soaked in sub sauce just soggy and falling apart. Waste of money

Sad to find that at 8: 15pm on a Saturday your location is closed when it is clearly stated that 10pm is closing.
