Mr.Sub

Friendly staff! Windsor Ontario doesn’t have a Mr. Sub so this was a must stop for us! Thank you for your kindness

Every time I have gone into this place I have been insulted. The first time I was in there I was insulted for my lifestyle and last night when I was there I was insulted based off the sub I ordered. I ordered a spicy bread chicken sub with simple toppings and to which was responded to with "That's it? That's really basic. " I am pregnant and do not appreciate being judged and insulted or criticized for my choice of food. From now on I will be going out of my way and going to Stayner rather than going here and being treated horribly for what I put into my body.

Attempted to buy Mr. Sub for my construction crew yesterday, the order was 11 sandwiches (which would of been a nice little chunk of revenue for the store) and got laughed out the door when stated what I wanted to order. The store was not busy at the time of order, nor was I in a rush. I would certainly be questioning the employment of the staff member yesterday at lunch time. Bad customer service = lost revenue. Our order was placed at another business, who happily assisted us.

Every time I go here I never have a issue at all. The gentleman behind the counter is very polite, does his job well. The food is always fresh. Never had a stale bun from this place. NEVER! 5 stars for me.

The staff here is incredibly friendly, the place is clean, the staff made my sub exactly how I wanted it and it was delicious. I am very happy with my service here and will be coming back!

We decided on subs for our Friday family dinner and had heard good things about Mr. Sub. The subs were great, the service was excellent, the staff were friendly and our "mobile" order was ready when we arrived and was exactly right! Finally, we have a daughter who is a picky eater (ie. McD's, Cheese Pizza, etc.). This was her first experience with a submarine sandwich and she loved it! Now we can make Mr. Sub a regular thing!

This Mr Sub is by far the best, the 2 guys working there are great at their job and they make great sandwiches. Subway is garbage compared to what you get here. Definitely give it a go for your next sub!
