If you'd like to experience the rudest customer service than this is the place for you, not always but more aften than not, some of the employees make this place just awful, they are catty, sarcastic and just rude. I have had good service here, but more often its the rude ones, busy on there phones or have friends in the drivethru window, I have visted this place well over 30-40 times as I live close. Get rid of the bad employee's and save this place as people like the food, but the service is yucky! And maybe these young ladies have something against other women as my Wife seems to actually get worse service than I do. So who evers working on thusday OCT 5th at about 12pm, need's a serious review, cause this time it was so bad I actually felt like leaving a review, and Im not a leave a review kinda guy.

Ordered a 12" Louisiana Chicken on a Mediterranean bun. The server cheaped out on the ingredients. Fresh bun. Too much bun too little filling.

I am giving a 1 star - not based on the quality of the food. However when ordering from Skip the dishes - you are supposed to seal the bag the sun comes in - as well the sun was visible in the bag and not wrapped correctly in the waxed paper. This was not the driver it was the tech at subway - poor service - I threw my sub in the garbage

Always have to stop at Mr. Sub when I’m in Chatham. Delicious and fresh every time. The best staff too, super friendly and funny.

It was so nice to have a Mr. Sub again, there are no Mr. Subs in Windsor, Chatham is the nearest one for us and I miss it.

Love love love Mr. Sub. Back home we had them all over the place and the only location is Chatham. Awesome service very friendly. Highly recommended.

Went throught the drive through on my way back to Windsor. I got back to Windsor and my mom and I sat down to eat our subs, both were made wrong. Wrong enough that we both didn't eat our subs. 20$ wasted and too far to go back. I tried to call and let them know, I have called over 7 times and no one answers the phone. Not happy. Not going back.

I drove from Wallaceburg to this location because of a birthday offer. I failed to notice that the offer was just free pop and chips. From the picture it appeared to include a 6 inch sub. I'm thankful that the employee was accommodating. I ordered the black bean sub. The worst ever vegetarian meat substitute. I was hoping it would be like a falafel or pakora. More like a dried out hockey puck. They have a lot to learn from middle eastern cuisine.

I love Mr Sub. Where I’m from, there is only sub way. I will detour on my adventure to make sure I stop and get it. The staff aren’t usually friendly but I get they probably encounter a lot of rude people. Quality and taste is always good. All sub way sandwhichs tastes the same, whereas here you get different flavours for your palette.

We received coupons in the mail. We haven't been there in years and decided to give it a go!
The coupons just came out that day, and the employees had to call the owners/managers to find out how to imput the coupons into the register. They were very apologetic for the time it took (literally a minute or two, not long at all!) and thanked us repeatedly for our patience.
The food was great, and the service was awesome! We'll be returning for sure.
While we were there, 3 or 4 cars went through the drive-thru, and a couple of customers were dining in. As we were leaving, more customers were headed in the store. While they were quite busy for only having 2 employees on, they kept the flow running smoothly!

Ordered an assorted sub and pizza sub the assorted had No meat only tomato lettuce olives and mustard
