Mr.Sub

Great food, great service. I got the Assorted, I work for Subway and I still cant resist a Canadian owned company like Mr Sub

Normally it's good but this time all the vegetable containers were near empty and what was in there was not fresh and it tasted exactly that not fresh.
The server kept his earbuds in and was having a conversation the entire time with whomever while he was serving me which meant I had to repeat myself often as to what I wanted on my sandwich.
I normally like Mr Sub but I will not be returning to that particular location.

Waited 30 minutes to place an order. Your store is understaffed and not managed well.
I don't normally complain, but this was ridiculous. It's sandwiches, not Healthcare.

Since the change in owner - WAY downhill. Used to be my go to location - not so much anymore which is a shame. New owner came new staff - which I am sure are all relatives with each other. Brutal

No hello or acknowledgment when we arrived. Only one person in front of us. We waited 12 minutes just to give our order. Please greet your customers. You are in the service industry.

The subs are okay, but the customer service is lacking. For the cost of a sub there, a personal greeting and manners would be nice. This keeps patrons coming back. Chatter goes on between the employees but the customer is invisible. I will be going where my money gets me manners, which cost the employees absolutely NOTHING.

Every time I go to this location to give me a hard time about putting enough stuff on the sub to cover it. Went Dec 7- 23 the lettuce was all wilted and mushy ask them if they had any more they said it's all the same said the price went up 4 times and this is what happened because of it I asked if they had another bag got it it was in great shape very unfriendly no manners. Very bad experience guess I'll how to find another location or go to Subway.

They changed the sub of the day. I'm pretty upset about the cheap options now. Disappointed in this trip. And the one guy puts way too much onions olives and sauce. I got the usual sandwich artist today though which was awesome, confirmed that the sauce boss also shorted me on the meat. Mr Sub is still better than Subway.

We were welcomed with a friendly smile! Sub tasted extra tasty with their fresh and extra ingredients! Place was very sanitary as well!

Mr. SUB is far superior in taste and quality when compared to Subway. Mr. Sub is fresh and delicious. I hate subway it tastes very chemical and all the shops stink literally because of their bread.
