Mr.Sub

I bought a veggie sub, grilled combo, with drink and pickle slices. I thought could had more items on sub, extra, sub was not wrapped tight I thought? For taste not bad, maybe because I ordered at 9pm?

I love Mr. Sub and it's always a pleasant time for me going but this time not at all. The young lady working was so unpleasant. Very disrespectful and rude. Told me I couldn't get mustard on the side that she offered me and forgot to pack because my window for ordering has passed, even though I was sitting outside the restaurant in my car when I discovered she'd forgotten it. Terrible customer service by far. Every answer she gave me when asking about what was available was snappy rude and sarcastic. Please train your staff to have better manners.

Worst service ever.one time they had no bread to make any subs.and this time they basically told me they can't accommodate making 7 subs for my family cause of the bread choice (white bread thats what the family eats)

This place has the nicest staff. They treat me like family. They're very friendly. They are what makes this place great! I hope they get a stocking full of money or at least a nice raise as a Christmas bonus. They deserve it. For real.

I went to pick up Subs Sunday Oct. 30th at 8: 30 p.m. The service was great. This is a message to the owner, I cannot believe that you would have employees working on their own. Do you not think this is a safety issue? They are pretty much isolated, as nothing close by is open. This has nothing to do with your location, I live in the area myself. But, you are clearly not worried about the safety of your employees. I would suggest, do the right thing and put two on at all times before god forbid something happens. How would you feel?

I will never go to another sub shop ever again after having Mr. Subs. I love the meatballs subs and they taste like actual meat. Not pasty, fake meat but real and it is so good. It is worth getting a sub from this place for sure. The service is good and the servers are so friendly. Keep it up!

Just had a fantastic experience. It was quite busy with phone ringing, skip the dishes orders and 4 people in line. The gentleman working addressed us, and made fantastic subs.
